Dr Michael – Welcome everybody from Spain, it is a pleasure to have you here from the different Countries around the World to our #137 Weekly UBIEE Enviro Congress and thank you for spending your valuable time with us.
We have a few important points to discuss today, and as most of you are aware, we are certainly on track with our UBIEE ENVIRO Project and our UBIEE Earth Mailer.

Pedro will be translating in text into Spanish and English and I thank him for this which I am sure you all appreciate.

I will first give a quick update on the UBIEE ENVIRO Project.

This was established “to support the UBIEE PowerPill sales and distribution, and to create Environmental Awareness.”

The Project was started on the 14th July, 07, not that long ago and since then we have created a System which is now known on the Internet as “Contributional Marketing and is a System based on contributing to the Environment.”

We have established and incorporated, thanks to the Contribution Network, a Vortex Payout System known as the “UBIEE ENVIRO Project” and this forms the basis for the “creation of the additional Services that you have seen coming up over the past 4 months including the WebHosting and the UBIEE Earth Mailer System.”

Commencing 2008, for “every 3 Sales of PowerPill Blisters sold on the Internet, there will be an entry into the UBIEE ENVIRO Project with 1 OTC (One Time Contribution) Position.

In principle it means that by “contributing to a Payout System where everyone can participate with a “One Time Contribution of 11 EUR”, they become “part of a System that can be a Residual Money Generator.”

Because Contributional Marketing is such a new concept, it needs first to be seen to be able to understand how it works. I know many here today have the vision, have seen the possibilities and are already in the UEP. Many of you “have already received more money back than you originally contributed,” but “I also know that there are many who have contributed to the Environment but have only received a small percentage back.”

This is logical because many “have the Long Term Vision” and also this is a concept that is still relatively unknown as it has never been done before. The System has been built on a “Mathematical Formula 64 + 64 + 64” and because “there is no Manual to work by there is still a lack of understanding” which stunts growth.

“To prevent the drying out and flow of new possibilities, the Company has decided “that the UEP will receive additional support for that which it is supporting.” The UEP is keeping “10% of all the money contributed in your Accmulating Account” This money “ac*****ulates until it reaches 35 EUR when you will be sent a FREE Blister of PowerPills with Postage & Handling also FREE.”

By this time you will have learnt “how the Vortex Payout System works because before the 35 EUR has ac*****ulated you would have already received 350 EUR in ENVIRO Cash” so this is really a small percentage of what you have actually received thanks to other People contributing to our System.

I have gone into detail again today to help you understand that the UBIEE Earth Mailer is using “exactly the same Payout Module as the UEP” and also to make you aware that “this Payout Module can be adjusted to any Service.” Many of you have already taken the opportunity of signing up for our “Planet WebHosting for 11 EUR monthly” which has a UEP entry attached to it and is the exact same Module that we are using for the UEP.”

Being modular as such you will find that this is a very unique package that you can use if you are interested in supporting the Environment in another network, if you want to create a Network or if you would like to give an incentive to your Customers to make your Business grow and prosper because it distributes small amounts of benefit to many People that otherwise they would never received.
Once a Person joins a Vortex they are NEVER left out because of the structure of the Vortex. You are either a Promoter who actively does something with the Position or you may be someone who would just like to contribute to the Environment and do nothing else, but regardless you will still earn money from the efforts of others in the Vortex.

There are 128 + 1 in a Vortex, 1 TP1 or owner of the Vortex and 128 One time Contributors (OTC) and everybody in that Vortex will earn money whether you do something or whether you don’t.

I know there are hundreds and thousands of People offering WebHosting and we have a great Service, the difference with our WebHosting is that we don’t put the money from our WebHosting into our pockets, we give it back to contribute towards “awareness of the Environment.

The Company is putting 8 EUR of the 11 EUR monthly fee into the UEP, 6.40 EUR of that goes straight back to those who are supporting the System and the remaining covers all the running expenses so a very good opportunity for anyone interested.

I know some of you want to hear more about the UBIEE Earth Mailer.

The UBIEE Earth Mailer is a sensational system we came up with on 11th November, it is a “Programming Script or a complete new entity support for Email Users which we have called

and why did we do this because we are sure that what we have discovered will make a difference for the future of how we use, send, receive and apply emails, either for yourselves, between Family Members, Companies, Corporations or simply just for doing your Business promoting online.

We have sent out today for the first time a little more information so if you have Pre-Registered you should have received an email with that information as well as an Invitation to participate in this Conference today.

I must say that I am very, very excited to see the growth of this Project. On 17th November our Pre-Registration Webpage was placed on the Internet and so far today we have 2102 People Pre-Registered. I think we have started something that very soon will be an avalanche of interest.

There are many People who are not here at this Conference or they come in sporadically but are very active in offline promotions and sales.

This week we have partnered with Henrik from Solixta http://www.solixta.com a Social Community registered in Luxembourg just over a year ago and is really a very nice Tool, it is not complicated and unifies the International demand for Videos and Web 2.0 and all the little Tools you want to be precise and have a presence on the Internet.

Together with Georgios, Joe, Steve Hall and myself and Admin support from Henrik we have formed an Alliance putting together for all of us something that you really need if you want to support the Environment even further. There will be incentives that “will allow you for every Post you make to earn money, plus there will be many other things attached.”

Georgios is now going to announce our “7th Partner of the Week.”

Georgios – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Thank you Dr Michael and welcome to all our Friends here at the Conference. A lot has been achieved over the past week and we are “writing History again with our Earth mail Programme.” We have a Tool for the future and we must “take advantage of what we have here in our hands.”

Joe Congratulations for being our “8th Partner of the Week” maybe “you should also be the Winner of the Year”, because you have given us all a chance in UBIEE to feel proud to be in at the beginning of such a unique concept and being at the top, and being at the top won’t just be 5, 10 or 50 People here but it will be 1,000’s.

At first I didn’t really understand but after talking to Dr Michael I understand a lot better and now I see things happening. Two days ago we were 1,ooo People and today we are more than 2,100. Things are moving very fast so I recommend that you bring in every Friend, “it is NOT pressuring them to join it is only giving them the opportunity to be in there” because many things are going to change over the next 3, 4 and 5 years, maybe on the Internet as well and “I don’t won’t to belong to the 98% that will stay out.”

I read something yesterday about Google, MSN and Yahoo, they are almost collapsing, the Internet will always be there because there are other Companies that are ready to give out what is going to happen.

Governments fall, Empires fall but the World will still exist, we will go to a new period and I want to be there, I want to be one of the Survivors, a survivor is not to live and be there, I want to be one of those at the top, not as a Politician because they are the biggest liars, I want to be there as a “true Man fighting for the future and fighting for the World to be a better place for my Children.”

The “Environment” is another Tool and the PowerPill is a very good Product. People can support by using the Product directly “and reducing emissions by a minimum of 78%” and we have our “Environmental Service, the UBIEE ENVIRO Project.

I would like to make an Official Announcement here that my “newest Forum will be in Solixta.” I will not leave the other Communities as I have many Friends there but in Solixta “ I will set up Forums about Leaders and Leadership, and about Promoters” because we must learn to promote.

We have the Programme, the UBIEE Earth Mail” which is running right now and we need “to learn how to lead it.” If we cannot bring in 50 – 100 Leaders by March when we launch, then we have lost the game, so please bring in People. Everyone is not born to be a Leader, I am not sure that I was born to be a Leader but I can do some things very well.

I can get People close to me in “Friendship”, I can do that very well. There are People who “are very good Bloggers – well use them”, “there are People who are very good Promoters – use them”, “Everyone is good at something and we need everyone.”

I fully support Dr Michael’s dream/idea of 150,000 People in our Core Group and that should be nothing for us when you look at what we have done over the past 2 days. We started 10 days ago with 10 – 15 Members next day 50, then 100, 1,000 2 days ago and today over 2,100 People.

Our target, 10,000 by next week-end, we can do it but “it means that everyone of us must be active.” I will say that 1 hour per day is enough to bring in 10 People. It is FREE until March, to tell everyone and give them the opportunity to find out what it is all about.

The Vortexes have done well over the past 2-3 days, we have had Friends join from Scandinavia with “multiple Contributions” so many of you would have received WOW Emails, personally I have received between 60 and 70 so my screen is full at the moment, and “that can happen to everyone once we reach 10,000 People in the UEM.”

As many of you know I like to study “Mythology, Legends, Philosophy, History and such but there will also be “A Special Forum in Solixta for UBIEE.” I am not sure who will lead this but it will be Dr Michael, Henrik or myself, we may even make a Team there but we still need to discuss this.

This Forum will have everything “that no other Forum has”, they had it all in Adland Pro but they lost it because they did not respect what I did there, so as we “are now Partners with Solixta” we will do the best of best there, I promise you.

Dr Michael – Thank you Georgios, I would also like to add a bit about Promotions. As Georgios has said we are not all born Promoters, but we also have done something that is not reflected as yet in the Pre-Registrations. You can all see “that People are earning money in the simulations and can see the possibilities of what can happen when this becomes a reality when we launch next March.”

I would also like to announce that “anyone who brings in 24 People from the time they joined to the end of February, 2008 will receive 3 months FREE UBIEE Earth Mail Service and this is for everybody regardless of those who will join later.” This is an incentive for you to promote and get the word out and in return receive 3 months complete FREE Service.”

After the 3 months you can decide whether or not you would like to keep the Service, but let me tell you this Service is different, it contains a lot of new things that we are not used to. Earth mailer allows you several options which gives you the opportunity to “take control of what we are doing.”

I would like to share and explain a little our reasons for doing this and would appreciate your feedback as to whether you feel we could do it better. 10 day ago we did not know that we would be explaining this to you today because we still hadn’t come up with this unique concept.

You all know how the Internet works and you all know that the biggest Companies cannot make their Programmes secure, Microsoft with thousands of Programmers couldn’t make Business secure and other Programmes are trashed within minutes or hours after their release.

We are aware of this so our intention and our strategies are not to disclose at the beginning what we have because we have to make it as secure and good as we possibly can so that “only the really good People have the chance to see what our Packages of Scripts can do.”

Instead of having just 1 script, we will package it into the different parts of our Services so that it will be very complicated for anybody to actually copy it because it will have many Tools attached to it. Instead of having just the 1 code where I am sure someone could find out what we are doing, we will “create a Packaging System” and by so doing much of the information People would like to see, we will not disclose because as we build it and as we make it more secure the better it becomes for you, for all of us and for our financial benefit.

”This Tool”, this new way of using “Email will change the entire Internet World.” It will not stop with your Friends, it will go everywhere because the dynamics of being able to create Real Email, as many as you like, with a “complete new Filtering System makes your Email from the beginning the control mechanism of how you will use it in the future.”

To have a “Personalized Category System that identifies itself directly with the emails you are using, is something you are not used to. At present if “you want something personalized you have to create your own Folders with your own rules. What we are talking about is a unique way that pre-defines for you, based upon what you are doing what you can achieve with it.

I “wouldn’t call it an Intelligent System that thinks for itself”, but I would call it “UBIEE User Based Email Environment.” Please remember those words because they will become tremendously important, and the important thing for you to visualize is that all of you right now, are at a decision making moment that can change your whole life, when you understand that everyone on the Internet is using email.

Almost everyone on the Internet is getting SPAM or waiting for Emails that don’t arrive, then you know the SPAM Filters are not doing their job. There are 1.2 billion Users on the Internet, and our Product has the potential to reach everybody one way or the other, then you can understand that if over the next 18 months we can reach just 1% of this Market we would have 12 million People using our Service.

12 million Users means “12 million Contributions to the UBIEE ENVIRO Project” and you don’t need to be a genius or take out your calculator to realize that 12 million divided by 192 would be a lot of money. 192 is the maximum number of Contributions necessary to close a Vortex.

12 million Users paying 1 EUR monthly = 12 Million EUR and 130 million EUR that the UBIEE Corporation and Ring SMS will get to distribute between those 192 Contributors. This is why we are limiting the participation here to a maximum of 150,000 People.

To be eligible to be among the top 150,000 People you need to be Pre-Registered and you automatically become an “Affiliate Networker”. If next March you chose to opt out, there will then be room for those who would love to be with us because “we have such a great modular pay-out structure.”

          There will be
1. A maximum of 1,000 UBIEE Founders – at the moment we have 37
2. A maximum of    640 UBIEE Leaders and
3. A maximum of 10,000 Official Agencies

The UBIEE Leaders will get 5% of all Global Sales divided amongst the number of Global Leaders, and if you have 640 UBIEE Leaders and 10 million Users, then “each Leader would earn 798,000 EUR a year, that is a lot of money. Right now there is plenty of time to position yourself, get into the System and get your Friends involved.

It is my pleasure to announce that our First Official Agency is Solixta.com. Agencies are Companies which can earn 10 – 12% of every License that goes through their System, monitored and administered by UBIEE, but promoted by the Company Worldwide in competition to UBIEE.

As yet this is still in the pipeline but we will have more than just 1 Personal License, we will also have Licenses for Domains and for WebHosting

130 million EUR will make me work like I have never worked in my life, but what is even more interesting if “we really believe that everyone one who uses the Internet has an Email Address then everybody is a key target for this.”
Think about it 4 or 5 years from now, say we have a 30% share of the Market the whole scenario becomes so dramatically different that it is hard to believe because with only 1% we already have 10,223,987,962 EUR or for the Europeans 10.223.000.000 EUR will be the overall money that will be taken in with 10 million People.

A lot of money and I have never seen anything like it in my whole life. In all my experience I have not seen anything as big as this and I will not wait for everybody to understand it and if they don’t want to, that is their choice. I know what we have in our hands, and I know that there are enough People out there that “have a Dream and I also know that this Dream CAN become a reality.”
All you have to do is promote the UBIEE Earth Mailer and let us show the World that we have something that “will make you look like an Old-Timer in 2 or 3 years thinking and considering that you have used 1 email for registering everything that you are doing.”

It is just like “when we changed from Black and White to Colour TV”, that is how dramatic this change will be and it is not something that others won’t be able to copy, others might find a way to copy it but lets make it as hard as possible for them so as to “give us a chance to get the biggest lead possible.”

We can achieve this together, many of you have the skills and we will need you to work with us, we need you to head-up the Continental Leadership, the Offices, the Locations, Services and Support. This is the destination we are targeting and we WILL make it with you, or without you because the World is big and if you don’t see it, somebody else will.

Just imagine the potential you have in front of you, you have our UBIEE PowerPill which will be given away for FREE because the UBIEE Earth Mail will generate with 10 million Contributions so many benefits that the 35 EUR will be easy to ac*****ulate as we have mentioned before, so it will be easy to send out those Pills to the Contributors for FREE, educate them and make them aware that “thanks to their usage of emailing and helping us to change the World to a better Emailing System, they are getting a FREE pack of Pills. Whether they use them or not is up to them BUT when we send them out “it will be up to us to educate them and thank them for their Contribution and support of the Environment.”

Our Membership numbers are continuing to increase and because of the different Time Zones and different languages spoken, we have decided to hold several other Conferences during the week to make it easier for others to attend.

We have some really great People in UBIEE and for those who are fairly new “UBIEE is a Team of Friends”, everyone is here to help each other and support those who have the initiative, the right attitude and the desire to succeed to do so.

At present I don’t feel we have enough People here for a special Australasian Conference, we are working on it so hopefully in the future but for now I am sure we will join in with the North American Team.

Steve Hall – USA – Thank you Dr Michael and hello everybody. Yes, I am totally excited as well, there are 27 People here in the Conference Room and it is good to see more each week than the previous one so we must be doing something right – awesome.

Those who are receiving People from the Rotator are our Members so by helping them to sign up for Earth Mail we will be able to increase their awareness of UBIEE with the “WOW Emails” and not just from “the Welcome Letter or the Autoresponder Emails” they have already received from us. We have earned them and have worked hard to get those Leads coming in so utilize them because they have already joined our Programme.

I have been looking at the “Stats” and we are doing really well and I can see people have been putting in a lot of effort over the week-end so keep it up, well done Erika and Pedro, awesome Leaders who have been with us for a long time.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Spain – Thank you, I appreciate everyone’s compliments and recognition, and I can tell you as a Programmer who spends a lot of time working on the little details that go on behind the scenes it feels really worthwhile to do that work and have great People with good hearts out there who believe in the cause to help the Environment and to believe in what we are doing.

If you look at Google and some of those Services, Google started out as a Search Engine, and a darned good one at that but look how they have expanded to all the different things they have gone into to provide services and ultimately we
want top do similar things by “creating many avenues and in the end a road that will help the Environment, and it does help the Environment through the PowerPill.”

What we really aim to do with the UBIEE ENVIRO Project is create a real platform where you can “have all the Services available to you and have them better than you are used to having them while at the same time taking a portion of that and contributing it back to everyone who is involved and to the Environment.”

The Earth Mailer is going well and I would like to remind you all that what we are really doing with the simulations is exactly the same as the UEP payout structure as a “Test Run” to see how we are going. I am open to any questions so please ask –

Steve Dixon – USA – Joe how do I activate this?

Joe – Chief Programmer – I am glad to see that you are interested in using this Steve but remember it is in Pre-Launch. We are aiming to have it available for everyone come March, 2008 but before then we will have a few “Beta Testers” who can try it and you will certainly be considered and given that opportunity and we will let everyone know when that is available.

Rob – USA – I understand with the UEM I will receive commissions the same as with the UEP – is it 11 EUR month, and if so what is the total benefit for me besides cutting out SPAM and if I want to promote to somebody else, how do I explain the benefits to them?

Dr Michael – First of all let me correct you, it is not 11 EUR month but 12 EUR for a yearly License, if you want to pay monthly it is 2 EUR month which is double the money.

How do we benefit from it? First of all everybody up to the Pre-Launch will get 1 EUR or $1.50 per referral apart from the payment you will receive from the Vortex Module.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL is not an email forwarding service like you may have seen available.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL does provide you with POP access, and also online storage of your email. Many people are already getting spam to their current email box, or are vulnerable to it over time. Having aliases forwarded from another source, will simply add to the pile of already existing mail in your mailbox and could become terribly confusing anyway.

In Email terms in many do*****entation it refers to the following term:
REA
REA = Real Email Address.

ALIAS:
The first part of the email address before the @ symbol.

With UBIEE EARTH MAIL there is ‘no REA’, your real email address is simply @yourname.a-url.com or @suzy.its-your.name, and it is all managed under one real account that you can log into and manage.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL actually prompts you via email, the first time email is sent to a new alias, allowing you to chose or define a category where you would like to place mail that arrives to that alias.

example, 'mom@suzy.a-url.com' may always go into your FAMILY category.

Also a web interface allows you to change how you categorize your incoming mail, in case the special email you gave to your mother gets compromised, or someone starts spamming that alias.

We wont claim to be able to eliminate all spam, however much of the problem with managing your inbox is one of organization as well. Imagine that someone starts sending you tons of junk to mom@yourname.a-url.com.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL allows you several options:
1. You could apply a filter to the alias 'mom' , that looks at who the email is FROM that arrives to the alias 'mom' and simply uses a traditional ‘white list’ for only that alias, placing email from your moms known email address into your family folder, and the rest into the junk folder.

2. You may sign up on a website for something, say travel.com@yourname.a-url.com and they somehow sell your email address to 50 companies, our system will then allow you to simply send THAT ENTIRE ALIAS into the junk bin.

This is how we can offer your friends and family a 'a secure path directly to your inbox’, no matter which email they may be sending FROM.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL actually adds visual tags to each email showing you which alias that email is being sent to. We understand that in your 'business' category you may have hundreds of aliases created, and soon your business folder may look like any other email box filled with junk. The visual indicators for example allow you to see quickly and easily which businesses that you have associated with are actively contacting you, and which ones somehow are now sending ads for Viagra!

Here is an example, the visual indicator in ( ) shows you the alias receiving the message.

FROM: (your bank) Chase Bank SUBJECT: John, Get loans at super interest rates
FROM: (travel.com) S. Smith SUBJECT: Get your time share vacation today
FROM: (travel.com) help4u SUBJECT: GET VIAGRA SUPER DISCOUNT PHARMACY

You can easily see in this example that travel.com@yourname.a-url.com has been compromised, meaning that either they are expecting you to take Viagra when you travel, or that somehow they have shared your email address with spammers.

This is what we mean by attacking spam at its roots, because our system will allow seeing what’s really happening with the information you share, and will ultimately help to shape who you do business with.

UBIEE EARTH MAIL actually allows you to access your email domain online, http://yourname.a-url.com!

Meaning that we can provide full hosting functionality with your email domain where you can have your own place on the web, including blogs, social communities, content management systems, advertising space, etc

Robert – Canada – I have used for my Clients a System using Google Aps. I can use the technology of “Google Mail or gmail” as most of you know it, and this is personalized to your own Domain and I was wondering if this is interesting to you and we could talk about it more?

Joe – Chief Programmer – I think that what we are doing could possibly be applicable to other technologies and other mail systems, we are looking into a solution that can be outsourced so if you would like to talk to me later on Private Message later and give me some examples, I will certainly consider it from a technical perspective.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain – Welcome everyone from Spain, it is a pleasure to see how this is growing and to see how all the different facets of UBIEE are working together.

As you know our first phase has been to talk to Family and Friends and asking them to sign up for FREE so that they can find out more about our UBIEE EARTH MAIL Programme, and by receiving the “Simulation Emails” they will be able to see how it will benefit them as well as supporting the Environment and creating more awareness. Next March when the Programme is Launched they can “then choose whether they want to remain in the Programme or opt out.”

I am sure that a common factor amongst all of us is that “we care about the Environment”, that the Vortex supports the Environment is a consequence of it and the application and structure of EARTH MAIL for SPAM problems is also to direct attention to this.

Our commitment and the results of our work are evidence of what we believe in, sales of the UBIEE PowerPill are steadily growing and “we know that by introducing the Pill in Cars, Trucks etc that Emissions are reduced by 90% plus” and as the PowerPill, the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and the UBIEE Earth Mail all work in together as a whole we can really make a difference.

Luis – Chile – A welcome to everyone from Chile. This is my 4th year with UBIEE, and I love supporting the “Environment” because we have so many problems and it is a hard fight to change People’s understanding that as Individuals there is something each one of us can do and that we in UBIEE like the Quixote work for Free.

Here in Chile there is a big interest in the Environment and that the People themselves CAN make a difference.

We have also seen today that the UBIEE EARTH MAIL is connected to the Vortexes and helping the Environment with the technology that will be available for getting rid of SPAM. I enjoy working with Dr Michael because he is always there for all of us, a great hug from Chile to all of you and thank you again Dr Michael for your support everywhere.

Georgios – UBIEE advisor – Greece – I will close with a good morning from Greece, it is 2am here, it has been another very good Conference, again many new things and the “emails are flowing.” I can see 20 People who are very active, and I am sure next week this list of Leaders in the Referral List will be bigger.

I will set another target, last week we said we would be over 1,000 BUT we are over 2,100 WOW, so I will say 5,000 to next Conference so you will all need to keep working hard. Talk to your Family, your friends and your Neighbours, it is not always easy in the Forums unless you already have contacts there and People actually look at the information.

This will be a reality next March and we will earn money as we have seen in the simulations, if you have anyone who does not understand anything please bring them to the Skype Chats or speak to Dr Michael, Joe, Steve Hall, Pedro, Gary, Marion, Dany or myself, there are People who can give answers to any of the questions your Friends may have.

Some People may be shy to come so send them a message and ask them to be there, we are not closing till we reach 150,000 People and I know we can do it.

Tomorrow I will setup another Vortex, the Solixta/UBIEE Vortex, I will control the Vortex but Dr Michael and Admin will also have the same authority which means it will not go under me personally, it will be Teamwork. Tomorrow I will also start a Forum and will have a Thread there “Welcome to Solixta/UBIEE.”

I am open to any opinion from anyone here in the Conference, I don’t mind if the opinion is against mine except that I respect the Person. I will have Forums with ideas you may not believe “but that is my opinion or a general opinion that can be against yours”, read it “and tell us your opinion” and I will consider this together with Henrik as he will also help me there to have control over things.

Gary – USA – Thank you Dr Michael and Man this is just amazing! I couldn’t have even imagined that we would have had over 2,000 People in the UBIEE Earth Mail already, everyone is doing such a great job, and once we let our People know they will also get as excited as we are and they will start getting in their Friends and I think Georgios target of 5,000 People we will get very easily.

International UBIEE POWER TEAM Meeting #136 - 19th November, 2007

Dr Michael – A special welcome to the #136 Weekly ENVIRO Conferences and it is a pleasure to see People from all the different parts of the World. I am speaking from the Headquarters in Zaragoza Spain and with me in the Office is Joe our Chief Programmer and Pedro who will be translating the English into Spanish for us.

I would also like to give “Special Thanks” to Midoun from Algeria and Dany from Belgium who have translated the “UBIEE Earthmail” into French. Our main focus today will be the “UBIEE Earthmail”, where we are up to and what we are testing. We are sure this will create a revolution on the Internet because everybody needs what we have.

At the moment not many People know about this, there have been no official Company promotions made and no News Releases as yet because we are still programming but we truly believe that “there is a real need for something like this.

I would also like to welcome all those who have not been to one of our Meetings before, we hold these Conferences every Monday at 22 GMT. We have Members who have been with us since Day 1, we have Ambassadors in 198 Countries and Distribution Outlets in many Countries. Erika is our Master Distributor in Mexico for the PowerPill and is our Administrator for the Hispanic Team.

For the past 4 years we have been working on “how to solve the problem of SPAM and how to avoid personal emails ending up in the SPAM Box or Junk Filter.” Many of us who have been on the Internet for a long time have become “SPAM infected and don’t want to look at emails any more.”

I can remember 6 years ago when we received SPAM we were really upset and some People reported them. Today even with Filters and everything sorted out it is still hard to avoid the issue.

Up until 10 days ago we did not know what we have now, “it is NOT a solution for the email we have right now BUT “IT IS A SOLUTION FOR HOW WE WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE CONTROL OF OUR EMAIL” because the only way SPAM can arrive in your email is if your email has been given around to different email lists and this usually happens when you register with “free accounts like Yahoo and Hotmail.”

This is really where the problem starts, but “what we do not know is where the SPAM comes from or how to prevent it.”

The “UBIEE Earth Mail will give you the Tools to be able to control your email and whenever you register or pass your email address out you will be learning to be responsible.

I have many activities within UBIEE and many activities apart from UBIEE but from last week and for many months to come 90% of all my activity will be entirely focused on the “UBIEE Earth Mailer” and I would like to share with you my reason why.

There are “at least 1.2 Billion Internet users who have an email address” and each one is “a potential new Customer who wants to be able to control how they send and receive their email.” I truly believe that within the next 24 months we can certainly catch 1-2% of the Global Internet Users which would mean that we would have between 12 and 24 Million Customers using the “special code that we have created.”

Each of these Customers will have to pay their yearly fees to have access to the “advanced Tools” that will be coming and I believe with our vision and flexibility this is the right time to move forward. We are all here together for the “Environment” and that is why the UBIEE Earth Mailer will give over 50% of every Dollar, Euro, Pound, Krone or whatever your currency into the “Environment and the payouts of the People who are currently starting with us.

We will NOT have an Affiliate Programme that goes on forever, once we have 150,000 People registered there will be NO MORE sponsoring and the System will be CLOSED and each Person who has signed up by that time will be part of the “big Group of Leaders, the Visionaries who will share in the millions and millions of Users who will be having to pay monthly fees for our Services.

From that moment on the entire Group will share from the overall benefits of the Company with about 5%of the earnings and the Founders will receive an additional 2%

I truly believe that with our technology we can capture between 5 and 15%% of the Internet Market within the next 3 – 5 years. With the current growth on the Internet that would mean “that our Company would have close to 200 Million Users paying 1 EUR month for using our technology” and the 150,000 People who first started with us will be the “Beneficiaries.”

I hope you have been able to capture the “vision I have within myself, the belief in what I have seen, what I have and what I am using.” I am already using this technology and I know it works, it is not like the Ferrari yet because there are no real wheels on it and the automation and personalization has not been completed. It still needs a lot of “self installing systems” so that the entire World can use it, but believe me it is not so complicated to do, it was more complicated creating a System that can take control away from those People who are SPAMMING and to give YOU the control of how you operate your email.

I would like to say “Thank You” to everyone who has been giving such amazing support and the feedback we are getting is tremendous. What we have “IS A SOLUTION FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO SEE ABUSE OF THE EMAIL SYSTEM” regardless of whether you are an Individual or in Business.

This will become “a very powerful engine for all of us because for those who are with us now it will also become a Money Generator that most likely you have never dreamed of.” If you can see and share that vision with me then please understand that the next 4 months are essential for your own success.

As I have already mentioned there will be a maximum 150,000 People allowed. We all have our Personal Contacts, Family and Friends so if you care for them make sure you have their emails logged with us so that they are in the System otherwise you are certainly losing out.

Technology has completely changed the Internet, at first there were no web browsing facilities, the only thing we had was email, there were “No Websites, there were Bulletin Boards and Email Delivery of information from one Person to another.” We still use this today, everyday we get emails but the problem is that they are a minority amongst the SPAM and if you do not know how to set up an email filter into your System then you are probably receiving a lot of SPAM and even with SPAM Filters they can still filter through. I have 85% of my SPAM going straight to my SPAM Box but I still get 15% and even some genuine emails that come from my own Servers end up in my SPAM Box.

What we “DO WANT TO KNOW is where it comes from and who is responsible for sending it” and that is what the UEM will do. We will supply “A SOLUTION that will be able to control and find out where SPAM is actually originating from but it also gives you security when sending emails to your Family, Friends or Business.”

We are using “the Domain name www.a-url.com” and our System “will give you the option to use that url” but we will also be able to implement those things in the future to any other Domain.” What we have cannot be implemented just by doing it to any other Domain, it has to go through our Software and it has to be done by us.

Secure Communication means “that you will know you receive the email, you know it will be sent and you will also know if somebody has given away the email you have assigned to them or registered falsely by not understanding the System and you will know this from the beginning so you will have no problem targeting and finding out what is going on.

Basically this is how we get back control of Email and how we communicate and deliver our information BUT “please bear in mind that our System will not solve your Yahoo or hotmail SPAM” but WHAT IT CAN DO “is to give you the opportunity to have as many emails as you wish to your own Email Domain and you can create them as you go because the System does it for you. My Domain for example is “ceo.a-url.com” and everything that comes in front of that is controlled by myself eg. Jarmo.Sweden@ceo.a-url.com   and you do not have to register the new email in your account.”

If Jarmo were to send me an email at that address right now I would receive it, I would know it had come from him and no one else would know that email address because Jarmo created it himself.

We will select a few “Beta Testers” from those who have a Founders or Lifetime Membership and will ask them if they are interested in being involved. The Technology has already been installed and all we need now “is to build the chassis around our Ferrari Engine!”

We have come up with a great idea thanks to Georgios our UBIEE Advisor and that is “from 1st March 2008 we will payout a 1 EUR Referral Bonus for every Person you sponsor into the Business. This is NOT MLM so “you will only get paid 1 level deep”, but what you do get is “our UEP Vortex Payout System.”

You have all seen “those WOW emails coming, at the moment this is only a simulation to give you an idea of how it will work” , but I would like to emphasize “that 1 EUR is a very good incentive for everybody” and also remember that “there will only be 150,000People in this Core Group.” We are expecting within the next 24 months to have 20 million People joining, probably more if we do it right if I can get the right Professionals on my side.

I am looking for “People with Leadership qualities, I am looking for People in the different Countries who are capable of working in a Team, who are committed and capable of understanding that what we have is something the entire Internet Community needs no matter what Nationality and no matter what you do.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Spain – Hello everybody, it is a pleasure to be here and to see so many new faces from around the World. Basically I can sum up a good short explanation of how this System work will work. With this System what you will be able to do is sometimes a little confusing to put into terms.
We usually think of the “Email Address” as the whole thing

The Username being the part before the “@” symbol and the Domain usually belongs to the Email Provider such as Yahoo, Hotmail etc and you can’t change that.

BUT in our case you CAN CHANGE it and what this will allow you to do

When you go in and sign up on a Website say at “google.com” what you can do is google.com@joe.a-url.com

You can see what we have done is to create an address “just for Google” and as soon as they abuse the privilege of having “your Email Address” it actually has their Website in the email address so if they give that away and somebody else begins using it there “will be a special way where you can easily see that you are getting email to Google at your Email Address BUT it is NOT coming from Google” so what that means “is that somehow that email address has been compromised. At that point all you have to do “is turn off the flow.”

To use this System all you have to do is “when you give your Email Address out to your Family, Friends or Businesses you give them “their own Email Address which they can use to contact you” and what that means is “that it will make it very difficult for SPAMMERS” because what they count on is “that you don’t know how they got your Email Address” and “your Email Address can get spread around to so many different Lists.”

If you think about it, if you had enough Email Addresses you could turn off and turn on new ones anytime you wanted and you would actually be able to put a stop to it, however most Systems don’t provide this.

With our System you don’t actually have to make a new Email Address – if you met a Friend down the street and his name was John you could have him get in touch with you at John@john.a-url.com , when John sends you an email you will get notification “that this new Email Account has been requested and you can choose right then and there if you want to accept Email from John at your Domain in the future.

So your Friends, Family and the People you want to have a secure route into your Mailbox you can direct those into a Special Folder and they will never be abused and then when you go and hand out your Email Address to Businesses or Marketing Programmes where there is probably a good chance you will end up getting Spam YOU WILL HAVE CONTROL OVER IT

What we are really doing is adding one more piece of information to the puzzle that has never been there before and it will give you an extra edge to be able to see how, when and where the abuse actually starts. The problem “with SPAM FILTERS” is that they have no idea where the abuse started, “they are concentrating on where it is ending up – which is in your Email Box.”

What they have to do is “guess based on the words in the Email and based upon what they think might be junk” and unfortunately this isn’t really working very well because so many of these EMAIL SPAMMERS come up with ways to get around it and they have come up with so many ways that now the Email Provider thinks “that everything is junk pretty much unless it is a Text Only Message from another Yahoo or Hotmail Account.”

We know that some of our UBIEE Mail all the time ends up in Junk Folders “simply because it has an Advertising Message or even a Term such as “money” in it will trigger it off and sometimes “you can even miss that important Email you were waiting for from a Friend or Business Partner because it has gone into the Junk Folder.”

I think that we can really eliminate this and create a new way to look at Emails and a new way to use Emails that will actually make the Person who uses your Email responsible for it because that Person is the only one that has that Email Address in order to contact you. This becomes a whole different scenario where the USERNAME part of the address doesn’t really belong to you, it belongs to the Person you give your Email to.

I hope that is a fairly simple and not too complicated explanation and if you use this System there will be other things you can do besides preventing spamming. If you are signing up for Marketing Programmes and things like that, it will give you an idea of “how they are using your Email Address and who they are sharing it with.”

I look forward to being able to provide some Beta Testing and Beta Testers to try this out within a few weeks and overtime we will change the way the Internet uses Email and I hope this explanation has been helpful. Thank you.

Dr Michael – Thank you Joe, I think that was an easy explanation for those who have heard it for the first time.

Leaders please do not expect us to have a Manual for everything that you would like to have right now, “we need you, we need your support and we need your ideas and commitment to make this grow.” If you ever wanted “to be in an opportunity then you are at the right place at the right time.”

Marion – Australia – Thank you Dr Michael and hello everyone. UBIEE has been one of the highlights of the last couple of years for me. Since I retired I have spent quite a lot of time on the Internet trying to work out how to supplement our income but I think like most of you this hasn’t really been successful.

In UBIEE we have found a Group of Friends who are very honest, trustworthy and open, everyone is here to help and support each other and you don’t often find that in many Companies.

The different Programmes in UBIEE are fantastic, you have the PowerPill, Syd and I have been using if for the past 2 years and we know it works but as Dr Michael has said it is not always easy to sell because People are very skeptical and don’t believe what you say and unfortunately are not even prepared to try it and find out for themselves.

The UBIEE ENVIRO Project is another good way of introducing People to the PowerPill and a way of getting People interested in the Environment and that is “a really important issue for all of us at the moment.”

The UBIEE Earth Mailer with the WebHosting is like “the icing on the cake.” I have read comments in the Blogs that People are getting the same amount of SPAM as we are getting and to be able to stop these from filling our Email Boxes will be great.

Georgios – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Good evening from Greece or rather it is early morning here, I am very glad to see People from Sweden and Finland, Jarmo and Sami “Welcome In”, and WOW we are many today.

First I will congratulate Gary again for a very good contest last week and “Congratulation Pedro” for winning this weeks “UBIEE Partner of the Week Contest.”

About the 1 EUR Dr Michael has mentioned. This idea came about after I had contacted some of my Friends in the US who are part of an “International Communication System” telling them about this “New Revolutionary Email System” that Joe has brought in and asking them to come and join us.

One of my Friends said to me “Why George? There is nothing to earn, if there is no commission I can’t promote this, but, if I get some money I will also promote it.”
I discussed this with Headquarters, Dr Michael liked the idea, and we decided as a Team to bring it in so now
“ for each Person you sponsor you will earn 1 Euro, 10 People 10 EUR or 100 People 100 EUR”
there will be some who will earn a lot of money from this “Referral System”, I will earn money I can promise you that.

We know how the Vortex works and how it develops and you can see this on the Simulation Webpage and this will become a reality after March 1st, 2008. Study it in detail and you will see “what your earnings could be with only 1 Contribution” you can “go in and join any Vortex and sooner or later you will have your own TP1 Position.”

Dr Michael – Thank you Georgios, yes, UBIEE is much more than “Earth Mail or Web Hosting” it is about “YOU BE”, it means ‘YOU BE successful, YOU BE an Environmental Supporter, YOU BE a positive Person” anything YOU want to be YOU CAN BE with UBIEE. This may sound just like words but “honestly it is not.”

I have been in the MLM Industry for 20 years and have made a name for myself through not being visible. I had the patience and the discipline to look into all those different Programmes, take the best out of everything, combine it and I have made it into a “great New System and that new System is called Contributional Marketing.”

Contributional Marketing is something that UBIEE invented 5 months ago, there was no such thing as Contributional Marketing in the World, we invented it – why? – because our System is mathematically structured to pay out to “Hundreds of People small amounts and I truly believe that one of the reasons People use the Internet is to make money”

Usually in MLM the People on the top earn a lot of money and the ones below are the ones who pay the price. Once 192 People have registered, the exact same process will happen again only with a different Person at the Top. I will work this “with you or without you”, I will get 150,000 People in there and with my knowledge, technology and background everything will be dedicated to “get my 10 per day for sure because I don’t want to be someone who saw this opportunity and let it slip by because I was busy sleeping ,working in the Communities or simply did nothing.

Patrick asked a very good question before the Conference. Can Email Harvesters capture our Email address?
and the answer is YES they can because we are still using “email”
                                                       BUT WHAT WE CAN DO IS
we will know who is “harvesting the email, and that is where the problem starts.”
If we find someone harvesting one of the emails we are using for a Sign-Up eg. Google.com@yourname.a-url.com we will know from the beginning who is doing it and you will have the choice of contacting them, blacklisting them or whitelisting them because you will know the source. I will pass the mic to Joe to give you a better understanding.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Spain – I can put it really simply, basically what we are doing is turning the “Email Address itself into the Tool that we use to track it.”

I will give you an example “ if you go to a Website where there is a Forum and you know you will be on this Website a couple times and you put your Email Address in the Forum so People can get hold of you – that might be a place where the Email Harvesters will go, they would go to the Forum and try to pull off all the Email Addresses and put them in their List Mailer and send them out.”

If you registered at the Forum instead of PatriciaB@patriciab.a-url.com you could put Fantastic.Forum@patriciab.a-url.com so once that particular email starts to gets trashed or spammed our System will give you the option to turn off the flow of incoming emails to that Email Address at your Email Domain.

So what happens if you give everybody a different Email Address eg. mum@patriciab.a-url.com ,your Mother is not going to give away your Email Address so you can filter that yourself using a “Special Folder like a Family Folder” and you will know that the email that comes into that is safe, but the Forum where you made the Email Address for a special occasion if that is abused then it is very easy to stop the junk mail coming in and you know where it started.

If you can imagine taking your Email Box and dividing it into Portions with each Portion belonging to someone you have given your Email Address to, then what will happen once a Portion with the Username gets abused, you will be able to turn and you will be able to see where it started, so what we are doing is creating a simple way for you to compartmentalize your Email Box so you can keep control over it from the beginning, whereas other SPAM Filters try to give you some control over it after it is all over.

We are really looking at a different methodology of a way of going about it.

Steve Hall – USA – Joe if I know the tail of your email “@joe.a-url.com” – if I put Steve in front of the “@” would it still go to you even if you haven’t created the account or are we going to be creating each account that we go to?

Joe – Chief Programmer – That is a really good question Steve, and that is the beauty of our System, you don’t have to create it when the email comes in for the first time. What will happen is” that you will receive a notification in your main Inbox which will say “Steve has sent you an email and you can choose at that point whether you want to accept it or not and also future emails from Steve at your Domain, and if you say “Yes” that Username will go in the OK List and then you will receive email from Steve. Later on if you were to start getting SPAM from Steve then you could turn it off.

If you give your email to certain Businesses or Friends and some of these start to get abused you can turn them off and assign a new Email Address for those People and it happens on the fly, all you have to do is give out the Email Address and as soon as somebody emails you, that is when that Inbox is created. Hope that answers your question Steve.

Melissa – Australia – Once the SPAMMER understands the System what is to stop them from sending to any name in front of your “url”?

Joe – Chief Programmer – Another good question. Well I will tell you from experience the way that the Email Sending System works is that they are actually sending out Email Addresses that they have on their Lists and they only have one of them.

Now say you get somebody who does understand and they realize you have one of these Email Systems so they start to SPAM to hundreds of “Random Usernames” at your Email, and that is a problem that could happen, so what I will do in that case is “to create a way for you to see the new Usernames that were created that day and you can select the ones you want and it should be pretty obvious because the only way the SPAMMERS have to do that is that they create really generic names.”

I have been doing this with my Domain Name for years and what happens is that I will get emails to “xyz or bac or something similar” and you can see which ones are real and which ones are not and simply select the boxes you want to allow mail from and then from there on out it will only allow email to come through to those.

I don’t think at first that this is going to be a danger and later on the People who are doing Junk Mail they will always try to find ways to get in but this System will make it very difficult for them because most Email Lists don’t work that way and Email Sending Systems don’t work that way either.

We will have so many Email Domains and Email Addresses out there that it will really multiply the number of Email Addresses that People can send to, and it will make it very difficult to nail that down.

Dr Michael – I would like to add to that as well. The current situation is, if that would be happening right now would you be able to turn it off? NO you would not, the only way for you would be to create Individual Filters to filter them out as they arrive and this is very time consuming.

Our System gives you a selection option so you can turn them off and that means those things will never be able to enter again so it is another thing to start to capture these from the beginning.

There is NO solution that will do everything with ONE click, but there is a solution to educate ourselves and to understand how we can control it at the roots and at the roots of the origin and that is where our System becomes so powerful because current Systems really only allow you to help once it is already happening and ours will NOT be happening because when you see that something will really attack our System you will turn it off and the System will just bounce it back and you won’t get it any more.

This means that the Email will become invalid so overtime People will not harvest our Domains either because they will know we can make their Email Listing look bad. If you have the opportunity to turn off an Email it becomes obsolete and bounces back and is of no use to them. Right now People are selling Emails because they can’t be turned off and this is where they get their money from because you really have no control over where your Email Address goes once it is harvested.

Say for instance someone has harvested 500 emails from your Domain and you realize this, all you have to do is close it down and since “you can create on-the-spot emails for the People you want it is very easy for you to get hold of People and change things around and become responsible.”

“Responsible means that you become the Controller of your Destiny” so please understand it is “ABOUT US LEARNING HOW WE CONTROL THE HAPPENINGS ON SPAM” and as time goes by SPAM most likely will become a much less important issue and when it becomes a less important issue it becomes more of a headache for them.

SPAM is not likely to disappear because not everyone will use our Servers but it certainly becomes a scenario for many who will not want to have our dynamic Server on their List

Joe – Chief Programmer – Another thing about that, if it happens that someone starts sending to a whole bunch of different Usernames like that, you have to remember that they are sending to all those different Usernames from the same place so what our Server can see is “that if you have 1 Guy who is sending to 2 or 3 different Usernames, that is really easy for our System to see and create an alert for us to turn it off” and also if the Random Generators try to create Random Usernames they are not going to get there.”

If that situation does happen, the Email Addresses you have secured in Special Folders like your Mum, Family or Business Partners will still get there just like normal.

There could be other hassles “to deal with other Usernames our System can actually see on the other side” so we “can limit it down to where you can only get mail from ONE Username from the same place at a time, so we can actually eliminate that from happening.

Erika – Mexico – If I create an Email, where do I receive it?

Joe – Erika they are received into your Email Box just like normal and you can create as many as you want.

Today we have spoken most about the UBIEE Earth Mailer which Joe has created for us, to control our email, he is a genius, we are here at the right moment to earn some money with this because of the Contributional Marketing which Dr Michael has incorporated.

As well we have the UBIEE Enviro Project whose focus is on “Environmental Awareness and Support” and this is available to everyone for a One Time Contribution of 11 EUR.

At the moment we are over 17,000 UBIEE Ambassadors and this opens up a good opportunity for us to market our Product the PowerPill with its guarantee of minimum 78% reduction of emissions in combustible engines.

International UBIEE POWER TEAM Meeting #135 - 12th November, 2007

Dr Michael – Welcome from UBIEE Headquarters in Zaragoza Spain and it is a pleasure to see you all here for our #135 Weekly ENVIRO Conference. Here in the Office with me is Chelo and Joe, Pedro is travelling at the moment but he will be doing the translations for us on his laptop, the English into Spanish and visa versa for you to follow in the Text Box. The Meeting is recorded and will be available later on the Website for anyone wanting to access it.

It is pretty amazing what we have accomplished over the past few days and I am sure we are on the right track. Later in the Meeting we will to present to you “a new Email Delivery System the UBIEE Environmental Email Innovation System” a sensational breakthrough we believe we have discovered allowing People to get rid of SPAM by using some unique technologies and we are sure this will grab the attention of the Global Community.

Congratulations to Gary Wells from the US on being our “5th UBIEE Partner of the Week”, you are very Team oriented and a great promoter so Congratulations Gary.

The Toolbar. For those who have not yet downloaded the Toolbar, and for those who have but have not had the chance to look into it, don’t be surprised by what you will find there http://ubieehq.ourtoolbar.com

It is probably “one of the few Toolbars you can really get the hang of”, it will probably take you a few weeks to go through the Links and to understand it all because UBIEE is just as big but it is all well structured and you have the opportunity of looking into each item and an automatic update has been incorporated.

On the “My UBIEE Link”, there is an audio explanation, there is also one for the UEP, the UBIEE News and over the next few days you will see that all the “Top Items on the Toolbar” will be audio explained, and thanks to “Snapvine we have been able to inter-establish an audio blog.”

I think this is a very unique feature, I am not sure how it will catch-on on the Internet but the feedback I am getting is good. I recommend all the Leaders suggest to their Friends that they download the Toolbar to have easy access to “information on the PowerPill, the UEP, the Forums, WebHosting, the Christmas Offer, the Bulletin Board and everything we have to offer including Links to the “Continental Leaders, the Leaders and the Distribution Outlets that we have around the World.

There is an icon called “Chat UBIEE” which automatically takes you into our “Public Skype Chat where we have Moderators from the different parts of the World supporting and giving information.” You can also get updated information by clicking on the “UBIEEees icon.”

For the first time we have had our Company RingSMS and the UBIEE Group valued. After 5 years of hard work and dedication and taking into consideration all the money that has been paid, the overall total including contracts is 18,260,000 EUR, roughly $24 million US which is a fantastic achievement. The value of the Company is not the same as the money we have in the Bank but it does give us credibility and the support of the Bank and Affiliates to become an Organization with locations around the 5 Continents where we are strong.

I would like to give you a preview of what we will be doing. We will be opening up our doors and offering 5% of Global UBIEE in small investments for the Little Guys to become UBIEE Shareholders and Owners of the Company Common Shares.

We are doing this because we truly believe that this participation is an offer for those who are dedicated and to give them the opportunity to have real value that will grow over the years to come. This is not something you can go out and sell but it is to keep for yourself or your Children in the future.

What I am talking about is an Investment of 2000 EUR which will give you 0.1% of the Common Shares, not the Preferred or Class A or Class B where you have no voting rights, we are talking about a real Common Share Value in the Company and there will be 4 different options available.

We will sell in total 5% to our Leaders and Supporters, 0.1%, 2000 EUR is just for our Leaders, this is not a Public Offer and it is not meant to be a Public Offer, it is recognition for all the work you have done. 0.1% has a value of about 18,000 EUR which is an increase on your investment by many times, but you will not be able to sell these Shares.

It is one thing to have a great idea but another to put it into action and our goal is to create a “Global Distribution Network” The “Environment” at present is an issue and a lot of things have been happening over the past 4 weeks especially on the International Arena. The News Headline here in Spain today states that “we only have 10 years left!!”

UBIEE is a growing force to be reckoned with, it is amazing where we have come from and what we have achieved and I know everybody is working very hard and that is why we are giving the opportunity to those who would like to participate. We will in the end sell 49% of all our Shares, we are not selling to big Investors, this is for People like you and me who care about the “Environment.”
We will “only share with you the benefits but not the responsibility, in principle there will be NO risk attached.”

About 3 weeks ago I said “that you could see the wave coming” and now I am sure “that the wave is very close and much closer than many imagine.” UBIEE is on the edge of the biggest wave and we have to be ready and there will be those who miss out because they hadn’t realized just how big the wave was and weren’t prepared.

I do not know if this will happen, and I hope it doesn’t happen to anybody, we are expanding and we “need People who are committed”, we already have some “Continental Leaders” in our Team and I will talk to all of you individually and explain what we are doing and give you the opportunity to “become a UBIEE Shareholder first by email and then I will follow-up and give you an understanding of what we are trying to do and I would like to know if you are ready to commit yourself to head up one of our Continental Headquarters in your area.”

By February 2008 we hope to have our Plans established but as you can imagine all this needs to be planned correctly.

Steve Hall – USA – Thanks Dr Michael and hello everybody around the World, another good UBIEE day, it is good to see so many here and some new faces as well.

The Toolbar update that Dr Michael has done is fantastic and with regard to the SPAM Email Dr Michael spoke about earlier another great idea, well done Joe, great vision. I keep going back “to the UBIEE Vision”, and we do have “vision and everything starts with us and finishes with us as well.”

With regard to the “Environment” from our end after the recent fires, they are all under control but the air quality is still bad and this is concerning a lot of People.

Dr Michael – Thank you Steve, it is an exciting time, we have great Vision and Teamwork and our combined efforts will make us stand out regardless of whether some People don’t understand or doubt because this is not about individuals, it is about UBIEE.

I would like to say “Congratulations” to all of you for meeting the challenges as they come, we don’t all have perfect days and thinks don’t always go as planned but UBIEE just makes things a little bit easier. Over the past 4 months we have seen “increased support, recognition and increased exposure on a Global scale”.

We are still very small compared with the larger Companies but we have grown from a “very small Group of Individuals in 2004 to a Group of 17,000 People” and this is quite an achievement when you consider we are NOT MLM and there is NO financial benefit to become a “UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors”, we are a Group of People who have a “Vision for supporting the Environment.”

There is only a small Group out of that 17,000 who are Distributors or GIA’s and we only authorize People to work with UBIEE if they understand the concept and “the concept is to fight emissions”, and we HAVE A SOLUTION “a Product that has a Manufacturers Guarantee of a minimum 78% emission reduction.”
We are not a Bill Gates or a Government Official who can say “Yes I support UBIEE and make it mandatory for People to use the Pill”, BUT we are “Individuals who believe in a cause and we believe that if we can tell enough People about our Vision we CAN make a difference and succeed.”

       We have a Product, we have the Tools and with our UEP we can spread the wealth, and wealth to some People is simply being able to pay their bills.
I am sure that many of you are aware that 95% of People on the Internet never earn any money, all they do is spend money on promotions or joining Programmes that promise a lot but don’t work.

Joe has had a vision and it is actually coming to fruition and that vision is “how to solve the Email situation on a Global Scale, a Solution to fight SPAM, control it and make the World responsible for what is happening” and believe it or not we truly believe “that we have cracked it and we could have a Multi Million Dollar Operation just in front of our nose in the hands of UBIEE and I will ask Joe to give you an update on what has been happening here.

Joe – Chief programmer – USA - Spain – Hello and thank you for the introduction and I really appreciate seeing everybody here to today. Our WebHosting is going well, we have between 10 – 15 People who have joined, there are several different “Packages” available and if you choose the “Enviro Package for 11 EUR a month” this also includes “1 OTC Position in a Vortex each month”, so you “get paid on your own WebHosting Fees and everyone who signs up actually benefits from those who sign up after them.”

When you log into your UEP Back Office you will now see 3 Links, a page for the PowerPill with your usual TAG Link, one for the WebHosting and the other for the Christmas Offer and these are there for everyone to take advantage of and we have our new “Servers set up for the WebHosting.”

With regard to the “Email” that Dr Michael has mentioned, I have thought about this for a long time and basically I think “that Email has just been done wrong all these years”, it is a good idea but it has “been missing a couple of critical points.”

Basically Email has 2 parts the first part : your username and
                                        second part : your domain name

and usually when you get an email address for yourself you are stuck with that first part “which is You.”

What we will do and will have available for you to try out within the next week or so as is a “Beta Test” What if you had your own Domain for email eg gary@a.url.com and the “Username before the @” is to be used by the People who use your Email Address so basically if you gave a Friend your email address and your Friend’s name is John, he could contact you at “@john.a-url.com” so that when you get an email from John you will know that it has come from “John.” I could go into a lot of different ways you could use this for your Marketing Promotions and also to see who gives out your Email Address and usually that information is lost.

If you give 10 People your Email Address and 1 of them “gives your Email Address to 50 People” you really don’t know “which one of the 10 abused your privacy” and so what happens is that they “use it and pass it around and there is no way for you to ever find out” and once it happens “and we have all seen it happen, we have to start using SPAM Filters and all kinds of problems come in trying to guess which email is good or bad depending on the sender because that information changes all the time so we end up “losing our Business Email, we end up losing UBIEE Mail we send out because it goes straight to the Junk Folder.”

Basically every time you give out your Email Address you actually create a new Username for that Individual so if they sell your Email Address you will know it was them. If you gave your Email Address as yahoo@john.a-url.com and if Yahoo turns around and sells your address to 50 Companies then you will know because it will all be coming in to the Username Yahoo at your domain.

I really have to say that “Email is turning into a pile of garbage” because “People are now preying on email addresses like there is no tomorrow. This is happening because “Email is lacking in certain critical aspects” and I think we can help turn this around with “one of my Brainchild Ideas.”

There are a lot of things we can offer to the World as an ENVIRO Team because we can link all of these back into actual traffic that “generates Income” which can be used to help the Environment and really that is exactly what it does because
“we have a Product that reduces emissions and we are also open-minded to any other Product that helps the Environment“ so whether we sell “an Email Solution, WebHosting or whatever” it increases the opportunity for us to make a difference.
”Individually we don’t make much of a difference but together we can make all the difference in the world for the Environment.”

People don’t “have to be interested in the Environment to get WebHosting” so when you hear about someone talking about how they would like their own Website, or talking about having trouble with their Hosting Service or are paying outrageous prices “refer them to our Hosting with your TAG and we can offer them Hosting for 11 EUR month.”

Dr Michael – A very humble explanation for a sensational solution Joe. Just imagine if you are going to a Conference and you want some Business Cards printed and you put your email as Convention2007UBIEE@john.a-url.com ? That email doesn’t exist yet!....BUT the moment the first Person send as email to that address, an Email Account gets automatically created.

This means that from now on you have the flexibility to use ANY name in front of your email and you will know who you give it out to so it won’t end up as SPAM

What is the advantage – it means the whole process becomes totally automated and you have a “dynamic intelligent environment for your email, it means that you have complete control over what comes into your Email Box and soon you will be able track those People who try to SPAM you and actually tell who they are.

There is one more important issue I would like to explain about this Email System and that is that you actually become the Owner of all those People who purchase Email Lists from any Company you want and the potential there is using Contributional Marketing and our Email System will revolutionize the World and believe me if we do it right we will get 100,000 Subscribers to our WebHosting and UBIEE Mailing System which will also be linked to the UEP.

The next point I would like to explain and it has nothing to do with the Internet except as a Tool to access information. Say we have a Company that sells “Tyres” and “the Owner is a very Environmentally Friendly Person who agrees to give 8 EUR per tyre sold towards Environmental Awareness and those 8 EUR will go into the UEP as an OTC Position in the Customer’s Name.

Can you imagine the Customers surprise when he/she receives an email or letter from the Tyre Company saying they are holding a Cheque for $15 for them because with your purchase we supported the Environment? Thank you for your participation and thank you for being a loyal Customer. Do you know of a Company where you buy your tyres, shoes or any other Product where after a few weeks you get some money back?

It is an entry for any Company who “would like to be Greener than they are right now and our target for 2008 is to have at least 60 additional Companies out of the 5 Services that we have and by Companies supporting the Environment and putting a small percentage into the UEP it would certainly create “an excellent Customer Base of loyalty and friendship.”

Support the Environment with many small efforts and you have the opportunity and the potential to become successful. We have 10 years to make a change, no one can sit on their butt any more and say I don’t believe it, the consequences of not doing anything doesn’t bare thinking about, fires, floods and many natural disasters.

It is up to us to make a change and I believe any Company regardless of what they do or where they are that is not seen to be doing something for the “Environment” will be outlawed like smokers who smoke cigarettes.

Georgios – Greece – It has been a very busy week for me and I have mostly been offline. I was a Supervisor for some exams and had the responsibility of seeing that everything went well so from tomorrow I am hoping to have more free time.

First I would like to congratulate Gary for being the 5th UBIEE Partner of the Week, for the excellent result and also for the very good Promotion of the Toolbar, I am sure you would have received many votes for that as well as from your other opportunities. Congratulations also to Pedro for coming in 2nd .
Janet your audio is very good and I would like your permission to use this as it is easy for People to listen to and they can listen over and over again. Text is also a good way to communicate but an audio or an image says much more.

Last Saturday I had 376 visits to Adland Pro and this is 4 or 5 times more compared to 3 weeks ago, and yesterday I had 108 visits and that is strange. If you check my Forum there is only 1 Member and that is me, I have traffic there and that means that I can send out as many messages as I want. My last Topic was “Hebrew is Greek” and that brought many People in.

We must promote, send out Messages and make People curious so that they will want to come in and find out what we are saying. As yet I have not sent out anything about UBIEE Radio, it will be my Thread for tomorrow. Dimitra has been listening and it would be good if we could have 1 hour in Greek.

UBIEE is not only the UEP, or the PowerPill, it is much, much more and we need to set a target to have this Conference Room filled with more People so they can understand what we are doing. If we can get them here to a Conference it is much easier to work with them and give them a good explanation of what we have and what we are doing.

I am looking forward to learning more about the “new Email Program”, with regard to the Vortexes I have not seen much communication this week, I owe some People placements and they know personally who they are. I am not doing so well in the Communities but I realize it takes time to make new Friends.
In the Communities like Lazzeo we need to be close to them but we also need to bring them in here so that they can understand what we are doing. I would like to see Kathy Hamilton come in here so please invite her and I will also send a message.

Dr Michael – With my experience over many years of working in the Communities creating “Your Profile is so important”, you need to spend at least 1 hour filling up 90% of the options, the more precise you are in creating “Your Profile” the more People you will attract and the more successful you will be. This is just a guideline but it is up to each individual how they do it.

It was decided that all 3 could be used. A few People will be selected to be Beta Testers, we will give them a little insight to what it does and we will need their Feedback to help us make improvements. We know the System works, what we have to do now is make it “User Friendly” and I am sure it is going to have a big impact on the Internet World.

As I mentioned earlier UBIEE will be selling for 2,000 EUR, 0.1% of the Common Shares not the Preferred Shares and this is open for those Leaders who are interested in becoming a “Company Shareholder.” This offer will be available until the end of November when all arrangements will need to be finalized as we want to be up and running by February 2008.

There will be decisions that will have to be taken very seriously, and there will have to be agreements made with People who are put in Charge because we can’t run it all from Spain, neither can we run it all from the US or Australia but we can run it all together and I truly believe that you do not need to be a Professional to fulfill these tasks because we already are “UBIEE Geeks”, we know what we have in our hands, we know how our System works and how it is set up, we know our Product that stands up to its claims, we have the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and our Planet WebHosting and we have the new Email Technology that has just been presented to you.

This really is a great opportunity for all of us to be in, we have to learn to differentiate ourselves from others and if you are a “Continental Leader that is something special BUT it also carries responsibilities.”

The Toolbar is good, I think it just needs a little bit of time to work out where everything is and I am sure having easy access to all that information will be a big help. I saw Dr Michael integrating some of the technology we have been going over into the UBIEE System making it an easier and systemized process because one of the most important things is having a System in place so that we can be “Environmentally Smart People” and to be “Environmentally Smart People” we need to first of all “download the UBIEE Toolbar http://ubieehq.ourtoolbar.com , get into a Vortex, sign up with Lazzeo so that you have a place to present your Vortex and make sure that you get involved with “Snapvine to give your personalized message and also to tell your story.”
UBIEE’s are “wonderful Bloggers” your Blogs are excellent but now it is time to take it to the next level, now it is time to do “the Audios and Videos” because when you add sound and tell Your Story “People can hear your Passion” and People can identify with that, then when you move to Videos it is a done deal, that is the way the web is going and that is what “Web 2.0” is all about.

With other languages besides English there is a “HUGE untapped Market especially when it comes to the Environment” and by adding Audio “it will bring the whole movement to life.”

I will continue to work with Dr Michael and I applaud the whole Team, “we need momentum and we need to build the momentum and excitement because we are on a Mission to SAVE OUR PLANET.”

Dr Michael – Hello from UBIEE Headquarters in Zaragoza Spain and welcome everybody to this #134 Weekly ENVIRO Conference. With me is Pedro who will be translating the English to Spanish Text and visa versa so please follow in the Text Box. Georgios is from Greece and is our UBIEE Advisor. He is doing an amazing job of unifying all the desires we have, he is supporting the “Children and World Aid” plus much more, he is the best “Historian” we have in UBIEE so if you want to know anything about the past just get in touch with him. Georgios – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Thank you Dr Michael and welcome to this #134 Conference.
It has been a busy week for me both at my job and also on the internet. There have been many things happening, I have had Conferences with Lazzeo and Bizpreneur and the results were good.

Kathy Hamilton and myself have started a new Team. Kathy is a Member of UBIEE as well as in the other Communities. We will work hard on promoting Vortex 670 when she comes back from vacation next Wednesday. I will bring in the other Teams like “Children Smile” to give them the opportunity of earning more money.

I was really pleased to see that we had 160 votes for the “UBIEE Person of the Week” and I hadn’t expected that. I said at the last Conference that I would support and pay the “Second Person if we reached 100 votes” and with 160 votes I will “also pay the “Third Person”, not in the “Winner’s Vortex but in the parallel Vortex 1339.”

I will bring People in there because I am going to give “Free Positions to Friends who are active or Friends who I think are doing good work for UBIEE” because you may not be the best Promoter but if you do things that are good then “that gives me ideas that I can use to move forward quickly.”

UBIEE is not a system where you have “referrals”, I am trying to be in many Vortexes and give support there and that is thanks to your ideas. I am a Person that “sometimes with just one word I can form a new idea” and that can be enough for me.

In the Communities other than Adland Pro I am not doing so well because I am not getting replies to my Posts, maybe it is too early there for me to come in. As Dr Michael said I have a long Second Name, maybe that is the problem. I am sure if my name was George Maker “which is what my name means” I would have a much better result because “most English speaking People” are more receptive to English Names” and most of the Internet is American.

I have realized one thing, I am in about 160 Vortexes and some of you have stopped promoting. I copy every day the results of the Vortex where I am and I know “how much traffic I send out every day” so “PLEASE promote, use your Traffic Exchange Programmes and your Autosurfers.”

Maybe we don’t see many Contributions but “the more we send out showing our Banner” the better it will be for us and sooner or later the People will come in. If you come in expecting to make money overnight it will not happen, WE ALL HAVE TO PROMOTE, it is no good getting a TP1 Position and just sitting there waiting but not doing anything.

You MUST promote your Vortex yourself and I mean the first Vortex you joined. There are 3 things you can do,
             1) bring in a good Promoter,
             2) promote your TAG and get traffic there or
             3) convince us that you will have traffic there so we can come in and make a Contribution

I think there are about 1,400 Vortexes and if Dr Michael, Joe and myself went in and put a Contribution in every one it would cost a lot of money and we cannot do that.
So there are 2 things you can do
             1) stay close to the original Vortex you joined or
             2) join a Team of which there are about 10

The Teams are handled by People who know how the Vortex System works and know where to place the Contributors as they come in. The results will come when you promote your Vortex, so just be patient.

Dr Michael – Thank you Georgios. Another important thing to remember is that “the Vortex is a Team effort.” The Vortex with its mathematical and sequential scenario will give you “4 Vortex of your own” but as Georgios has said “unless you promote they will just sit there.”

Also bear in mind that “10% of all earnings are put aside in your Back Office until 35 EUR has ac*****ulated” and then the Company “will send you 1 Blister of PowerPills and these have a Manufacturers Guarantee to reduce emissions by 78% in ANY engine using GAS, DIESEL or BIO-DIESEL FUEL.

The company is NOT here to “create a money programme, but the ENVIRO Project does give 64% of all contributions back to the Groups where the contribution is made for promoting Global Awareness and that is the Environment.” The Vortex is really just an “add-on Tool” for the UBIEE Corporation towards what we are doing as a Company.

On 4th November UBIEE celebrated its 3rd Anniversary and that is 3 years of very dedicated work where we have been working for the “Environment”, we started with a small Team of about 60 and now we have grown to over 16,500 UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors, we “are Ambassadors for the Environment, we are NOT Ambassadors for the Vortex” the Vortex by its “mathematical structure will as it grows create a real Residual Income.” This is not done with 2 or 300 People but “by many, many thousands joining the cause for a Cleaner Environment, and that is where our Pill comes in.”

From 2008 and onwards the Company has decided that “for every 3 Blisters sold on the Global Market for which we have Worldwide exclusivity we will put 1 OTC Position into the UEP which has a Rotator attached to it”, so bear in mind that “activity for the Environment could become very beneficial.”

It is beneficial because “we are not looking for monthly contributions and we are not looking for a monthly commitment from you for supporting the Environment” BUT “what we do ask is for a ONE TIME CONTRIBUTION”, you can make more if you like but that is your choice and for that OTC and the support you give our Teams by promoting, talking to People and bringing in more Contributors, we give you back 64% of all Contributions.

Plus we have decided that “for every 3 Blisters sold that have nothing to do with the Internet the Company will allocate 6.40 EUR into those Positions that are the beneficiarers of that Vortex.

The Company from 2008 will “allocate every 3 months 12 Vortexes and once I have decided to go forward with this and have spoken to Georgios, I will give the Positions and Numbers but you will need some qualification to participate. The money for this will come from Global PowerPill Sales which have had nothing to do with you.

Our “Continental Leaders” will be the ones who will determine who the Beneficiarers will be. These will be the “People who are active for UBIEE or the ones who are promoting the Environment but not the ones who are just waiting for money to come in for nothing, there is nothing wrong with that but they also cannot expect to receive other benefits. Once you have been given a Position you will have to wait another 3 months before you have the chance of being selected again, this will give us the opportunity to rotate the benefits that we will be generating as a Company between “all the Supporters.”

The Company will also benefit, it will give that extra bit of money that is needed to support UBIEE and all the Services that we provide free of charge. You will also benefit because you will be receiving money for the Sale of Pills made Globally and all you have to do is promote the “Environment.”

This is not necessarily just for UBIEE and what we are doing. At the moment we only have 1 Product but we are certainly open for a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th environmentally friendly Product. We have a Member from a competitive Company selling “Ethos” involved with us in the UEP as he also supports a “Cleaner Environment.”

We have just put on the website our WebHosting, a normal WebHosting solution which our Company has been doing for many years even before UBIEE existed. We have adapted our conventional Internet Service which is WebHosting and Domain Registration and are sharing our portion with the UBIEE Environment and have called it “Planet UBIEE WebHosting for a Cleaner Earth” and we are doing this because we really need “the unification of People to support environmental issues on a global scale whether it is Canada, the US, New Zealand, Denmark or Spain it makes no difference.

Our Services will be adapted and shared with conventional Businesses and part of the earnings will be put back into the UEP. Take the WebHosting, show me a Company where “you get paid from your own monthly fees every single month as long as you remain with our WebHosting”

Over the course of 1 year if you have the UEP Startup Package “you will receive 12 OTC Positions, and each time someone comes into that Vortex you will get paid again.” There are no other Companies that I am aware of that offers “a WebHosting Service for 11 EUR of which 6.40 EUR is automatically paid back into the UEP Vortex System.” This is called “Contributional Marketing” and is a means of supporting the growth of the Vortexes and our System.

A Vortex closes after 192 Contributions which means there is a limit to the number of People who can participate but it also “gives you 4 new Vortexes to do exactly the same again. If you sit back and don’t do anything then most likely you will not see much happening. We have about 1,000 Contributions but only about 300 active Contributors and we need to increase this to make sure that new People learn what it is all about and we will do this by assigning part of the benefits from the PowerPill into the UBIEE ENVIRO Project.

“Money does not grow on Trees” so from January 2008 we will “increase the price of the PowerPill by 50c per Pill” back up to the same price we had in 2006, i.e. an extra 5 EUR per Blister.

Our System is an approach towards a “Cleaner Environment”, we have the only Product currently available Worldwide that GUARANTEES A 78% REDUCTION on combustible emissions. We have a Team of 16,700 UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors, we ARE NOT an MLM Company as we only have a 1 Level downline.

We have a follow-up system in www.ubieepill.com which will really blow your mind and is pre-set
         1) There are letters you can
                  a) edit in html or normal text
                  b) you can merge fields
                  c) you can personalize them
                  d) you can change any of them and
                  e) you can add new ones

          2) Once the Autoresponder sends them out to your direct Contacts you have a personal
               Tracking System which is interlinked to a Global Scale Map which shows you
                   a) their location
                   b) when they opened your email and how many times
                   c) which emails have been opened and which have not
                   d) the statistics of letters opened by your Customers

           3) The Global Map has some good Tools built in as well, you can click on the Balloon and
                 have direct communication with them via Skype.

There will be a lot of things happening in 2008, you will be able to import your own Customers and your own Friends to “the ubieepill or the UEP.” As I have said at the moment we have 16,000 plus but we WILL expand this, with 16,000 we will not be satisfied it is just like a foundation for the next 160,000, then 1.6 million and then 16 million.
How many People have been affected by natural disasters that are really hammering our Planet? We want to be in a position where we can officially from our side take action, “WE KNOW we have a Product that for the past 16 plus years can reduce Emissions by 78%” so we have “to pursue and promote this Product efficiently and effectively as part of the Environmental solution.” The “Environmental Problem is a Global Problem that will hurt all of us” our Children, our Grandchildren and future generations.

Do we want to stand by and just watch it happen? Of course not so “we need to take action and we need to take action now.

The UBIEE PowerPill is not the only Product on the Market that supports these characteristics BUT IT IS the only Product on the Market that I am aware of that “GIVES A GUARANTEE OF REDUCING EMISSIONS BY 78%”, because it is stable and it is innovative. It has never been able to be copied by anybody, the Chinese have tried and British Petroleum has spent $50 million trying to copy our Product. They went to Manchester University to see if they could break it down to find out the components and the composition but they failed because “it is a colloid on such a high level that it is uncopyable.”

The problem with “Products” like this is stability during the manufacture and to keep a long shelf life. The PowerPill can stay on the shelf virtually for years and will not lose its effectiveness but you have liquids and you have other people making Pills in their backyards, 1 batch may work a little, another may not work at all and yet another may even damage the engine.

We can be sure that we have a “Product that works” and we have the support of the Manufacturers New Image International in New Zealand who were selling the Product for 13 years before UBIEE came onboard. New Image is very successful in selling their Health and Cleaning Products but even though they tried to market the PowerPill they had not been as successful as they would have liked and that is why after I had discussions with them UBIEE was given the “99 Years Exclusivity” to market their Product and now 3 years later we have really impressed the Company.

What we have achieved in the last 3 years they were unable to do, we have made the Company more “Environmentally Aware” than they ever thought they could. They have “a Carbon Calculator that shows the emission reduction when using the Pill” and now “instead of being called PowerPill FE-3 it is now called Ubiee PowerPill FE-3” even in those 9 Countries where New Image sell the Product because “we are now part of the New Image Group” and this has been done in 3 years.

I can only say “Congratulations to all of you” because it gives you a strong background and support. Please talk to People and let them know what we are doing. Another great update is the “UBIEE HQ Toolbar http://ubieehq.ourtoolbar.com”, in the past there have been a lot of “Links” that can be confusing and one of the good things about the ‘Toolbar” is that when we update it is simultaneously there for everyone.

There are a lot of things on the table, our Hosting Programme is now fully in swing, it is on good fast Servers that we have prepared so next time you think about “putting a Position into the System, an OTC or Pre-Paid think about the Hosting because when you get the Hosting it is just like putting a Position into the System, the only difference being the 3.40 EUR that is left pays for the Hosting Services and normally those Hosting Services can be quite expensive.

I would like to say “congratulations to Melissa and welcome her to the 64 Continental Leaders Team and say that it is a pleasure to have her here with us.” Melissa has only been with us for about 3 weeks, she has been very active and has been doing all those little extra things which are needed in all Companies. “Welcome aboard Melissa.”

Dr Michael – If we could use our Product in every engine using combustible fuel we wouldn’t have to wait till 2020, 2030 or 2040 before Industry makes the changes and we would be responsible for making 30 – 40% reduction on current emissions.

Make it “a Decree”, can you imagine in the future if “a Country made it law and said that you had to use the PowerPill!” Of course we would give it to them for a very cheap price where the profits are only 2 or 3 cents per pill but can you imagine having 4 or 5 million Pills used every single day, what “Royalty Payments” we as the UBIEE Group would get and that is where you come in, everybody who right now is a GIA or a Distributor would benefit. If you go to the www.ubieepill.com website you can see the “Royalty Commissions” that have been in place for the past 3 years.

You will not get much “Royalty” if you don’t make many sales but if 4 – 5 million Pills are sold a day, the whole thing becomes another issue and “OUR PRODUCT IS THE ONLY PRODUCT” that does what it says plus more because our “Product also gives fuel and maintenance savings” for those who are not interested in the “Environment.”

Fuel prices are high and Oil prices are rocking, in Europe we pay $8.50 - $10 gallon for fuel and in Africa People pay between $15 - $18 gallon and they only earn $3 a day! There are so many things we have to do because “the entire of Africa and 85% Asia’s total electrical power generators are run with diesel fuel.”

These are areas where we can use our Product in the future. We are not Coca Cola, Virgin or Microsoft but we are “committed People who dedicate our time and efforts to make this grow and we are growing 15,000 People in 2007 have joined our Group and they all know that we are not MLM but only 1 level deep and the inspiration, solidarity and commitment that has been created amongst us is the heart and beeping mechanism that “will make this ENVIRO Project a Global Organization’ and it wouldn’t surprise me if in the future we get other big Organizations that would like to join us because we provide “a Tool that allows us to make that little extra money through our CONTRIBUTIONAL MARKETING.”

4 months ago our UBIEE Enviro Project or Contributional Marketing was not known or seen on Google. Now we have 10 times more Visitors and 10 times more recognition than the Gamma Geeks. You are in a Team that “will create a slow but growing Residual Income and it will give you sufficient savings that our Product becomes attractive to those who don’t care about the Environment but would like to have the fuel savings.”

The UBIEE Toolbar is a great Tool which Dr Michael and Joe have developed for us, I also have a tendency to file things where it is not always easy to find them so this is great for me as well.

Dr Michael may have mentioned that my “Classic Site http://classicfriendlysurfsite.com is now in partnership with UBIEE so if you are not yet involved come onboard and get your “TAGS and websites up there” so your websites can be seen even more Worldwide. We are starting to be seen more and more every day and this will continue with each of your help.

I am “very Environmentally conscious” and I know that all of you are as well or you wouldn’t be here. UBIEE is doing a great job and with Dr Michael’s leadership, Joe’s programming abilities and everybody’s help we can make this happen pretty fast.

Dr Michael – What we need is “TRAFFIC”, Companies can adapt to our System because no matter what Business you are in $16 or a discount if you are already in there is very reasonable for the benefits you receive.

You can adapt our System to any Business you are doing right now and you can personally create a Vortex like Georgios for your own Team. Everytime someone joins they will have the “Group Team url to promote” and they will be People who are “environmentally friendly” BUT “without growth YOU WILL NOT SEE those WOW emails” because “money is only paid once and it is not perpetual.”

Residual Income comes because “of the mathematical structure of the Vortex.” By the time a Vortex is closed you will have another “4 Vortexes” and the System will by itself, some quicker and some slower fill the Vortex but once the Vortex is closed nothing further happens in that Vortex.

A FULL Vortex consists of “1 TP1 Position and 128 OTC Positions plus 192 payments to close it.”

Robert – Canada – I don’t understand the connection between WebHosting, the PowerPill and the UEP?
I received a Newsletter about your “WebHosting”, I have been a destructor of the “Environment” for many years as a Log Hauler and I have come across “many landscapes that have been destroyed to which I contributed.” Are you doing this is provide Members with a “potential advertising medium, can you please explain that to me?

Dr Michael – First of all welcome Robert, I appreciate your recognition and that is a very good question you have raised. I have been a Web Server Provider for many years, long before UBIEE, I used to use it mainly for our “Internal Corporation when I was doing Consultancy.”

Your Question:   Why do I do WebHosting and where is the connection?

The connection is pretty clear. I am “an Environmentalist”, we have a Project we have created which you are part of, and the WebHosting will be used to stimulate “Environmental Awareness” by putting a percentage or 6.40 EUR out of every monthly hosting fee into the UBIEE ENVIRO Project with 1 OTC Position and this will continue each month for as long as the fee is current.

The UBIEE PowerPill is the main Product we have marketed for the past 3 years and 5 months before that UBIEE was a Group that was into “Telecommunication.”

The UBIEE ENVIRO Project After 2 years struggling with the PowerPill and not getting Global recognition we decided we needed another “arm of awareness” so in June 2007 the UEP was launched to support the Environment and provide an income stream for the Company to maintain the growth we have been experiencing and to give something back to Contributors which over time could create for them a Residual Income.

The WebHosting has a combination of both, it has all the normal webhosting facilities, the difference between the normal facilities and WebHosting with Planet UBIEE is that the moment you join “you are given an OTC Position with your name in a Vortex.”

So why did I create it and what is the reason - it is “to draw the attention of People who just want to have webhosting to the “Environment” by giving them something back each month in the way of an OTC Position which actually gives them some money back and each month they will receive an “WOW email saying that they have earned so much in Enviro Cash”

Our Business was based around a Product for many years and we used PayPal very successfully with NO problems for many years but when we launched the UEP all PayPal saw “was the Vortex and considered us a MLM Company, which we are NOT, they did not take the time to find out or listen to the facts but just suspended and limited our accounts.”

As you would realize you cannot “carry on a Business with a suspended account so we had to look for other options.”
we now have “Moneybookers, Alert Pay, E-Gold, Visa and Mastercard” and next year we will have another option with one of the largest Banks in the World.

I would also like to introduce Clarence Coggins from New Jersey, a Partner of Scott Crawley. Clarence is into the Environmental Awareness, he has done an audio with myself and he would like to create some ‘audio information about each of us in the English language” something we certainly don’t have” and this would be appreciated. We are still at a young age in UBIEE and there is so much room for People who want to participate with us.

People talk about “Platforms on the Internet”, however we are all standing on the biggest “Platform there is and that is the Environment”. As Dr Michael has said “most People don’t care about the Environment”, most People will say “Oh Man, Greenhouse Gases, Oh Man the Pollution, Of Man the Fish are going to be gone”, the average Person worries about “where their next Pay Cheque will come from, they are worried about which School their Kids are going to go to, in some areas People are worried about Natural Disasters occurring”, however we being “the forward thinking People” that we are, we have to bring the message that “the Environment” is important, because if we don’t put the “Environment first” we have nothing else to work with and that is why I am 100% behind the UBIEE Project.

The Vortex issue when it comes down to PayPal and all that other stuff, it is just not UBIEE that PayPal has done that to but to virtually every Organization that “has some type of Multi Tier payment, not necessarily being a Multi Level Programme, but just because they have a Tier. PayPal has said that they don’t want to deal with them so you have People in Industries Worldwide moving away from them and using alternative means.

I commend Dr Michael for his efforts and he touched on something that is really, really important and that is “People have to step up and get committed. Commitment is one of the most important things, and that is why I did the interview with Dr Michael ( http://hudsonliberty.podbean.com and then open the article ARE YOU GREEN) because I am looking for a Tool to easily introduce People to what we are doing here, we need to “capture your PASSION, we need to have that so we can give it to other People.”

And do you know what, “I am not like you, I have a different attitude, I have different likes and dislikes and certain People will identify with me” but because you are a Unique Individual “other People will identify with You, so it is capturing You and Your Story” that is important to UBIEE and making UBIEE a success.

Actually we are all “Human Beings, We all feel, We all see and We all bleed red blood’ but “when we talk about how People perceive us and how we interact with People that is where We are all Unique Individuals.” Each of us is unique, and our uniqueness and diversity is our strength.

Recently I joined an Organization called “My Gothic” which is a Spanish Language Social Networking Group, I only speak a little Spanish so I need more practice however, because it is using Web 2.0 technology, with the video and information UBIEE has already translated it really just becomes a process of introducing People to the others and as we introduce People to others and as I build my connections with People who are already in UBIEE we will be able to bring all those who are in “The My Gothic Group” on board to the UBIEE cause because “anyone with the right conscience or even slight conscience can recognize that if we don’t have a Planet to stand on we will all be 6 feet under.”

Most People do not realize that “for 2 years UBIEE had 24 hour Online Support in a Conference Room like this one where anyone could come to get information and to ask questions.” That is what I call “commitment, but on the other hand the Internet is a very funny Market Place, you can teach People so much but in the end it dragged onto something else, so we decided not to explain so much but to “actually make it happen” so over the last 10 months we have made some radical changes, we stopped the 24 hour Support and now only have the Weekly Conference here each Monday which we have held every week right from the beginning, but now we provide “action Tools, Resources and Training.”

We are part of the “Gamma Project” as well, “UBIEE has over 20% of the Gamma Project Downline and we are the largest Promoters.” Regardless of whether you feel it is expensive or it is not expensive” this is something you should also be in. Listen to the “Training Modules”, they are well done and guide you towards what you would like to be and it teaches you “where to go and what to do right.”

Georgios _ UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Yes I do like the whole set-up of the “Toolbar” and it is so easy to go from one place to another without having to search here and there.

This week will be a good week for the “WOW Messages” especially for those in the “Children’s Team”, I have some placements to do and there will be activity.

I have been into “Lazzeo and Apsense” to try and get some new Friends then the next thing will be to try and bring them “into the Forum and Groups” because we have to support each other.

The “Prophesies say that we will go under in 2012” but I don’t think we will, we will go into a “New Era”. There will be many catastrophes but it is not only Human Beings who are destroying the World, the Universal Laws are also behind this. In 4½ years from now we will have “Mercury, Sun, Earth and Venus at 180 degrees in a line, that will change a lot of the magnetic scene and may cause many big problems for the Environment and we could see Continents under the Sea.

What we can do is to have “a Green World, a nice World, a World where you can go into a Forest, touch the leaves and the trees and feel the harmony, you can go down to the sea, sit on the beach and hear the waves. As long as you stay close to Nature, Nature will not throw us out.”

It has been a good Conference and good to see new People joining us. What we have to do is go to the other Communities, find the Leaders and communicate with them, we have to be with them to get them in here, and we have to be with them to get them to be with us.

“The left hand watches the right and both hands watch the face. It is a relationship of give and take, you must support to be supportive and you must be lateral, give help to get help and in the Communities we need their help and they need ours.”

Dr Michael – I would like to “Congratulate Erika for being our 4th UBIEE Person of the Week.” Erika is doing a great job and in difficult situations she is always there, she is the “Administrator of the Team and she is always there it help the especially the Hispanic Team but also the English Team and no matter what, you can always rely on her. Erika can read, write and understand English but she is not as fluent in speaking it as she would like to be.

Do you remember the first time you asked me what was working in the Team, I can remember last year your efforts were tremendous. You have shown us that Mexico has some “big People” you are our Leader in Mexico and we really appreciate every thing you do.

Erika – Mexico – Thank you very much everyone and it is an honour to be chosen thanks to the support from many People. Pedro and I had a close race and as we are a Team we will support him next week.

I am not alone, I would especially like to thank Dr Michael, Pedro and all of you because I do not want to forget anybody and I congratulate you all for being here. We as a Team are growing but we still need to get out there, tell People about “OUR PRODUCT” so that People will be using it all over the Country.

The Floods have caused a lot of havoc and heartache for many People, the weirs are full and 50% of the area where I live is flooded and devastated. We are receiving some help from different areas but it will take a while to be able to return to some sort of normality for so many People.

Recognition – Today I have recognized some Leaders, new opportunities and the strength to go forward and the strength to do the things we really want to do. We have learnt to have the discipline as a Group, as a Team to put up certain “Rules”, and are not afraid to take Leadership and to differentiate yourself because success is part of the differentiation and you have to differentiate yourself to make others follow you because it usually starts when somebody follows you, very seldom do you have someone leading next to you.

Followers can become Leaders, it is not always as you like it or as you have planned it because life “is harmonic”, 49% of everything you plan will go wrong and if you expect to be always perfect, you have it wrong again, and you are part of that 49% that has to go wrong BUT 51% GOES RIGHT and if you take that bit of leverage between 51% and 49%, it is only a small part 2% and those 2% are the ones that will show up.

You can “see them in our Leaders Team, some are silent and supporting, some are more active and some are very much in the background but ALL are Leaders because they have that understanding of “harmony” and “harmony” simply means that we expect things will go wrong and we are not totally upset when they do.

                     It is just like our Planet it is held together by negativity and positivity

I will ask Georgios to open the Meeting for us, Georgios has been with us since the beginning of the ENVIRO Project and he is our UEP Advisor. He has certainly done what he said he would do, last week the UEP saw many more “WOW Messages and more Contributions” and he has also put in place a “Vortex for the Children” as a contribution for Charity.

GEORGIOS – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Good evening from Greece. I certainly appreciate the extra hour going off Summertime, it makes my working week a little easier. This week has been has been a very hard week for me with my job and I am expecting the coming week to be the same.

As Dr Michael has said we have seen some “WOW Messages” especially for the Kids and there will be many more because I have other Contributions that I have not placed yet. The latest Contributors I promised good Positions to give them “a chance to earn and a chance to show other Friends what is going on in UBIEE” so we can get in more People.

I have not done much in my Forums, I have started something nice in Adland Pro but at this stage there are very few Members and those are mostly UBIEE Members.

I have realized over the past 10 days that I have “more free time, more time to think, more time to plan and more time to get something new started in the other Communities where I am a Member.”

In Apsense and in the other Communities I added many Friends as Members, about 300. I am in Zorpia and Bizpreneur and I am expanding but haven’t posted anything “Special” just to get Friends around me. I can “post anything I like” and that is what I am going to do next week because “the FIRST thing is to get in, the SECOND to get Friends and the THIRD is to start some Forums.”

I am not sure what is going wrong Dr Michael but I cannot log into UBIEE News with my “Username and Password”, I have tried today and also yesterday although I have no problem signing into the UEP and the other Communities so will check to see what the problem is.

Next week I will be very busy at work, there is something wrong with the Greek School System, we have withdrawn the “School History Books” and will be meeting with the Teachers. We have “withdrawn the School History Books because there was a confrontation between the People and the Government”

The Government is trying to launch a “New European History” and many things are contrary to Greek History. Greece was one of the few Countries that at one stage gave resistance to German, we had our “National Day” 2 days ago, and they want to remove that totally from Greek History and that is not the truth.

If Greece had not made that resistance England would have lost everything in South Europe and they would have been totally alone. Greece made that resistance together with Serbia which forced Hitler bring his forces down here into South Europe for 6 months and that gave Russia time to prepare to strike back at Hitler otherwise we would have had a sort of Hitlerism. It is not the big Leaders Bush or Putin that is doing this it is but “an elite Team” above them who want to change “history” to what suits them best.

We are “UBIEE’s, we know that they will change everything to their favour but we WILL NOT let them do that as we will NOT LET them destroy the “Environment.” If we understand the “Environment” then we will understand “History” as well.

Dr Michael – Yes I do understand History, I can see what is happening there and I know Europe has a lot of things for which to say “Thank you” to Greece. When you look into World War 11 and what happened there, you have the obligation and the right to have the “History Books” correct for all generations to see.

Unfortunately in many parts of the World this has been happening the “History Books are re-written by those in power”, sometimes it stays incorrect for ever and sometimes it gets revoked by the next generation, but the shame is that our Children who come after us actually learn things that are not really truthful and that is a BIG problem.

That is how you create “genocide to Indigenous People and that is how you strike them off the Map.” We still face these issues in 2007 because those same scenarios are happening in many parts of the World today. I understand and also appreciate why People “protest and barricade” to make sure that our “History stays untouched and unharmed by the interests of others.”

This is one of the reasons why we are together in UBIEE. UBIEE is out there for the “challenge of a CLEAN EARTH and a CLEANER PLANET.”

I am sure you have all seen our newest addition, we have made available one of the “first Additional Services” for those who joined us in the UBIEE ENVIRO Project about 3½ months ago and that is “WebHosting.”
We have been programming and implementing the UEP first as a skeleton to actually piggyback and allow you and everybody else to create that “BIG WAVE OF GLOBAL AWARENESS FOR A CLEANER PLANET.” To make those things happen we had to come up with a solution that allows “People to have a financial benefit.”

You will NOT become a Millionaire in UBIEE overnight but you CAN make money in small amounts. One of the things you will see in the months to come and especially in 2008 is that we will attach a “whole series of Services” which we have had for many years and we will share part of that directly with the UBIEE and the UEP Vortex System.

You will see that many of our activities will be focused and some of the earnings the Company receives from “Web Services, Technologies, Software and all sorts of things that People use daily, we will incorporate back in the form of “Positions within the Vortex System.”

We will have “more Tools” that will support everyone who is in the UEP because we have realized thanks to the implementation of the UEP there has been so much more awareness created due to all the activities and initiatives that have come from all of you so I would like to “Congratulate YOU on behalf of the Company and myself and say that we are willing and able to give you back the benefits from all this effort.”

Most People know “that TIME has no value, I call it the $84,600 Account” which is “the 84,600 seconds we have each day.” Just imagine if I could give you $84,600 every day but at the end of the day if you have not spent it correctly this money is gone”.

We think “TIME should be valued and that we should make the most of every day”, we do recognize the TIME spent posting in Apsense or any of the other Social Communities, promoting and doing things for us so this will all be evaluated and you will receive benefits from all the other Services even the ones you don’t have anything to do with simply by being in the UEP and having “ one or more ONE TIME CONTRIBUTIONS.”

Of course this won’t be millions but small amounts because this is how the System is built, what we want to achieve is that you “get these small amounts many times over and we want to see that the Little Guys actually do get the benefits.

I don’t think any of us here are Millionaires, we all have our own personal challenges once in a while, we would all like the Internet to be a Money Maker for us and an opportunity to get the word out but there is always the challenge and that “challenge is called money.”

We will be creating a System over the next years to come that will “certainly create money for you in an abundance on a small level” which means that you will “not have to worry about paying your phone bill or joining a Programme” because of your positioning in the Pre-Launch of the UEP on 16th July, 2007.

The UEP is a skeleton programme that can be adapted and put into any Company Project, Social Community, Product or anything at all that uses the Internet as a Promotional Tool and use our technology without interfering with anything that they are doing because “our System is an Awareness Programme for the Environment” and “the People who will benefit from this is YOU and those who contribute in the future.”

And please let me remind you that “UBIEE at the moment is still the ONLY Company that has a Product that GUARANTEES to reduce emissions by a MINIMUM of 78% in any combustion engine being used on the World Market.
What we do find challenging is that People do not always believe us because “it sounds too good to be true”, yet our Politicians are trying to find solutions that take 20, 30 years or more!

That is our challenge, we need People who have a VISION and the possibility to make it happen but many times People who have this VISION and the opportunity to work towards it don’t always have the money so this is the reason we created the UEP a unique concept that gives 64% of every EURO contributed back to those who contribute to a Vortex of their choice or of the Referral ID.

The amount received will depend on the number in the Vortex but the ones at the top and the ones who come in at the end will be the ones who make most money and I am talking about a benefit of 250% more than the original contribution. This is not done by “money growing on trees” but by the pure commitment of People contributing towards a “Cleaner Planet and a Cleaner Earth” because “the Money System built behind it gives the opportunity to achieve this if you can position yourself strategically within the Vortex System”

Just imagine if you had $15 in your Savings Account at a normal Bank it would probably take you about 100 years to earn the same amount of money!

We are growing slowly but comfortably and we are adapting our entire Company structure to be part of “supporting Global Awareness and to allow everybody to earn something.”

It is not about the Product by itself and making money, we truly believe that by sharing and sharing the opportunities and sharing the money even in small amounts DOES make a difference, and the difference is certainly showing for us that with over 1100 Contributions so far we have paid out over 7,000 EUR or $10,000 US to many People in small amounts has made UBIEE what it is.

UBIEE is a relationship, a Business where you can make your support for the “Environment” a reality and as long as you don’t expect to become a Millionaire overnight this is the right Group to be with because you will not. May be in 10 years if everything continues to go well you will be able to make a few $100,000 but no one can guarantee that, I am not into that, “I am into making a change for our World, to leave a Footprint and to make People aware that Global Warming and emission problems are a reality and need to be addressed.”

Marion – Australia – Thank you Dr Michael and hello everyone. Yes it is great to have Melissa on board, we are working well together and it is looking really promising.

Watching and hearing the News we realize that NO area of the World is exempt from Climate Change. This year we have seen “floods, fires, earthquakes and this week it came close to home with a tornado, hail, wind and storms.”

It is quite incredible when you think about the “power of hail, wind and rain and what it can do to big buildings, schools, homes and uprooting massive trees” it certainly reinforces the necessity for each of us to get out there and do whatever we can to create more awareness and play our part in helping to make a difference.
As Dr Michael has said “we need to know our Product, we need to know the Programme and we need to believe in ourselves” and then go out and talk to People. When they see the belief in you that transfers over to them and you can even change skeptics.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Spain – It is a pleasure to be here and to see so many faces at the Meeting, I have a couple of interesting things to share. One that you have already seen in the WebHosting, there are several different packages “Silver, Gold and Platinum and then there is the UEP Startup Pack.”

We figure that most People will be new to Webpages so won’t have the need for a lot of disc space and actually would just like to have “your own Domain and your own space online” instead of having to use everybody elses so what we have done with the UEP Startup Pack is that whoever signs up using your TAG can promote this hosting page with your TAG and if you log into the UEP Back Office you can see your “Promotional Link.”

Now when “People sign up for Hosting” when you promote with your TAG, you will actually see the sign-up into your Vortex just as if they signed up using your TAG and then every month so long as they are in that same Package you will actually receive another Position into your Vortex so it is a benefit to everybody.

As Dr Michael has said this is the beginning of an infrastructure where we will be able to provide different Services and unique things that you can use online to promote your Business and with each of these things we can actually create Traffic into the Vortex and this is what we are really trying to do, expand our web presence as a Group of People who care about the Environment and also to make it possible for all of you to be able to do your own thing.
The WebHosting actually gives you “your own disc space” which you can get online with a Server and you can put your Pages there. They have to be “html pages” and there are certain ways you have to put them there but it is not as complicated as you might think. With this also comes email and quite a lot of other Services such as your own “Content Management System” which allows you to have your own website like UBIEE News and UBIEE Adspots.
In addition if you don’t want to purchase your own domain name we actually have “sub-domain names all over the World. There is a huge list to chose from, one eg would be www.scott.ubiee.america.com

Dr Michael – As you can see there is certainly an advantage, our “pricing structure is very reasonable and it also gives you free positions, it gives you a great Support Team and it allows you to earn money from your own Hosting”
This will stimulate growth of the UEP and it also gives you the opportunity to talk about the “Environment” because there will be People who are interested in the WebHosting but not so much interested in the “Environment”. We are only going to work with those Social Communities and Companies who have are interested in the “Environment have an Environmental Platform and are Environmentally friendly” and there are only a few of these at the moment so if others are interested it is up to us to talk to them, make them aware and request that they have an Environmental Category built in.

Scott – Corporate Trainer _ USA – Hello to everyone. I have been keeping busy in Lazzeo and Bizpreneur, I have placed some Polls there to see if “People are aware that we have a pollution problem.” We all know we have a solution but I wanted to get “some feedback on what other People thought.”

I am following up with those who are wanting to support the “Environment” and thank you to all of you for your support.

Steve Dixon – USA – I am also in Lazzeo but I haven’t really done much. Scott is doing well in both UBIEE and Lazzeo and we are all doing a good job.

It is good to see everything UBIEE is doing, we need to tell People that there is a solution to reduce emissions and do what we can do for UBIEE. I can see that UBIEE has grown and my Team has grown and I am really proud to belong to this Team and I do support the Team. Thank you.

Patricia – USA – Hi Team, I do not have much to report. The Neighbours in my 1½ mile Neighbourhood are still fighting with the “Powers That Be” in our area. The District People have completely lied about the rules and regulations in regard to cutting down 150 of our Trees. Some of the Trees were not even as tall as I am. I am 5’2” and they seem to think that a 5’2” Tree is a danger to the Dyke. A Dyke is a Street that abuts the Colombia River here in Portland.

We have found that banding together does help, so if you see me on UTube someday standing with my Neighbours surrounding a Tree just remember that I have told you that “Oregonians are Tree Lovers.”

I am trying to get back into UBIEE and getting more excited about doing some work. As some of you know my Mother-in-Law died last month and I haven’t really felt like doing much on the computer. Take care everyone and Congratulations to the Dimitra “The Person of the Week.”

Hong–Le – Canada – Thank you Dr Michael and hello everyone. In Canada there is much more talk about the “Environment.” In Ottawa People are wanting to make it “A Green City”, there is still much opposition so I want to work directly with them like the “Ski Resort and the Snowmobile” and also the Foundation like the Hospital.

I will make arrangements with the Director of the Foundation to see if they can sell the UBIEE Pill to the Staff.

Dr Michael – Thank you Hong-Le. Hong-Le is doing some tremendous work with support from Steve Hall in the US and myself on promotions we are preparing for the launch on the Canadian Market.

The whole World is talking about the “Environment” and UBIEE is pushing a few things on the Political side. I can also give you an update from Paul Schietekat in Belgium who has now been appointed “The Chairman for the Environment for the Government in Belgium”, so you can see we have Partners in the right Positions.

It is all coming together and showing that “the last 3 years of dedication and getting the right People positioned will soon be paying off, probably within the next 2 years and 2 years is considered to be soon.

It is really important that we get the Message out to the right People and the right People are the “Little People”, they are the one that will make a difference because once you put the Pill in your fuel tank and use it, and once you understand “what it does and that you are not running for the fuel savings alone” then you will stay with us.
As Leaders I recommend that you “do an Emission Test before you use the Pill and then again afterwards” because once you have the result “the Feedback and the Response you will get from the Testing Centres will be tremendous” and if you play your cards right “you may have a potential Distribution Outlet.”

I realize in many places that “there are not even Testing Facilities and that there is NO obligation to have Emission Testing done” but in Europe “it is everywhere.” We have seen the “Official State Testers not believing their own eyes when they have seen the results.”

We do have “many Testimonies and the Manufacturers GUARANTEE that our Product reduces combustible emissions by a MINIMUM of 78%

I know in many cases this is overlooked as some People are more interested in the “Fuel Savings”, we do have “Fuel Savings” but they are not the main benefit of the Pill, there are many other Products that also offer Fuel Savings, for us it is “The Cherry on the Cake”

We have a “Truck Company” here that is “saving on ONE Truck alone 1,000 EURO a month on fuel and so the Product pays for itself”

When you look at “the Maintenance Savings” that is even more astonishing because “the Maintenance Savings you get from using the PowerPill are THREE times greater than you will get from Fuel Savings”, the oil and spark plugs last longer and you will require fewer Services from the Garage.

For any Business that runs a vehicle our Product should be a MUST. If you “understand the Product and use it correctly the Product will be FREE for everybody.” I know it costs money, but the benefits you receive are far greater than the cost.

Fuel Savings can vary from 4% - 50% depending on the Country and the quality of the fuel. In America for example savings have been between 8% - 14% on top of the cost of the Pill

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain – Welcome again and it is good to be here.

We have a good Team and many Tools and we can see that many People are happy with UBIEE. We are having Meetings with Politicians and Governments but our Product can be used in every household as well.

As you are aware our Product can reduce emissions by 78% and more. When we talk to the Truck Drivers that are using the Pill here they tell us that “their Trucks are rejuvenated and have more power.” In Europe our “Fuel Prices are 9-10 USD per gallon and our Product DOES make a difference.

We are starting to see that our work is slowly paying off, I can only recommend that you look for People who are already interested in the “Environment”, don’t waste your time with Skeptics or those who are not prepared to listen, let them wait and educate themselves later.

The implementation of the UBIEE ENVIRO Project will certainly allow us to expand and reach other Markets.

With the PowerPill we are offering our Sales Team a 20% Sales Commission on our “set Prices Structure” and certain areas to work. Most of our work is “done offline and not online”, we work with “Central Heating Systems, Fuel Depots and Generators as well as the Public and with anyone we can because this Product is needed for our Planet.”

As Dr Michael has said we are involved on a “Governmental level” in several Countries. The World is full of People who would like to make a difference so it is not worth wasting your time and effort with People who are not interested.

Miss Dany – Belgium – Hello everyone. I am still working on understanding how everything works, at the moment I also have some private problems which I need to resolve so I am staying very quiet and I am only able to work on the net. For now I would just like to wish everyone a good night.

Dr Michael – For those who are not aware Dany is also involved in WorldDect, an IT solution that we will be presenting as a Team in 2008. WorldDect is a European Company that has come up with some great Tools and they have “Exclusive Rights for Touch tone Pads” meaning that you can touch your Phone or Screen like an ATM Machine, so there are a lot of things happening that we will present to you later.

Dany is certainly the one who knows more about this as she has done all the French translations, it is being launched on 1st November and I am sure you will see the Share Prices go up pretty quickly.

Steve Hall – USA – A short update on the “Fires” for you, in some areas People have started moving back into their Homes, there are still about 26 Fires burning, 80% of the Fires are contained so things are looking a lot better than they were this time last week.

We are also involved in WorldDect and have bought some Shares in the Company and I think it is going to be a good thing as well Dany.

With the Gamma Project there have been a lot of things happening. Dr Michael and I have tried very hard to work out the best strategy for UBIEE and I think over the next couple of days we will find out a little more about the “Environmental Platform they will build for UBIEE” and to utilize for the rest of the World.

Dr Michael – Welcome everybody and it is a pleasure to have you all here from the different parts of the World and Continents to our #132 Congress for the Environment.

As you know we have finished the first phase of the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and it is great to be able to announce that it has really come together for all of us. Joe has done a fantastic job especially looking into the “Back Office” with the options that are now available for all of you. There has been a lot of work done over the past 3 months and all I can say is Congratulations.

Talking about “Congratulations” I would like to announce the “Second Partner of the Week - Miss Dany from Belgium.” Congratulations in the name of the Company, the Team, the Ambassadors and most important thanks from all those you support every day, you are always there first. I can remember when you first started and you said “I don’t understand anything” and now look what you have achieved, you are “explaining, posting, hosting, you are a Moderator, a Shareholder in Worlddect and you are in the Gamma Project” so it is pretty amazing for someone who didn’t know much about computers 3 months ago! It just shows that “Teamwork” helps everybody and as your Friend I can only say “congratulations.”

I am glad we are all here and “congratulations Dany for being The New Person Of The Week” also “congratulations to the Queen for last week Janet” who has now passed the torch onto Dany. We have a Forum to recognize this in UBIEE News and also one in Adland Pro.

This week has been a lot different from other weeks and I have corrected some of my mistakes from last week. I have joined 2 or 3 new Communities and I am not working as much in Adland Pro. I can see that very clear now and I understand why People who were very close to me, are not now.

I received a very nice letter from a Friend, someone I knew before I came to Adland Pro and he said “George there are many kinds of Friends but 98% of them want you because you have something to give them and of course they wanted to join the opportunities. As soon as you stopped giving and didn’t join their opportunities they either delete you, block you or they just leave you” and that is what happened to me in Adland Pro.
My “Friends list shows about 2.350 Friends”, but my “Real Friends number 10”, and these are the People who are in my Forum right now. I know how to interpret that, and they will see the results pretty soon.

This week has been a good week because we have started the “Children Smile Team.” The first messages went out yesterday to a few Members, I have promised a “Special Person a high placement” and after that there will be a “Nightingale Song” then UBIEE and WOW Messages to make many who joined this Team “Smile.” There are about 30 Contributors in the Vortex.

Some placements will be in “Special Vortexes” because there are People who have made 6, 7 and 8 Contributions and of course I will support their Vortexes. I have had more traffic than I expected with this Team, there were 62 People who came in, some didn’t have the 11 EUR, some sent me 10 EUR and others sent me 5 EUR, but I can manage that because the whole Team is a “percentage.”

Every “Share” can be divided amongst the People who are there. Someone who “pays 5.50 EUR will get half a Share and later if they wish they can increase it to a full Share.” I have brought in the Teams here, and I did this for a reason, because if this Team goes well it will also mean earnings for the other Teams.

The “Best Team” at the moment is the “Promo Team which is now at 114%” and after that is the “Super Promo Team.” Tomorrow I will start the “Dream Team”, the Dream Team was a fantasy in Adland Pro, 5 of my very good Friends will join there, and one who is not a good Friend.

I know the difference between “Friendship and Business”, just because someone is not a good Friend doesn’t mean that they are not a good Promoter or a good Businessman. I will give you an example – After World War 11, there was a “Cold War between the US and the USSR” but everyone knows that there was also “some good economic co-operation”, you might remember back in 1976 the Americans met the Russians up in Space.

In Politics they were very aggressive towards each other, but in Business and Research they co-operated so again you can see the difference between “Friendship and Business.”

”Friendship” can be spoilt with one word and sometimes it can be very difficult to rebuild it but, it can be done, if you make mistakes in Business you can be destroyed so let us keep “Business in the right place” and “understand each other in Friendship.”

With reference to “Traffic”, People must go out and promote, you can use “Traffic Exchanges, Auto Surfers and Manual Surfers”, Adland Pro is not enough and we need to keep building in all the “new Communities.” When you join a new Community, it takes time before they know who you are, what you can do and what you cannot do.
We need People in now because the Teams are big, when there are 32 People in 2 and 3 Teams to make them work we have to have traffic otherwise they stagnate and that is something we have to overcome. For the moment I do not have anything else to say except “Congratulations” again Dany, this will give you a “free Position in the Children Smile Team” this is a gift from the “People In Need Team and Philoxenia.” Thank you from Greece.

Dr Michael – Thank you Georgios, I don’t really think you made a mistake with the Super Promo Team, I think all those “Free Positions” in the long run will give you your expected outcome, so just keep on doing what you are doing because you are doing an excellent job.

And talking about an excellent job, it is important that we understand that we are a Company that supports the “Environment”, our Company has been formed and based upon many different personalities, the vast majority of members are UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors many of whom register but are not active.

In the UBIEE ENVIRO Project we have “a good Team of about 30 People” who understand that this is “a Project for the long run”, it is not something that is easy to do, and it is not something where you can become a Millionaire overnight, but it is certainly worth while doing. We have talented People in this Team, we have 24 hour online Chats as well as all the Tools, Resources and our Rotator, so the possibility for everyone to be successful is there for you to use.

For those who do not understand how the Rotator works I will give a brief overview.

www.ubiee.com was our first domain and was created in October, 2004, “UBIEE means YOU BE”, but since nobody knew what UBIEE was or who we were, and nobody knew we were into telecommunications, we got a small Group of People together and created the “ Rotator.” Now after 3 years we have virtually “1,000’s of UBIEE Links all over the internet promoting our Product the PowerPill and the Environment”

Everytime someone sees www.ubiee.com advertised or sees the World Map with all the GIAS and Distributors shown and decides they would like to register for FREE as a UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassador, there name goes into the “Rotator” and these names are shared equally amongst Members of the Power Team and active UBIEE Ambassadors who then becomes that Persons Sponsor” and is responsible for following up with the new Person.

This is done through our “Autoresponder Follow-up System” which automatically triggers off within 2 hours “the First Personalized Welcome Letter with the Sponsors name and relative information.” There is a series of “12 Letters in the Autoresponder” you can edit these, you can change the content and add new messages and you can also use the Autoresponder for any other Business you might have and the Autoresponder also lets you know which emails are opened and by whom.

There is no limit to the number of People you can have because we only have 1 level, this is NOT MLM.

Our success depends on our combined potential, we are only a few People doing a “Global System and a Global System needs Global attention” and since a day only has 24 hours, sometimes we just run out of time. In our Office there are usually 3 or 4 maximum, Joe, Pedro, Chelo and myself. We have no Secretary, not at the moment anyway, it is all done with “dedication, commitment and willingness to work for free to do this and to make it happen.”

The “benefit” for doing this is recognition. We can certainly say we have a “Guaranteed Product with exclusivity from the Manufacturer for the next 96 years.” We have a stable growing Market called the “Environmental Industry” that has just been created, and we have the whole World talking about it – it doesn’t mean that everybody understands it, but we have the World interested so we have a growing Market altogether.

It is important for you to remember that we have to support “Environmental Solutions” and our main focus is the “UBIEE PowerPill, a solution that guarantees a 78% reduction in emissions by the Manufacturer, but it also does much more, it also gives other options for us to build a Business around it, and by building a Business around an Industry that is “growing, demanded and an obligation” with the Environment we have a very good Platform with which to work.
We also believe UBIEE is a solution for the “Little Guys and for those who would like to do something to support the Environment and supports People who would actively like to see something happening” and that is about “you”. “YOU BE in charge now, as I said last week “YOU are the Captain of your own Boat.”

This is how we believe we have to go forward because our target is “300 million People, not 300,000 or 300, it is 300 million” and to achieve this we will have to align ourselves with some influential People. The Gamma Geeks are an MLM company that is using “Internet Technology” of the best kind to actually get there and we are on “Level 2.” To give you an idea how it is going at the beginning of September 8 or 9 of us joined in the Pre-Launch, yesterday there were 80 People in our Downline and today we have 130, so that shows you the increase and the potential that is there, but what is more important is what they have to offer and that is what the Internet needs.

They are creating history of their own kind and what that means is that they are doing the same as the UBIEE ENVIRO Project, they have a Project for the “Little Guys” and a Project that has never been done before. They have looked for “People with vision and People who have the right attitude” and they believe “that UBIEE does have the right attitude.”

Last Saturday we had a Meeting with the “Gamma Geeks”, they really like what we are doing for the “Environment” and as a result we will get an “Environmental Platform set up for us by November” and “UBIEE and myself will be appointed as the International Special Advisor for the Environment” for the Company” so officially we are now tied to the Gamma Geeks to give People the opportunity to learn more about it.

Every Thursday there will be an “International Meeting” on Hot Conference and every Wednesday there will be North and South American Meetings of an evening in the US. If anyone has any questions please let me know.

We are aligning ourselves with the right People, we are still conversing with “Earth Concerts” there are still a few things that need to be clarified which may put things on hold completely but that is not decided yet and I will keep you updated.

From our side the UBIEE News, the Classified Section, the complete overview and Voting Poll for the Person of the Week and so much more has been accomplished, the Traffic has never been as good and we are getting many more visitors than we have ever had before which is certainly very positive.

In the “Back Office of your UEP” you can “edit your contact details, update your email or change your password or name” so please have a look and “use the Tools available.” You will also see “the Pre-Paid options, and details of your ac*****ulated money or money paid out if that was your choice.

The Vortex is simply a tool to create “Environmental Awareness”, it is not the Business but another means to help sell the PowerPill and allow People to support “environmental activities for a better solution and a cleaner Environment for all of us. It makes no sense People talking about finding a solution for the Environment when we already have a solution, “a Product which guarantees a minimum reduction of 78% emissions” and this is certainly something that should not just be wiped away.

For nearly 3 years now we have been working on this scenario and we have come a long way, we have had many challenges and we now understand our limitations as individuals, so by everyone uniting and doing things together we have seen a tremendous growth in our numbers. At the end of 2006 we were 2,000 Members strong, now 10 months later almost another 15,000 People have joined and I am sure that with your continued support and promotions we will continue to grow.

I don’t think this is going to take too long for everyone to be able to see how it works and for more and more People to come into it and when they do of course they will see your Ad and you will be noticed more throughout the World.
I advertise in so many places that I need to be a little better myself each day in going to these spots and putting in new things. As you know when you “blog” you need to do it often and then you need to have People come to those “blogs” so the only way to do this is to keep talking with more new People every day and it doesn’t have to be on the computer because we have a Product that is not only sold on the Internet but mostly to People you know, your Neighbours, your Friends, the Person at the counter in a Restaurant or anyone you talk to. The majority of People are interested in the Environment so let them know what we have.

Just go for it, the World is so big and the Internet so huge and there are so many places where you can find co-operation. The “Environment has been talked about for the past 30 years and we offer a solution, not just on the Product side we also offer a solution for People who would like to support by contributing which will give them the chance to receive something back and as more People join, the System guarantees that you will get more Vortexes. It is good news that we are going to get “the Environmental Platform up”, that is going to be exciting and I am looking forward to checking it all out.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Spain – Hello everybody, yes we have done a lot of different things for the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and the main things we have added as Dr Michael has mentioned are the updates to ”Instant Messaging, Language Settings and the ability to change details, email, password or your Tag” from your UEP Back Office.

We are looking at implementing a lot of other things and I am sure that over the next couple of weeks you will see growth. We are also looking into “adding other Services” like “Webhosting” all under the umbrella of the Enviro Project and this will actually bring in People to the Vortexes so that will be a great advantage.

When you reach enough of your “Enviro Cash to get Free Product” you can also put in your “Shipping Details” and “Preferred Payment Method” here. Please make sure that “your Contact Details are correct” so that you receive the “Payouts” the way you prefer.

Just a note about “changing the TAG”, probably not the best idea if you have already started promoting because what will happen is that “your Promotional Links will change as well”, so please use that with care.

I would like to say that it is a pleasure to work for this whole endeavour, I think it is great, I see everybody logging in, using the Tools and looking around and it is gratifying to do work when you know that it is immediately well received by everybody.

On the bottom of every ENVIRO Web Page “you will see Custom Webware by Joe Green Current Release” and that is the link to the “Google Group where you can see the latest changes and updates”, it is like a “first Manual and gives an explanation that is easy to understand” and we also send out Newsletters.

I look forward to more things in the future and additional Tools. We are really working with our “Google presence” and it is really great to see all the “Postings and Promotions and all the efforts” that everybody is doing out there. This is what we have to do because the “Internet is really a sea of information” and we are trying to be seen.

When People search on Google they might not even be looking for us but “because of our presence there they see us” and it brings more Traffic. Every day in the Group Chats Dr Michael “compiles a little Traffic Report” and you can see that this “is going up, and up, and up” and this is really a result “of the collective efforts of everybody doing what they are doing” so keep on doing it.

Sometimes there “are better ways to make Sales” but “it is making us more noticed” so it is worth it even tough the results may not always be instant. So thank you everybody and have a good day.

International UBIEE POWER TEAM Meeting #131 15th October, 2007

Dr Michael – Welcome to the #131 Congress for the Environment and it is a pleasure to see you all from so many different parts of the World. It is a great day for us at UBIEE today and I can say that I am very proud of our achievements over the past 3 months, the hard work and dedication towards a united concept which is “Contributional Marketing.

I would like to say “CONGRATULATIONS”, thank you for your support, I know we have had our little ups and downs but I am very proud of all of you individually. We have exceeded our expectation levels by more than 200% thanks to the great support from Georgios, Sharon, Patricia, Gary, Erika, Dany, Chelo, Pedro, Steve, Ani, Joe for his great programming skills, myself included and everybody who has supported UBIEE over the past 3 months.

I am proud to be “The Founder of UBIEE” which we commenced in November, 2004. Nobody expected we would have such success, we are over 16,300 UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors on a Global scale in 196 Countries and we have Distributor Outlets in over 60 Countries around the World so CONGRATULATIONS.

The UBIEE ENVIRO Project was created as a “second step forward for the Team to create more Environmental Awareness”. I spoke last week about “the Wave that was coming and that we were sitting on our Surf Boards prepared, ready and in a good position to be successful.” This Tsunami will not create death like the Tsunami of 2004 which killed more than 350,000 People, many because they did not know what was happening but this time the Tsunami will create success and it will create the “awareness of the Human Race for a cleaner and healthier Planet.”
Here at UBIEE we may only be like “grains of sand on the beach” but I am sure we can extend our horizons tremendously by the pure recognition that we are seen and that we CAN make a difference. You can all be excited by what we have achieved, we have had some hiccoughs but that is quite normal and can be expected because as a Team we are “a People of all different Religions, Race, Belief and from all different parts of the World” so we cannot always expect to have “sunshine and sunny days.”

We have written history and now it is up to us to write the Manuals so that others can copy and be part of what we are doing. The World is certainly becoming more aware of what is happening “Al Gore and the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) have shared this Years Nobel Peace Prize” in recognition of all the work they have done. Al Gore with his video “The Inconvenient Truth” has done a lot to create “Environmental Awareness” throughout the World and we can only say “thank you to him.”

The “Environment” is an issue which can unite us all because we all live on the same Planet and breathe the same air. There will be a few more years yet before we will be able to say we are as strong as “Green Peace” but we are constantly striving, sometimes we struggle and sometimes we get it completely wrong because “in life Harmony is 51% positive and 49% negative”

Misunderstanding and misinterpretation is all part of the 49% and within a global environment of different cultures and understanding we have to be prepared for such things to happen. We do know that UBIEE is happening and Contributional Marketing is being recognized.

We have stabilized and created an infrastructure to create “Environmental Awareness” for those who are participating with us as UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassadors, GIA’s, Exclusive UBIEE Distributors and those who are part of the UBIEE ENVIRO Project. This is just the “Cherry on the Cake” and each of us can play our part in explaining to the World that if we want to make a difference we have to unify our forces and in the process this gives those who have contributed towards the “Environment” a beneficial monetary incentive with our Contributional Marketing Vortex System which allows you to be “The Captain of Your Own Boat.” and control, administer, support and unify your Teams and adopt it to anything else you are doing.

There is a long way to go, but if you want to get somewhere you have to start. We are not here to create “Millionaires or loads of money”, no one will become a Millionaire within the next 5 years but I am sure that within the next 18 – 24 months maximum we can “help millions of People make small amounts of money on the Internet” to help pay Telephone, Electricity and other Bills because this has been designed to be a “People’s Programme.”

Our approach is toward “YOU” and that is why we are called “UBIEE” and “UBIEE” is a vehicle for giving People the opportunity to help create “Environmental Awareness” and to make a difference. There is “an awareness being established by us as a Team”, you can spend as much or as little time as you like but you do have “the Platform” where you can show People how to generate for themselves a satisfactory Investment towards a “Cleaner Planet.”

We have a “Product as an integral part of what we are doing and not just words”, it is the only Product on the Market at the moment that “guarantees a minimum reduction of 78% emissions in any combustion engine either small or large” from a lawnmower, to the electrical Power Plants using diesel to generate electricity and there are thousands of these around the World which are responsible for 40% of the pollution on our Planet.

Just imagine if in a City with 600,000 vehicles someone had the money to give everyone that drives a car or truck FREE pack of Pills for 2 weeks the drop in emissions would be enormous, it would certainly create mass Media attention but I am not a Millionaire and neither are you so we have to unite, keep talking and find other ways.

There is nothing wrong in being successful, that is what we all try to be, in whatever Business we are in and I am sure we all share that vision otherwise we wouldn’t be here today. Over the past 3 months we have certainly seen an increased interest as more People are becoming aware about our Project and how it works for UBIEE.

What we will do from our side in 2008 is “for every “3 Blisters sold on the Internet over our Distribution Network we will put money back into the UBIEE ENVIRO Project with I OTC Position in the name of the Company as the “Bank of UBIEE”, this is not a typical Bank but what it does is to “support with their investment those that are in the Vortex and actively participating.”

You will never see the Bank of UBIEE make money, what we will be doing is to place our earnings thanks to the “Sales from Scott, Hong Le, Georgios, Gary and others who have bought and tested our Product”, back into the System to “stimulate Environmental Awareness through the UEP.” This will mean that “People will earn money without even having to contribute” because “the Company will support the growth of the Vortexes and the growth of this financial structure behind it will provide a good incentive.”

This is what “Contributional Marketing is all about, “once you contribute with your time, effort and money if you want, and it pays off for the Company, the Company will give something back to those who have supported it and to help those who have never made a cent before on the Internet earn some money. This is not about making money for the Company, it is about creating more awareness and sales of our Product “the UBIEE PowerPill FE-3.”

The “PowerPill FE-3 has been manufactured in New Zealand for many years for “New Image International” a Multi Million Dollar Company in the “Colostrum Industry” and sold in 7 Countries in South East Asia

When I first saw this “Product” I found it on the last page of their “150 Products Catalogue” and recognized it as being unique and with a great potential. I spoke to Mr Graeme Clegg the CEO and he said to me “that I would not find it easy to sell and after working with it for the past 3 years I understand what he was saying because it is not easy to get People to believe that there is something out there that “has a Manufacturers Guarantee of a minimum 78% emission reduction and we have proof that in some areas where the fuel is dirty there have been reductions of 100%”

We are NOT MLM, we have “Exclusivity for 99 years” and we sell through “Exclusive Distributors with exclusive rights for a very small monthly commitment. You are now “Captains of your own Ships” and it is up to you to spread the word and we are here to help and support you and co-ordinate your actions to support the overall activities for a “Cleaner Planet.”

Gary – USA – Thank you Dr Michael your “Words of Wisdom are good for all of us.” Like you have said we are “The Captains of our own Ships” to use as we see fit.

I think most of you know I have several facets of trying to get “the Word out to People” and I use many different Systems to try to do this and as Dr Michael has also said “it is not easy because People do not always listen.”

“Nothing grows without a seed being planted”, so as long as each of us plant and nourish those seeds by being Friends and finding Friends in our own Towns and over the Internet and let them know that we have a “Product that can help the Environment” which everybody should be interested in, and if we are not then someday this Environment will not be here, of course it may not anyway according to God’s Will.

It is our task now as Leaders to let People know “what this Product CAN do for our Nation, our Planet and our World, so we have to “plant those seeds even if it is in rocky soil and People don’t believe what we say. We DO KNOW what we are talking about and we have the UBIEE ENVIRO Project to help us help the “Environment.”

So “plant those seeds whenever you can and you will be noticed.” You can post on Yahoo and Google, it wasn’t very long ago when you couldn’t find anything about “Contributional Marketing” on the internet but now you can start seeing it everywhere and over the next few months we will be seeing more and more every day.

            Together we are a Team and as a Team WE CAN AND WILL make UBIEE known.

Dr Michael – Yes we are seeing the results of the last 3 months and now we are “writing the Manual.”
We know we still have a lot to do because our Society is still not very environmentally minded. We are a Team but you are “The Captain of your own Boat.” We have a “very good Product but our “Sales” do not reflect this, we can give you a lot of information and support but “you are your own Boss” and Sales are very important if we want to succeed.

After 30 months of selling the Product we know that the “Environment” is the most important issue. We are in the Market as “An Environmental Company” and we have the “most effective Product in the World today for reducing emissions” although some Companies are still more interested in the “fuel and maintenance saving.”

Through “Contributional Marketing” we are creating more “Environmental Awareness by asking People to support us.” We don’t have to wait for the Politicians because we have “the Product and the System to do something NOW.”

Sometimes it is difficult to talk about “fuel savings” I always approach People first about the “pollution”. I have prepared “A Resume in Spanish about Emission Reductions” with information about emissions and the effectiveness of the PowerPills.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Hello everyone, it is a pleasure to be here and to see so many People at this Meeting. We have certainly been working hard and there are a lot of little details that go on in the background but hopefully ultimately it will end up simple and easy for you to use.

We have done a few things to improve the “Programme Corner.” We have created a “new Control Panel” which contains “your Traffic Stats”, this goes along with what we presented last week where we explained that we have also added the “Promotional Options.”

”The Promotional Options” controls the Traffic which goes to the various Vortexes you are part of when “you use your TAG to promote your UEP Vortex” and at the bottom of the page you can see the “Traffic Stats that shows where the Traffic goes.”

You can play around with this, there are also a few links you can go to, you can “see the last 64 visits and for the most part we can track the Country, State and City so it is interesting to see whereabouts in the World the Traffic is coming from and you can also use this little “Stats Box” to see “how many hits your different Groups are getting and how the “Promotional Options” we have created are working. This is another part of having control over it.

The next thing I am putting in which is not quite completed yet is the “ability for everyone to update their information, things like Instant Messaging details and payment details.” All this will be on 1 Page so that if you want to change your email, password or something like that, it will all be available. We have waited a bit on that just to make sure that errors don’t happen with the data base as we are building it.

I just want to say that I can see a lot of you are logging in, going into your Back Office and looking around. We really do have a great “Tool” here to help create awareness and we are certainly doing that.

We have spent a lot of time and effort looking into “how we can create awareness” and “NOW IS THE TIME”, the programming is right, we have a good Server and we are ready to take it a long way so now it is “up to each one of us to really tell the World what we are doing and to keep the focus on the Environment and the Planet” and use “the Programming Tools and the things we have put together as a vehicle to get there.”

We also have done another couple of websites, we have http://ubieezine.com/news and http://ubieezine.com/adspots an informational site that really allows everybody to participate, so we are really working to unify the resources we have, email for all those who would like it, Web Hosting capabilities and all the Tools you need to help you spread the Message and create awareness.

If you have any questions or problems please let us know and we will be able to help you solve them pretty quickly and we are also “open to ideas”, this has been created from everyone’s feedback and a lot of ideas from the “Group Chats” have been integrated, so speak up and share your opinions about it because we can’t really make it without you and everybody else who is going to be coming in to join us in the future, so thank you all.

Dr Michael – Don’t you think it amazing when you see what we had when we first started the UBIEE ENVIRO Project. I am sure you can remember the first Control Panel we put up after about 4 weeks, there was a whole page but nothing on it and now when you “login” you can see all the different Tools available in a format which is easy to use.

We will have this in “Spanish and French” shortly. There will always be more to do, but what we have now is a finished version of what this can do. By using these Tools and your commitment to implementing them in your normal Business activities “Environment Awareness” will certainly spread.

Georgios – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – Today the “Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change for their efforts to create awareness of Climate Change and the need for us all to take action.” They may be controlled by the US and some strange powers that I cannot understand but in the end they have to convince People everywhere in the World that we DO HAVE ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.

This week has been a strange one for me, for you and for everyone. Yesterday I posted my last Post in Adland Pro in the Forum about Global Warming. No one responded there, I made another to give an idea but my meaning was misunderstood.

Today I posted a reply to another Member from Jerky Direct and as a result I have deleted 14,000 Posts in Philoxenia. I have tried to be very kind, very friendly and I dedicated my heart to all People in that Community.

Today I am yesterday there, it will take me a couple of months to set out a “New Philoxenia”, we are strong in UBIEE and I can tell you that we have our “own Forum http://ubieezine.com/news” From today we will all have a place there, I am the Administrator together with Dr Michael and some People who will be Moderators. This is where you will find me in the future as well as a few other places.

I did NOT delete my account in Adland because of UBIEE News, I tell you the truth in my name and in the name of God, I did this because there is a small Team, a clique in Adland that is trying to destroy everything we are doing there. This first happened about 4 – 6 weeks ago and as a result Dr Michael deleted all his posts.
We will now concentrate on “Teams, because teamwork is what is best for UBIEE.” Stay close to your Teams and stay close to the Vortex you first joined if you want to step forward.

From today I will be “A Promoter”, I will not be a Member in Social Communities. From today I will be the same Georgios you know, but in a different way, it is time for me to work to make some money. I will promote and work hard for “my Teams, my Friends and my Family.” My Family is also in UBIEE and I want them to see “some cents, Euros and 100’s of Euros” because very soon we will have the “Mega Vortex” up. My Promo Team is ready to buy, we have 109% earnings and I still have many placements to earn money for the Team. My Free Team Vortexes are ready to bring in money but we still need to bring more People into UBIEE before we can start the Mega Vortex.

I will not talk any more but I will be in contact with all of you.

Dr Michael – Thank you Georgios and I know this has been very emotional for you. I know you are very dedicated and love what you do, and your love for your Friends is very sincere. I know you have many Friends who will stick with you. I am by your side and I have certainly appreciated your support, your commitment and when you said you wanted to start a life with UBIEE I felt very honoured.
Someone with your experiences in life as a Father with Children and likely a Grandfather I am sure you would have thought about this carefully before you made that step and that “your decision was one of wisdom and not lack of understanding.”

It is an honour, a responsibility and it is also a dedication that I can share with you because I am sure you know me well enough that I am as dedicated as you are to make this become a success for everybody here today and for those future generations that will come after us. I will work together with you Georgios in UBIEE News.

UBIEE News has only been online for about 36 hours and already there is some good content. Anything that is needed “for communication” will be there and I am sure that over the next weeks we will see this grow considerably.
I look forward to an extension of UBIEE in a very harmonic way, it doesn’t need to be spectacular as long as it grows and as long as we get ourselves focused on what we are doing.

I have no illusions that the “Environment” is an easy thing to get hold of, especially as there are no Multi Millionaires in UBIEE who can give a few million to put into a Promotional Campaign. Everything we will achieve will come from our “personal commitment, our time and dedication.”

Just because we are not Millionaires doesn’t mean that we are not good, I am sure that UBIEE has proved over the past 3 years that we have Ambassadors in 196 Countries, Distributors in 60 Countries and that we have achieved a lot. If we were to take all that effort and all the money we have spent over the past 30 months and combine it into just 1 Market we would most likely be a pretty well seen Company with a different experience but what we opted for in UBIEE was a “Global expansion on a Global scale” and that is a whole different scenario.

You cannot do the same with $3 – 5,000 as you can do with $50, $60 or $100,000, but believe me over the past 3 years we have spent more than 750,000 EUR on Investments and things that have been implemented, on time, on effort, on Services that we have supplied, on Products that have been sold and on Licenses we have agreed upon.

For your information we have a “Total Contractual Volume for the next 12 months of about 6 million EUR, that doesn’t mean we have 6 million EUR in our pockets, those are the values we have contracted with our Distributors. Unfortunately because we have such a lack of “Environmental Awareness in the World” in many cases our Distributors cannot fulfill their minimum although most have been able to achieve the target we have laid out. UBIEE is NOT a Company that will go after you and sue you, but what we will do is find solutions with you.

We might be growing slowly but we still have between 200 – 400 UBIEE Ambassadors joining every week. Our growth in Ubieepill is certainly much bigger than we have in the UEP and that is due up to a point that we did not get it right in the beginning because we did not promote it correctly because of earnings in the Vortex.

I assume responsibility for that because about 2 – 3 weeks ago when I explained to everybody that the key is really not the Vortex, “the key really is the creation of the awareness.” I have tried to explain it, but it is very hard when “you get all those WOW emails to consider that it is the Environment that makes you feel WOW” the Vortex is actually the Tool that gives you the recognition and what it recognizes is “that thanks to your early Contribution into the System, now you are earning something back.” This means that somebody somewhere else has done exactly the same as you did when you started with us, it means that somebody must have made a Contribution.

                           Nobody will get an email if no one promotes.

From 2008 we will place some OTC’s into the System from our earnings from the sale of the PowerPill over the Internet because we will increase the price of the PowerPills, each Pill will be 50 cents dearer. What I would like to achieve is to “see People getting WOW emails” and to make People aware that the Company will not be taking anything for ourselves that is not needed. We will put everything we can afford back into the System so that you as the Captain of your own Ship will have the necessary Tools and the best professional guidance we can give as a small Team to support you. I am sure that as we grow we will get better because I know just how much we have achieved since we first created UBIEE.

Not everybody is present here because 90% of all the benefits do not come from the Internet, “the Internet is 100% our Communication Tool” and it gives us a reason for being online but our main activity is offline. Most Sales are not done online, these are not growing much but the orders that come in are from Truck Drivers, Companies and People who order from our Master Distributors. These are not reflected on our Websites, what you see on the Website is pure online sales.
We have 1,000s of Testimonies from all over the World, we do not publish them all but if someone wants information we will provide it to them. Normally our Master Distributors have that information on hand and on Google you will find a good selection of do*****ents that will answer all the questions and all the doubts anyone might have.

All you really need to do is to explain what the PowerPill does, it reduces a minimum 78% emissions with the added benefits of maintenance and fuel savings. Get them to try it and see for themselves. “The proof is always in the pudding as it were so get them to test it.”

I believe that eventually we will have 1,000’s and 1,000’s of People all over the World looking for a solution and they will be looking on the Internet and this is where the Gamma Project will come in and really make things go forward.

Thank you Janet for your great Posts and what you are doing, we are here and we WILL make it together, problems might come but they are not insurmountable when you work together in a harmonious and caring way. I wish everyone luck in Adland Pro and UBIEE’s continuous success in other Social Communities where we have a presence. Over the past 4 weeks we have certainly spread our umbrella over so many Social Communities and all I can say is “Congratulations.” Some of you are really active, keep up the good work and keep your “Profiles” up to date because this tells so much of what you are doing and People will invite you because it is a “law of attraction” and that is the simple system we will be using with the “Gamma Programme.”

I would like to also congratulate Dany, when Dany started with us her knowledge about Programmes was very limited, now she has become part of ‘Worlddect” http://www.worlddect.com/partner.php?partnerid=2451 a Telephone Company out of Denmark and she is doing the French translation for us. UBIEE will be supporting Worlddect because it makes the “Internet Market a Shareholder” and I like that concept because RingSMS is a similar System.

Dany – Belgium – Thank you Michael, I have accomplished a lot this week for UBIEE and when I am through with what I am doing I will be at it again.

Bill – USA - I was wondering if you could tell us what “Payment Methods” we are using right now?
                   I heard about “e-gold and PayPal,”

Dr Michael – That is correct Bill but we have stopped using PayPal and will not be using this again. We are using
                                        Alert Pay,   e-gold, Visa and Mastercard,
                            Moneybookers (which is in 190 Countries) and Wire Transfers.

We will be putting other options in place, from 2008 we will come up with a “Special Account for the US which will be linked to our main Business Account from a Bank there which is the 6th largest Bank in the World. This will allow People to make “Bank to Bank money transfers in the US and Canada” and allow us I hope by the first quarter of 2008 to have a “Debit Card System” and as we grow we will implement the new steps for each Country but PayPal will not be an option.

We are still working on these things but now it is a question of making it better and giving you more access to “update” as Joe has mentioned.

Georgios – UBIEE Advisor – Greece – I have some People waiting to make Contributions. The “Children with Diseases Team” will be set up very soon. There are about 20 People so far interested in getting into that Vortex, I will not give information for “Hot Tips” because “they are Special People with Special Problems” and they will be treated in a special way because this Vortex will work “very hard to give back to People.”

It is not a place where we will go to make money for ourselves, the money will go to the People in Need, in this case “Children in Need.” There is some money over in the “People in Need Vortexes 630 and 605” about 60 EUR which means about 6 or 7 placements to start that Vortex. Everyone who joins here will be able to see how this Vortex will explode and how earnings will come in.

Those in “People in Need Vortexes 605, 566 and 588” will also be there and of course “Parents with many Children” and I have about 10 People who are interested. “A Person with 5 Children will get 5 Positions and a Person with 6 Children will get 6 Positions in that Vortex.” This will be a “Very Special Vortex.”
All the others who are alone will come in as “Contributors as private persons” and also I want to position Members. This Team is ready I just needed to find out how to put the other Teams to support there, to get more traffic. I have my idea ready and tomorrow this will be online and it will be the “First Post in UBIEE News.”

Patricia – USA – Since Georgios is no longer in Adland how are the People in Jerky Pool and those in the Mega Vortex going to know what is going on. They have all contributed money and with Georgios not being there they are not going to have any idea what has happened to their Contributions.

Dr Michael – Patricia everyone who has contributed receives emails from us and of course with Georgios not being there we will make an announcement to explain this. We will have that information showing over the next few days in the http://ubieezine.com/news plus we will have information on Google and Yahoo. There will be no problem finding out information so that everybody is satisfied.

Lee – USA – Hello everyone, unfortunately I have missed most of the Meeting but it is good to finally get here. Scott how long have you been using the Pill?

Anything that can help both the Environment and the fuel saving is awesome and I will certainly be buying some when I have the funds and will definitely be telling People about it.

Scott – Corporate Trainer – USA – Lee I have been using the Pill for about 1½ weeks and I am really excited about using “the Pill”, it is certainly living up to its name and I know that if anybody in this Room hasn’t tried it I know they will one day because honestly it is so good talking to a Person and knowing that “hey, this thing really works!”

A lot of times People say that, but they are not telling the truth and simply hoping it works! I KNOW IT WORKS and I am sure that a lot of you also know that it works and I am so excited about it. The Gamma Project I really think is going to help “get the awareness out” and that is what we need to do because we need to educate People on the problems we have today.

That is what I am doing and I am sure that is also what a lot of you are doing each day. I would just like to say that it has been a great Meeting as usual, I am glad that everybody is here and I am glad that I am part of this Team and that we are doing what we are. Dr Michael – A great Testimony Scott, when I first saw the Product I was so impressed with the Company’s statement of 78% emission reduction guaranteed I couldn’t believe it and I thought WOW this is what I need, this is what I would like to use. I knew about the Company long before I knew about the Product, actually it was Steve who brought it to my attention.

Apart from reducing emissions it also saves fuel, it would be a good Product for a “Visionary Gas Station and also Mechanics”, but first they have to understand “the principle, the principle of People talking.”

If you go to a Gas Station and he says to you “use my fuel and you will need less fuel”, you probably wouldn’t believe him, but after it actually happens to you, you will tell your Friends and suddenly he is selling more fuel than he has ever sold in his life and all he does is “to use a good fuel which saves you money.”

It works the same with a Mechanic because the Product actually “reduces maintenance costs by about 60% a year” so actually you will save more in maintenance costs than you do on fuel but “the real benefit is the reduction of emissions.” It is “not a miracle Product because it doesn’t repair anything” but it keeps things more in shape.

What I would recommend is to “get a clear picture of what we have, because in the end it is “not about whether People believe about the Product but it is about whether they believe what you say or they not!” “People have to believe you in what you are saying about the Product.”

You can go to Google and download important information like “The Material Safety Data Sheets, The University Declaration and a few Testimonies”, not too many but just enough otherwise all it will do is to confuse them. With what we have “you can certainly make the Product sell” but at the end of the day “the product is sold by using it, by putting it in the tank and finding that it works” and then “the Product sells itself.”

Steve Hall – USA – Yes it is good to be here at this 131st Conference, I can count on my hands the number of times I have missed in that time through travel etc. I look forward to coming here every week and hearing what People have to say and listen to Dr Michael. A couple of things he has said today have rung true about “how hard it has been at times from where we have come from, and for those who are new, coming in at a reasonably good time as well.”

Dr Michael, Joe, Pedro, Erika and myself have put a lot of time and effort in over the past 3 years, a lot of corresponding and a lot of ideas to come up with what we have today. Any contributions or ideas anyone might come up with to enhance our thinking in the way we are going are all welcome but with the way things are looking at the moment I think everyone should be pretty happy.

Georgios one day at a time and I am sure eventually all your Friends will come and your opponents will stay away, I try not to close many doors if I can help it. You have the Ubieezine Site, make it your own, “GO FOR IT” and no one can ever take anything away from you at that point.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain – Hello to everyone. We are working on 2 different aspects, the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and the UBIEE PowerPill. When we first started promoting the PowerPill we did make the mistake of “trying to sell it as a fuel saver”, but know we know that “the Environment is the most important issue”, and with the UEP we also made the mistake of “talking about the Vortex instead of talking about the Environment.” We are “an Environmental Group” and if you look up in Google or Yahoo for Environmental Groups you will be surprised at the results.

We are working with the Taxis in Madrid and are having considerable success. Madrid is one of the first Cities to “implement a fine for contaminating vehicles” and our PowerPill is the ideal solution.

We as “UBIEE’s are focused on the “Environment” and “so is the UBIEE PowerPill.” I am sure one day we will also work with “Dr Michael’s Futuro Plan”, this is the first step in finding 2 big Companies who recognize the potential of the PowerPill and inject the money needed to successfully sell the PowerPill to the World.

We can all search for “Environmental support”, we have as much information that you will need about the PowerPill and Erika knows everything about the emissions.
I am very glad that I am here with you and our Team is very important to all of us. This is our #131 Conference and I have been here each Monday for everyone. When we work together and support each other I am sure over the next weeks we will see the results of all our efforts.

Dr Michael – Hello and welcome to the #130 Weekly UBIEE ENVIRO Conference and a special thanks to those that are here. With me at UBIEE Headquarters today is Pedro and Joe and it is a pleasure to be here and I am very proud to have been here with you 130 times.

We have had an exciting week and the “Conference Chats” certainly give everyone a good overview of what we are doing. As most of you have realized we still have the “Trailer” on and there is still an exciting combination of “The Future, The Present and Going Forward” and the animation of positive thinking in the UBIEE System I know we will prosper and that is really “The Key To Success.”

The new Tracking System has now been implemented and is running.
1. The Tracking System is able to recognize your URL and 70% of all traffic from your promotional efforts will be directed to “the First Vortex you joined when contributing to a cleaner Environment” guaranteeing your support and constant growth to the Team you first joined. This CANNOT be changed until you have received your 64 payments from that Vortex when you can then select “another Main Vortex.

2. The remaining 30% will be directed to 3 other Vortexes of your choice where you have a TP1 or OTC Position and these can be changed at any time.

This is very important and we can already see that the Traffic is going where it should. It is NOT possible to promote all 1,000 Vortexes as we were before. This is “the same for everybody, there will be NO exceptions, and everyone in the Vortex will promote the same URL.”

Over the past week the programming has been updated and you now have much better control of what is actually happening on your System. We have incorporated “your ID Tag into the Tracking System” and “over the next 10 days there will be more options for you to see what is happening because of your Promotions and you will also be able to see when someone signs up in a Vortex whether you are the one who has actually sponsored them.” Not that it earns you any more money but it does give you a good idea of “how you are performing, how many Visitors you get, and how many of these Visitors have actually contributed.”

Today I have placed “a Poll on the Yahoo Groups under UBIEE” where I have posted 10 questions and I am asking for “your feedback on which of these additional Services you would like to see implemented.” If you have not already done this I would appreciate your taking the time to do so.

Our Traffic is certainly up and running and we have a good vision of how this is getting to the places we want it, and I can see that the “united effort has certainly made a difference. People’s enthusiasm for promoting and getting things done” has certainly moved us to another level and what I mean by this is the “whole scenario that has been achieved due to dedication, commitment and listening to you, getting things sorted and into a position of easy understanding”

Here you can see your statistics and the updates that are available for you. These are all based and built upon the UBIEE ENVIRO Project, and the UEP is really just an additional Tool for our UBIEE Operation which is based upon and built “to
support and to create awareness for a cleaner Planet” and for this we have our “UBIEE PowerPill” a Product which has certainly made a stand over the past 15 years but unfortunately “it is too good for most People to believe.” On the other hand those that have used it are very satisfied and are dedicating time and effort to help People understand the amazing potential the PowerPill has for reducing emissions.

I know that we are “on the right path to success”, but I cannot tell you when because it is not easy to sell something that shows “that the rest of the World is missing the point.” You will see thousands of People “writing wonderful Articles and Newsletters” these can be factual and interesting but what is more important for us to do is find “People who understand and believe that we have a solution – a solution that guarantees to reduce emissions by a minimum of 78%.”

We have 100’s and 1000’s of Testimonies but it is still hard to convince People that we “have a Product that does what no other Product on the Market can do.” We are not a Multi-Million Dollar Company, we are just People like you and me who care enough to try and make a difference.

Our System has shown that we are growing tremendously, the opening in 2007 of allowing anyone to become a UBIEE ENVIRO Ambassador for FREE has certainly made a difference. Over 14,000 People have joined in 2007 and we still have 3 months to go!

What we have found out over the past year is that even with the changes and lowering the price of the PowerPill it has made no difference to the sales, all it has done is make a difference to our money budget. Instead of having enough money to support others, we have only enough just to survive so from January 2008 we will be increasing our prices back to the 2006 price range. Since Millionaires are not waiting on the doorstep to come in, we have to go out and find them otherwise it may take us another 10 years to create enough awareness.
People who have lost everything because of “Environmental Catastrophes such as Floods, Hurricanes, Fire and Drought” will pretty soon understand that we had better do something because in most cases this is not normal. That we have an “Environmental problem has been confirmed by the United Nations and 100’s of Scientists, yet there is still so much disbelief!

If you are in an Industry that creates a lot of Environmental damage but you are making $100’s Millions a year there is no incentive to change, that is part of life and we have to understand that these scenarios do exist. We also have to understand that in life “we cannot always achieve what we want to do.”

We know we have “a Product that can make a difference” and I am sure that we are “on that Surf Board I spoke about last week and can see the Big Wave coming” but “what we have to make sure of right now is that we don’t fall off the Surf Board” and to make sure of this there “are little things we can do to make our daily work more efficient.” A little later on I will talk about “how we approach our time, what do we do in the time we spend for UBIEE, what can we do to achieve our goals and what can we achieve?” but first I will ask Marion to tell us about her week.

Marion – Australia – Thank you Dr Michael and hello everyone. Yes we were disappointed in the Country Affair over the week-end. People are very willing to listen, they appear to be interested but they still have that “mental block” and believe it is up to Governments and Politicians to change everything.

People are happy to sign Petitions and put their names to Climate Action Bills and you try to tell them that if Governments won’t do anything it is up to Individuals to unite and create a force that can be reckoned with, but they come back with if Governments won’t do anything what is the use of us trying! They still can’t see that Individuals who pull their weight and work together as a whole CAN really make a difference.

We did sell 3 Blisters and gave out some Information and some of those People may get back to us. I am sure if we keep talking to everyone the right Person will come along.

I have been in contact with Planet Ark again, they are an “Environmental Organization based here in Australia” and am waiting for Paul to get back to me, if not I will phone again to find out if he has read the Information and what results he had with the Pills.

I would also like to say thank you to Dr Michael for the “Thoughts For The Day” he posts on the Chats, they are a good reminder in getting us back to reality and what is important.

Dr Michael – Yes Fairs are quite unpredictable, but on the other hand it is good to make contacts and a good opportunity to give out information which People can absorb later.

Gary – USA – Hi Dr Michael and everyone else. Being in a Programme like this you can never lose, but it is one of those things that if People don’t understand they don’t like doing it. There are ways to overcome this but it is going to take time and it won’t happen overnight but it will happen.

All you have to do is “to be persistent and constantly do what you feel is right and as long as that is what you are doing and you know in your heart that you are right then you will never lose.” As a Team we have to “keep on doing what we are doing and gradually we will get more and more every day that will see us and start believing what UBIEE believes and what you and I believe.

We NEVER want to lose faith in what we are doing and keep supporting each other so that we don’t lose our feelings about the UBIEE Project and the UBIEE Pill.
Thank you Dr Michael and Joe for all the hard dedicated work that both of you have been doing with the UBIEE Vortex Project, you are doing fantastic work, sometimes we fail to recognize how hard it is but we certainly do appreciate it.

Everyone needs to keep on doing what they are doing, every day 1, 2 or 3 of us find something new, “a new way to advertise or a new thought” and everytime this happens it is “another little spoke in the wheel” that helps us to get a little further, so keep on doing what you are doing, work a little harder and things will start to happen faster every day.

Dr Michael – Yes Gary, it is about dedication, the “Environment” is something People have been talking about for the past 40 years, and even after 40 years talking People haven’t got very far except we are now aware “THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM”, but they are still not aware that there is a solution.

That is what UBIEE is here for, to “present a solution and Not words – because we DO have a solution for the Emission problem.” That is what we have to remember and remind ourselves and with that attitude whatever People say we “know that negative comments are wrong, and we try to tell them that they are mistaken.” Sometimes they are interested and sometimes they are not.

Today I want to talk about “the best way to get communication out” and it is NOT complicated BUT “You have to pinpoint your Target Market” and how do you do that?

The best way is with “Personal Contact, and talking to People directly in the Chats, Instant Messaging or the Skype Phone,” this won’t cost you anything BUT IT IS EFFECTIVE. We have “the Tools and the Technology” and you can find hundreds of People a day if you are dedicated and do it the correct way.

I think all of you are using Skype, but I don’t think many of you are using the facilities that Skype offers. Skype gives you many Tools which really make it easy to capture the interest, there are “the Skypecasts” and these have become very popular. There are a few 100,000 People on Skypecasts all day long coming there looking for new content. Create a Skypecast and you will have 40 or 50 People an hour visiting you and all you need to do is put something in “about the Environment.”

This is a “live way of communicating, not chatting, you are actually talking to People” and an hour is long enough to get People interested and once this communication is finished, everyone who joins your Skypecast you will be able to add to your Skype contacts where you can send them messages and follow-up with them. That is how simple and easy it can be done so it is not complicated as some People may believe.

Another issue I would like to talk about is “Posting”

I know People like Mimika, Janet, Danielle, Patricia, Gary and Scott are “posting a lot of articles”, because I have “my alerts set” and can follow what is happening on the net, but this is not really very effective.

I am sure that most of you will agree that none of you are lazy, so what is the reason we don’t have much success in what we are trying to achieve. Analyzing the situation and understanding how “sales and presenting yourself is done correctly, I have realized one thing when reading all those Posts that I am getting.”

On a Post you put in the details of the Services you have to offer, Millions of People do that same thing every single day so you “become 1 Person out of a Million” and People just don’t go through all the Posts every day even between their own Teams.

It is not wrong to Post Messages but if you want to make some money and make your Business grow, in the end “you will always have to talk to People”, so if you talk to People right at the start you will save yourself a lot of time and once you have become proficient then it should take you no more than 1 - 2 hours a day and you will then have time to spend with your Family and whatever else you want to do.

There is a long way and short way of doing everything, time is the same for everyone – no one has one second of time more than anyone else so it is up to each of us to make the best of that time in order to achieve and to become successful in whatever you do.

What People are interested in is “how you present yourself.” How do you do that correctly?

I am sure that many of you “are Members of Social Communities,” and these Social Communities are “one of the Key Factors for success.” Why, because People love to talk to People, People don’t like to read Posts, they will but “only after you have created a Personal Relationship.” I have found for myself a “method with a maximum of 3 Posts to a Person personally and I am not talking about a Post but “a Personal Message that you send out to a Leader, a new Person or a New-comer you find in those Social Communities.”

PLEASE don’t think that if you Post to someone, only that Person sees it! If you send “out 10 Private Messages you will probably have more People reading your Personal Information than you would really want.” Because People on the Internet like to surf and like to click from one place to another, BUT a “Personal Message has an 85% chance of being read.”

1. If you are contacting someone you have never seen or talked to before and you would like to get their interest in what you are doing PLEASE DO NOT offer them anything. Introduce yourself and greet them, you can tell them what you are doing BUT MOST IMPORTANT please DON’T place any Links to your Website.
Your introduction should be noted by the Person who reads it and is much more likely to respond if they don’t think you are trying to sell them anything!

Believe me, it works like a Dream. Just imagine you are inviting someone into your home, he comes, you give him a coffee or tea and some cookies and then you try to sell him something! Would he feel confident in you? I don’t think so, but if you invite someone and then just have “small talk and make no attempt to sell anything, he would like you as a Person and most likely wouldn’t think of you as a Salesperson!

2. The next time you talk with him you can ask “what he does, has he a Business and how is he doing? Afterwards you can then say what you do and if he seemed interested you could ask if he would like some information.” In about 50% of cases People will say “yes.”

3. Now comes the most important part and this is where People often haven’t thought “if you have treated someone with respect and “haven’t pushed your Business down their throat, but have treated them as a Friend” you have found “the one of the keys to getting that Person as a Partner for you.”

Ask them “knowing what I do and have, could we combine our efforts?” You let that Person make the suggestion rather than you trying to find out if he wants to have your Product. If he has read the Information and believes that you are a good Person, that you respect him and his privacy, they will most likely come back with an idea or they might say “I am not sure, have you?” then you have the chance to make suggestions as well.

What I am talking about is making a Personal Relationship with someone, because that 1 Person may have 100’s or 1,000’s of Friends in their Business who have never heard of UBIEE or have never heard of you. If you have made your first contact friendly, have looked at their Profile, have treated them with respect and found some common interests then you have found that key for developing a good relationship with that Person.

If you make a point of contacting 10 People a day from the various Communities, not 100, not 50, not 5 but 10, after 3 or 4 days you will find that you will get 1 Person a day who will respond and after 3 or 4 emails you will know whether that Person would like to do something with you or not, but what you will have created is a good relationship with that Person and an online Friend. After a couple of weeks you may like to go back and re-open the conversation and you never know!

If you don’t wish to contact People in a Social Community then you are losing a good opportunity, those who are doing this are being successful and getting new People into their Business. This doesn’t only apply to UBIEE but to any Business you may have, you don’t have to stop what else you are doing you can combine them and it will be an added benefit.

What we are trying to do is make People aware that “there is a solution for Emission Reduction”, combine your efforts with whatever you are doing whether it is in Apsense, Adland or any other small Social Community, and small I am talking about up to 100,000 People minimum, anything less is like a little village within millions of big Cities but you will also need to be part of Yahoo, Google, MSN and AOL and look for Communities there, maybe not the one you like but there are millions of People in there and most of them will have a car.

There are 100’s and 1,000’s of People who would live to support the Environment but they don’t know that you exist. Yahoo is the No 1 and Google No 2, by going into these big ones you will find “unlimited traffic and unlimited potential.
”Fill out a good Profile and a couple of good Discussion Groups” and you will be on the right track.

Find a few “Interest Groups which have 4,000, 5,000 or 10,000 People, these are FREE to post and you can post a message to the entire Group. In Yahoo there are about 10 – 15% of Groups that are open and allow you to post. Join these Groups introduce yourself BUT don’t introduce your Business! Don’t avoid the “Big Boys” work with them and you will achieve recognition by your Profile and recognition for being professional.

Write a few letters of introduction use them in the Groups and you will find that if you make 10 Contacts a day within the different Groups you will get 1 of these People who will be interested, that Person will speak to his Friends who will speak to their Friends exactly the same as you have done. This is about anything you have to offer, because what you are offering first “is yourself”, you can’t sell a house unless you are sympathetic to the Person who wants to buy it.

We are here for the Environment, we are not here to sell a Vortex System, that is a scenario that comes after People have contributed towards the Environment, you can do this offline as well as online but please use the Internet with the same respect as if that Person were to come to your home because Social Communities or Private Chats are really nothing else.

The Internet does have the advantage of being able to contact People you have never met, but the Internet also has the disadvantage of not being able to see the Person. Not everyone will understand you, probably most won’t but if they see that you “are enthusiastic, happy, respectful and love what you are doing” they will “not contribute because of UBIEE, they will contribute because of YOU.” Most things are based and built upon “TRUST” if “you don’t trust somebody you won’t deal with them and if you don’t trust them you will not invite them into your home.”

We are not creating the Vortex System to make money from a money generating Pool, what we are doing is “creating awareness and the belief that we as Individuals can really make a difference” because we are one of the few Individual Groups that is really taking this very, very seriously. There is no difference between you and me, there is only the willingness because we all have the same Vision. We may not have the same Religion or the same Skin Colour but we are all sitting in the same boat because we love Mother Earth, our Children and our Young People. That is why we are strong and that is why we will be successful.

We don’t need to be the No 1 as long as others come along and do the same, it is not important that we be the Leaders what is important is “that we lead right now. Many will come after us with much more money and much more effort but you can feel proud of what we have achieved for our Planet and for the future of our Children.

Share this with your Friends and I am sure that within the next 10 days we will have a whole different scenario. Please don’t spend 90% of your day posting Messages in the Social Communities, spend “10% of your day contacting People that are doing exactly what you are doing right now, get in touch with them personally and you will see a difference.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to present yourself correctly to new People, talk about your Family, where you live and general information, People are generally much more interested in this than they are about your Business. If you take the simple things without complicating them and do it in the right way you will be successful.

Steve Hall – USA – Yes I am good at making contacts but it is the “follow-up that lets me down at times”, I do have good ideas about getting People into the Business but once I get them there I tend to lose focus so that is something I need to work on as well as my typing and email skills.

I think what you have been saying Dr Michael about the “Social Networks” is right and that we need to aim for those People who actually have the Networks and who are active and let each compliment the other. That is what I have tried to do in the past, I have failed in some but have had good results in others.

Keep up the Postings as well, I have topped most of the ones I have seen and for now I wish everyone a good week.

Dr Michael – Yes it is important to “top, dig or dugg and put your vote on each Post” because then it draws attention.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Hello everybody, I just want to repeat a little about the “Traffic Promotion” that we have done. When you log-in to your Back Office and click on the “Promo Options” you will see that there are “10 slots”, each one worth 10% of all you traffic.

The “first 7 slots or 70% of your traffic is locked in to the original Vortex you joined and this CANNOT be changed until that Vortex is closed.”
The “other 3 slots or the remaining 30% of your traffic will go to any other 3 Vortexes of your choice.

This is all automated and working now, it is a valuable Tool which is allowing us to get everything back together, it is keeping everything coherent and original Vortexes filling up and this “really amplifies the Team effort.” In your “Promotions it IS IMPORTANT that you use your TAG Url” because these are also tracked and it is possible “to see who signs up who” and that information goes into the System and remains there for future reference.

There are other things on the horizon, you will soon “have the ability to contact the People in your Vortex by email through an Internal Mail System without having their email address.” This will allow you to have personal contact with them and to keep in touch.

Beside the programming and everything else I certainly agree with Michael about “the Environment and raising the awareness”, and certainly when you are using Skype Tools and the Networks the “Personal Contact is so important.” I have to say that when I am sitting here and see Michael doing it, it seems so easy! It may be challenging at first but when you talk to People you will find that they really do care and are willing to learn more but as Michael has said this needs to be approached in a Personal way. There is “so much Advertising and Posting on the Internet that the Personal Touch really does make all the difference.”

We have been working really hard “to get Google involved in all of our activities and getting ourselves involved in Google activities.” We have been “optimizing the Pages, we have META TAGS and things like that on Pages, we have verified our Websites with Google so that more of our entries are coming up when you search.”

We also have our “Google Groups” and I have put the updates to the UEP on the Google Groups. So a lot of things happening. Thank you and everyone have a good night.

Dr Michael – As you can see a lot of work has been done since we started 11 weeks ago but there is still a lot more to do. The Programme by itself has been implemented with the Vortex, the Adspots are fine and we have the Traffic under our control, we have most of the Tools available in the Control Panel and everything is now ready for continuous growth.

As we grow, People will grow their earnings and as you know “10% of your earnings from the Vortex System are put aside for the purchase of PowerPills.”

There is so much more to offer and we have so much more, we have “a great Team, a great Product and we have a great relationship between the Company, People, Supporters, Contributors and Executives” and it starts with the understanding that we as a Company have a Product that you can adapt to any Business. We are not a mandatory Business, you are here of your own free choice.

We have “backbone support” from New Image International, a Company that is trading on the Stock Exchange in New Zealand and I am sure that there are many Network Marketers right now that would love to have a Company like UBIEE has, backing them up.

In UBIEE we have a lot of great support but “one great challenge” and that is about “Environmental Awareness.” People are “aware that something is wrong but they are not aware that they can do something about it and that many People together CAN really make a difference.” It is easier to point to the Politicians and expect them to do something and “IT IS UP TO US TO CHANGE THAT WAY OF THINKING.”

Within the next 30 days the “Gamma Project” will be starting and we will certainly see “a complete new way on how to attract Business”, but I can tell you one thing, if you follow along with UBIEE and if you follow the Gamma Project you will become “a Leader of the Leaders.”

If you have started “with only a little, if you have worked very hard and have been ready to give up many times BUT in 5 years you are a Millionaire”, no one will care how long or how hard you worked to achieve this, most People will say “WOW you are lucky” because most People will never be a Millionaire because “they give up too soon, they like to complain, they like to look for a pay rise and more free benefits” but believe me “to be a Millionaire you have to understand that a LOT OF DEDICATION IS NEEDED AND WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT IS A LOT OF BELIEF IN YOURSELF.”

The only way to become a Millionaire when you have nothing “is to have a lot of Friends who will work together with you.” Back In 1992 I did earn $1.4 million but because I shared it with those People who helped me actually make it happen, my part was close to $300,000.

One thing is to make $1 million, the other is to invest it in the right scenario and that is really what I want to remind you. At the moment you are sitting in a boat where you will become very successful and very powerful. It may take 2 years, 3 years but I am sure it won’t take longer than 5 before we are right at the top of everything.

”On the 18th November, 2007 UBIEE will celebrate 3 years of existence and on the 15th May, 2008 it will be 3 years since we started to introduce the PowerPill”, and it has taken us 18 months to realize that the PowerPill is not a Product with which you can get rich quickly because of lack of awareness and interest by the majority of People.

To overcome this we “built the Tools around the Product.” We know that we have “the best Product in the World for reducing combustible emissions” and we know by now “that we can’t make the Product run by itself without having the necessary Tools” and Tools mean money, and that is what the UBIEE ENVIRO Project is, it is “a money generator to stimulate growth and awareness about the PowerPill.”

So this is really what it is all about investing your time and making sure that you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, and if you believe in what you are doing as Gary said before, it “doesn’t matter if you get 100 People who say NO, because you will get that 1 Person who will say YES. When you are supporting the Environment do you really expect 100 People to say NO! We have $million Advertising Budgets right now for FREE, the whole World is talking about Global Warming, go to the “Big Boys” like Scott did, talk to 20 of them and you will get at least ONE who will join you.

Scott has already spoken to 4 of them and we have 1 already partnered with us, those in the US will all be laughing because in the next 24 months there will be at least 40 – 50 million Pills sold EVERY single month.

So it is all about having ambition, trust, belief and confidence in yourself giving you have the possibility to let everybody know what we have to make a difference and we CAN get that message across.

Normally we only offer 4 – 10% in mileage increase because if you say that they will get more they won’t believe you and when they do WOW you will certainly have a good customer. Unfortunately in regard to emission reduction there are Companies that really do not care. In many Countries especially in Europe there is a “Tax advantage” for things that do not contaminate but a lot of Companies do not know about it or they don’t know what to do. I am sure that in the future there will be incentives from Governments everywhere in the World to encourage less contamination.

I would like to officially announce in this Meeting that Scott has been appointed as a Corporate Trainer for the UBIEE Corporation for the English speaking Territories. Scott certainly has the self confidence and belief in what he is doing and that is necessary in a Trainer to be able to teach others. So Congratulations Scott and welcome aboard.

Scott – Corporate Trainer – USA – I guess I am here not to tell everybody what to do, but to share what I feel, and I feel that whenever you have a good Product like we do and a good Team where everybody wants to do the best they can it is sometimes really easy to get caught up in the “work yourself to death syndrome”, and this is something I don’t want to see, because when you start doing that “it makes the Internet not fun, it makes UBIEE not fun and makes so many things really stressful and we certainly don’t need that.

We know we have a good Product and we know we have a good Team and it is just a matter of time before People find out about us, they are aware “that there are problems out there but they don’t know what to do about it.
I had a phone call from Lazzeo, a Social Network Community asking if I would work on Staff there, I have never done anything like that before and I thought it might be a good opportunity to start out, “a good hill to climb so to speak”.

I am not going to do this by myself because I understand I have all of you behind me, Michael and yourselves give me confidence so I will do the best I can. Maybe I can do something with the PowerPill, maybe I can’t, but I do know WE CAN DO SOMETHING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, and that is what we are all here for.
For now I would just like to say “Thank you.”

Dr Michael – What I am trying to do and what the intention of UBIEE is, is to make us grow and to make us big but to eliminate any in-fighting which unfortunately does happen in a lot of big Companies. In UBIEE we don’t fight People, I am not interested but if I have to believe me I have all the talents, the knowledge and the experience to fight anybody IF I choose, but I am NOT into fighting, I am into harmony and harmony starts with uniting People. There is so much negativity around that we certainly don’t need to create any more in our World.

We are still small at the moment but we do have the advantage of everything that is backing us up and what we also have is “an EXCLUSIVITY” which nobody can take away from us. An Exclusivity gives you “a Legal Contract” and this can be passed onto your Family should anything happen to you. This may not mean much to some of you at the moment because if you don’t make any “sales” an Exclusivity means nothing but in the future this may certainly make a difference especially in the US where it might turn out to be a Multi-Million Dollar Business just because of what we are doing right now thanks to Scott’s introduction in the first place.

We are the creators of “Contributional Marketing”, you like it or you don’t but it is something which in the future will be very important. Maybe it won’t make you much money at the moment but it will “give you recognition” and recognition gives you the opportunity to do something different.

You don’t need to be married to UBIEE just be loyal to it and what you have achieved and remember that when you also have another Business or interests UBIEE is here to support you, and those who are Environmental Visionaries, and that is exactly how it should be. Some People won’t like us but others will, Bill Gates and Al Gore are ones that I would like to have close to us, I won’t contact them because it is better that they contact us first.

We as Human Beings are valued for our knowledge and not for any material things we might have. This is one of the main reasons that “The Gamma Geeks” are together because they want to give their knowledge to the “Little Guys of the World” and help them to understand that they can make $1,000’s and $1,000’s every single month simply by using the infrastructure that teaches them “how to attract People to their Business rather than Driving them to their Business”

This week we have been talking to many Companies and they have confirmed that the “Emission Tests” have been completed with surprising results and they are really amazed. We explain to them that the fuel and maintenance savings plus the Tax advantages are greater than the cost of the Product so that it literally costs them nothing.

Tomorrow morning we have the Meeting with the Government Attorney General to provide them with the information they requested on “Emission Reduction.”
