Dr Michael as host together with Pedro at the Spanish Headquarters welcomed everyone to the 101st Ubiee Weekly Environmental Congress and said it was a pleasure to see those in the room from the UK, USA, Mexico, Peru, Spain and Australia. I will now ask David our Chairman to open this Meeting.

David – UK It is a pleasure to be here celebrating the 101st Weekly Congress and on behalf of the whole Headquarter and Management Team I would like to say a warm welcome to everybody from the different regions around the world. Thank you for the efforts you have put in over the past week and I look forward to hearing the reports from everyone.

Dr Michael Yes, a lot of work has been going on especially when it comes to creating new relationships, forming new alliances getting the word out to the different regions and public relations in marketing and offline experiences in PR. We are also getting very close thanks to the great support we are getting from Paul into the politics. Paul is in Belgium at the HQ of Europe in Brussels. His website www.greensailor.org is getting very active and we have had about 100 new Members join Ubiee from this site.

Paul – Belgium Good evening, good morning to everyone here at this Conference. I have not been able to be present the last 2 weeks as we have been very busy as Michael has mentioned.
We have elections at the beginning of June this year and I am working for a new “Political Party”, but a very popular party in Belgium. We are working on a “complete environmental program” for the coming season and we have made a program that is based on the “FIGHT AGAINST POLLUTION” and not against “carbondioxide” and “global warming” in the first place because we think we need to fight the “pollution and fine dust” which can predispose to cancer which none of us would want to get.

You can find on our www.greensailor.org site a link to a program we are using to promote the Ubiee PowerPill which I think has had a great impact over the past 2 weeks. We are going to continue this and hope to spread the word to more and more people around the world.

We are promoting renewable energy and everything that is new in this industry because Europe has a very small vision on renewable energy so we are promoting techniques that Europe has not seen yet in the hope that we can do our bit in getting back to the evolution that has been done in the United States, Australia and Asia. It has been encouraging to see that many people who are subscribing to the Ubiee PowerPill are from the USA and China, especially China because those countries are not following the “Kyoto Protocol” because they are much more aware of environmental problems and the Kyoto Protocol does not go far enough in the fight against “Global Warming and pollution” today.

Dr Michael Yes I have seen all the information on “GreenSailor” site and how you have focused your vision. I am sure you are playing an important part say for the “political introduction” of the UbieePill. You can count on my support and everything you might need from us – at the moment I am preparing some more “history data”, so please be assured you have our attention. I have spoken to David about the introduction and what you are doing is exactly the right way because there is a lack of consciousness that “pollution” is one of the key factors for the increasing costs especially in the “health sector”. In Europe alone there are over 200,000 people dying each year from contamination, but it is the people who are still alive and suffering from “heart, asthma and other respiratory diseases” which are the ones that can really benefit if we can make the “politicians” see that “our product” can make a difference.

There are enough environmental groups working to make the people aware, but what we need to do is unify them all and work together and this is where the politics come in and I think Paul what you are doing and what your party is achieving implementing this is the way to go. I think you have the right tool available and the right people there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if your stand for a “cleaner environment” and the way you present this will be successful. If people have any doubts in regard to the effectiveness of the pill against “pollution” and “global warming” just tell them to use the “pill” and test it.

We have similar activities which we are preparing in Nicaragua, Argentina, Chile and thanks to Miguel here in Zaragosa in Spain, David has been talking to the Mayor in London and getting the politics involved, so every little bit counts and eventually all of the Team will benefit from what we have in our possession, it is creating the discipline and the procedures for people to use the blueprints established by Yeltsin and others allowing us to be guided in the path for political recognition, and the other activities into distribution and brand recognition.

At the moment we are 6945 people which is quite remarkable seeing at the beginning of 2007 we had just reached 2000 Ubiee Environmentalists, last week we were 5,800 so that is over 1000 people this week alone. Congratulations to all of you who have been promoting and giving people the chance to become part of the growing group of “Environmental Ambassadors” with UBIEE. Opportunities are knocking on our doors every day and it is up to us to decide which we are going to take on.

Miguel – Spain We are visiting new Companies at the moment introducing the PowerPill with the idea of getting new customers and these Companies are telling us the results they are having using the UPP, some doors are open, others are closed.

We are careful in choosing our Sales Team and are taking the maximum opportunities which will allow our cities to benefit from the UPP.

We can change the atmosphere in our cities so we need to be out there promoting and selling.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain It is a pleasure to share my experience with you. As the Doc said 7 weeks ago we started with the “24 Hour Protocol”

Before we were concentrating more on the Buses and cars but with the new protocol we are concentrating on the “trucks” We started with “3 Trucks” and now we have “3 dozen Trucks” running. One of the trucks was a VOLVO which was using more fuel than it should and after only 7 days using the “product” consumption was back to normal.

We have found that by using the 24 hour protocol we are seeing the best results so far.

The Truck Owners now welcome us with open arm, the key is to treat people and follow up with them so that we can educate and guide them. The “Drivers” are aware that the “filters” need to be changed etc and the rules they need to follow.
We are now also using the same “24 Hour Protocol” with the “Taxis” We started with “3 Taxis” in Zaragoza and now we have “12” using the Pill, but again the key is to be with them at the start so that the Protocol is followed correctly so that they see the results.

We have ”One” person here in Zaragoza that is exclusively supporting the “Taxis Drivers” and our Teams are specializing in different areas. We are also now entering into the “Agriculture Industry” and concentrating on the “environmental issues” and are getting more and more support from Companies and from the Advertising Agencies.

I am not sure if you are aware that in some countries they are already applying the “European Emission Law E5” where they achieve with “Ad-Blue” a “UREA compound” and are achieving a 28% emission reduction.
What we have seen that is really important is that “JUST 1 TRUCK” can bring “50 NEW TRUCKS” into the business which is much better than trying to get “50 Trucks at the one time”.

The “10% Effect” to the Drivers as “commission” for generating “new sales” is proving to be most effective as well as saving the Company money on advertising.

Dr Michael To recap a little on what Pedro has been saying – “we have been finding the total opposite to what we did in the beginning when trying to get the Companies with 50 or 60 vehicles into the business and it was not easy to convince them especially when you do not have any data plus and with the old protocol there were so many things to do and record – it was easy but not practical so when we came up with the ”New Protocol” 7 weeks ago where we actually have the chance to guide the drivers it has been much more effective.

On the 1st day – every 50 kms take down the data – how much fuel is used, how the truck performs and how the driver reacts.

On 2nd day      - put in the pills, then every 50 kms again make annotations of what the “Driver” is actually doing, about the weather/windy/fine/the load/ cargo etc. At the end of the day have the Driver sign the Daily Protocol Sheet.

Truck Drivers are often lonely people being on the road all day and having someone aboard taking an interest creates friendship and sitting with them for 3 or 4 days you know exactly how the truck is performing and you can create so much positive energy and support for the Truck Driver that you can make them feel that they can really make a difference, so much so that this “1 Truck” on recommendations can bring in “20/30 new contacts”

By following this “Protocol” we have seen some phenomenal growth, we started with “3 Trucks” and now 7 weeks later we have “3 Dozen“ or more on the street using the PowerPill.

If you want to target the bigger Companies you may need all the “data and information etc” but with the smaller Companies personal support and follow-up reaps many more successes, and the good part is that it creates “money flow” which you need to keep your business alive.

Find “friendly companies” who allow you to sit with the driver you will soon have 30 – 40 – 50 trucks, The same with the Taxis, we started with 3 then 6 then 9 now we have 12 Taxis after only 3 weeks so we have already increased that potential by 300%, and on the Truck side that is more than 1000% increase in vehicles daily on the streets using the PowerPill and this has been achieved by personal dedication and getting those Companies which allow you to sit with their Drivers. The results are similar to the Taxi Drivers in the UK – once they are happy with it they recommend and spread the word to other Drivers. As David will confirm there are now more than 500 Taxis Drivers in London who are using the UPP. It is getting a “harmonic relationship” between “sales, PR and staying alive” because one of the most important parts to “stay alive” is to be “financial” and this you need to do by yourself.

In “1 week” you can change your whole luck if you can get a Company, a Truck Company or a small Delivery Company that allows you to go and sit with the Driver by yourself and by presenting the product we have correctly and professionally in 1 week your business will change.

“The Protocol” done correctly will take between 4 to maximum 7 days you know you will have a “very loyal customer” because “OUR PRODUCT WORKS.” The key is to avoid the “customer making mistakes” and we already know that there are 14 points that can go wrong, when they don’t see their “fuel savings” when they don’t see “the importancy of the product”, if they are not making the “emission testing” and so on. If you don’t take an interest in your customer and don’t follow-up I am very sure you will find it very difficult to keep that customer a client – remember a “client” only becomes a “customer” when he keeps coming back and routinely uses the UPP. Also by giving the 10% discount for referring a client who actually purchases the UPP you are on the right track and your business will grow.

We are now working on a similar scenario with “the Taxis” in Madrid and we are also looking for voluntary people who are prepared to sit with the Truck Drivers in their local areas.

Erika – Mexico Hello everyone. Some days go very quickly, others slowly!
We have now visited “15 Transport Companies” this week as well as some ”Taxi Drivers” and today we have signed a “Protocol” with an 80 vehicle Company which has a special inside distribution for a special date to launch the UPP.

We are also preparing the Protocol for a large Company in Mexico which has 2000 vehicles. They are interested in getting the results of the other Companies and we have signed a “Pre-agreement” with them. Their trucks are big vehicles used for construction purposes, they work with “diesel” not on “distance” but on “hours usage”.

The Project for the Government is slow and has been delayed as the Secretary was killed.

The “focus” is to use the UPP all over Mexico, we have new “Emission Certifications” from Mexico and things are progressing in most of the Country. The results will be given to Dr Michael to put into the “Groove.”

Paul Schietekat – Belgium Erika can you tell us some more about the impact of “biofuel” in Mexico and what is the effect on the “food supply”?

Dr Michael and from the different Provinces so that we can use that for our measurements.

Erika – Mexico The “environmental Problem” in Mexico is in “3 parts”
First the most important is “D.F. of Mexico”, then “Reynosa” and “Jalisco” These areas are very much effected with “ACID RAINS” and a lot of “Health Related Issues. One of the main “health issues” is “ASTHMA.

THE “CONTAMINATION LEVELS” are so “HIGH”, THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY AFFECTING THE OVERALL PRODUCTIVITY OF THOSE REGIONS. FISHING IS AFFECTED BECAUSE WE ARE POLLUTING THE RIVERS AND THE SEA AS WELL AND DESTROYING THE ENVIRONMENT.

We have many problems in Reynosa and this area has a lot of side effects. We have many “OIL SPILLS” in this area and the “OIL” is coming into the rivers and the effects of decreased Oxygen are apparent.

Paul Schietekat – Belgium and how about the price of “MAIZE” and what is occurring with the production of ”FLAMMABLE BIO” in Mexico?

Erika – Mexico The real problem with the “MAIZE” is the “EL NINO” effect on “Climate Change” and now due to certain atmospheric problems we now have to import Maize from other Countries.

60% of the population grows Maize, so now there is much less maize produced and a lot of people are having “financial challenges”.
The price did increase by 100%, it is slowly coming down, it is now 30% more expensive but is still hurting our economy.

BIO-DIESEL is still in an experimental stage here in Mexico and is based upon a “herb”. There is only 20 Ha of land assigned to it, it is slowly starting but at the moment has no real importance placed upon it.

Steve – USA Thanks Dr Michael and hello everyone. It is very interesting what you say Erika and that a good portion of your economy is from “Maize”.

Quite an interesting situation happened over the week-end. I was reading in the paper that the emissions in cars here in California are going up again and over the next 6 – 8 months they are aiming to reduce these again. This is seen because of the increase in vehicles going along the border of the United States into Mexico so it is good to see that the Mexicans are also going to decrease their emission, but the problem here is going to be that the vehicles from here crossing the border into Mexico – the ones that don’t pass here and there is already stated that there are some big businesses started in the Texas area along the borders here where they ship vehicles across the border into Mexico and also down to the Tijuana area.

Other than that we are selling a few blisters and slowly but surely people are taking more interest as it is becoming apparent that this is a serious business and it is one that is here to stay.

Raul – Peru I am excited about the possibility of taking part in the “reduction of pollution” here in Arequipa, Peru. The “fuel savings” here are amazing – close to 50%

Dr Michael Here in Spain we have a bigger result in petrol than in diesel, sometimes we have a 90% reduction in fumes and at other times even 100%.

Yes, this is a serious business. Most businesses actually 98% are gunned within 12 month, UBIEE has been here for over 2 years now and the Product for over 15 years and there is still a lot of activity happening in South Africa, South America and Europe.

David – UK There certainly seems to be a lot happening around the UBIEE World. It is nice to see new Countries developing such as Belgium and other areas and this also gives us the opportunity to develop with other languages as well other than just Spanish and English.

As for the UK, we are still very busy and deeply involved in negotiations with other operations.

The possibilities for the “TV Shopping Channel” we spoke about are still very real. All the “legal aspects” with regard to this have all been tied up over the last 2 weeks, and the Channel itself is happy with the “Product” and they are confident they can sell a very large amount through the Shopping Channel and I firmly believe that. There are still 1 or 2 things we have to overcome, “the Advertising Authorities” here in the UK are very strict in “what claims you can make” “ how you make them” and “how you can back them up with technical data” but I think over the next few weeks we should be able to resolve these issues so I am confident we can do something there.

Taxi Business is going well, we are still getting the “Ads produced in the Dial-a-Cab Taxi Magazines” and we are still doing the “Sales” through the outlets. We have 3 different outlets supplying the Taxi world as well as through the Office here in the UK

Everything is buzzing along – we would like to see increased sales like everyone else but with all the “groundwork” of the past 18 months to 2 years we are now in a position to start seeing the benefits of all the effort that has been put in and I am quite confident we will see a good explosion of the business here in the UK over the next few months, and again it is nice to see the development of the business still continuing in Spain and South America and once you hear the “overview” that Dr Michael is going to give you of the reports that are coming into HQ in Spain you will get a good feel for what is going to happen in 2007.

Dr Michael Thank you David and yes as you said things are buzzing in many areas of the world.

I have a little “Business Update” from all the different activities from the Headquarters up to March 2007.

The most important thing for us in 2006 in Chile was the “Telethon” which was presented by Harry – this is still very much active, we have their support and this has now been extended to 15 Countries in South America and Central America already and the next Telethon will be on the 5th May in Nicaragua.

Still in Chile I would like to mention “CODELCO” the largest “copper mine” in the world. This situation has really been coming to a head after we lost it completely because of the defaulting of one of our members,
The “Project” has now been rescued thanks to extensive work by myself and a whole group of Professionals we can now give you an update that the Company we have created which is called “Triple C” is now within the next 7 days to create a complete do*****entation for the “ISO Norm 9001/2000 - ISO 14001/2004 and OHSAS 18001/1999.

CODELCO has accepted us as their Partner to deliver “environmental products or services”, but as CODELCO is not actually a Company that authorizes people to work or present products or services for them, they are actually requesting that if they need something from somebody and by requesting the work to be done CODELCO is liable for the economic things that are attached to it. CODELCO is paying for the ISO Norm that we are actually doing for them. CODELCO is a super rich Company but they are really concerned because 35% of the “pollution” in Chile is caused by them

o Manual of Integrated System of Management of Quality, Security and Environment.
o             Program of Securing of Quality.
o             Program of Prevention of Risks.
o             Program of Environmental Prevention.

Therefore, the detail of the information of its companies as far as services and products is required including:

o             Each product with list of credits or to create it
o             All the services of projects and developments made including the mandate, description and amount in dollars
o             In case certifications exist, or for products or services, all are due to enclose

This is one of the things that we truly believe will give us the opportunity to have the advantage of having this major Company there supporting us and actually allowing us to present “environmental protection” to the world.
Talking about “Environmental Protection” Chile is growing even stronger and this week we have on Wednesday officially confirmed and acknowledged a meeting with the President of Chile. She will actually receive 2 of our Team Members in Santiago and we have prepared a “6 page Project” done by Harry which will be presented.

Everything has been prepared and calculated for the “Telethon” in Nicaragua on the 5th May on how it will run. Norberto Hernandez will be in charge. Here we are talking about 500,000 Ubiee Pills, it is not like we had in Chile with 21 million because Nicaragua only has a population of 5 million people. Norberto Hernandez
Still in South America in EL SALVADOR we have CALVO which purchased Pills from us November, 2006

In February this year they have used for the 1st time ever “the Ubiee Power Pills in static tanks” in a diluted format and have proved that this can be effective.

We crushed 2000 pills then added them to 1 gallon of fuel, shook the container for about 20 seconds then put this mixture into a 55,000 gallon static tank and achieve a 19% fuel saving apart from a substantial reduction in emissions.

We have not yet the official result of the “emission testing” as this will not be finalized until the end of March. Once we get the “Official Emission Testing” probably mid April, we will take it from there.

CALVO has “7 Major Plants” “fishing facilities, “tinning-up facilities” and “fishing vessels”. We have internal do*****entation that shows we were recommended. Pedro and the CALVO Boss in Spain have already discussed many of the activities and the next step is the implementation of the “PILLS” for the “Fishing Fleet”.

We believe that with CALVO there is a huge contractual potential and if we can get it all running smoothly we will have a very satisfied customer. CALVO is a Multi-national Company which earns millions and millions of euros each month and they are allowing us to use their “Company Logo” in our “Testimonies.”
Now an overview in EUROPE and SPAIN especially. We are still being careful about what we say but we are getting close to the “Trucking Union”, and to the “Taxi Association” here in Zaragoza and also Madrid and we have point of sales in the following areas “Zaragoza, Murcia, Cartagena, Segovia, Lerida, Vittoria, Galacia, Castellon and Valencia.

We have a total of 36 Trucks running in Zaragoza or the region, 6 in Castellon, 6 in Valencia, 4 in Arogon and 3 in Murcia. With the Taxis we have increased from 9 to 12 and in Madrid we have the first 4 as well. We have Taxis in Vittoria, Majorca and Seville that are using the Pill. We also now have Tractors running on the Ubiee Pill, we also have a presence with Fishing Boats and Fishing Fleets in Spain.

We can certainly say that they are still not big but we are using the 10% Effect that Pedro is creating everywhere and I must say “interesting, interesting”.

In the UK we have already had an update from David but please be assured that when you look into the web presence on www.powerpilluk.com you will see that this has been modified and certainly gives you a great overview of everything that has been done there by Leon and David over the last 18 – 20 months.

BELGIUM and the establishment with the Headquarters of Public Relations and the Greater Foundation which is funded and founded in Belgium and where Paul is the “Foundation Counselor”, and he is also the “Spokesperson” for the Political Party in Brussels. This is not a new Party and I am preparing for him some of the speech about the “environment” and getting him some more “do*****ental data” about Ubiee Pill and looks very promising and probably from the beginning of next month when officially campaigning begins we will get some TV coverage.

We also have some activities in Portugal, Holland, Germany, France, Denmark, Hungary, Rumania and Poland but we cannot really say that these are stable activities yet, we have some “point of sales” and some people have ordered product, some have been interested, sometimes there has been lack of information but it is still early days.

UBIEE AFRICA We have there various Countries but no official “Distribution Outlets” and none as yet a real Distributor, rather a “Point of Sales”

We have Samuel who is a “District Distributor” in Cameroon and he is working closely with me and he is doing all the activities in French. Some of the do*****entation like “Flyers” has been translated into French which are now available, so if anyone has a French speaking contact and would like these please get in touch with me.

Bernard Buchweitz in South Africa is active and he has registered the www.ubiee.co.za which you can look at.

Julius Mubuka is our Divisional Distributor for Africa, he has been operating here with us in Spain, and at the moment we are preparing a project for Tunisia, Nigeria, Tanzania and the Ivory Coast.

One of the biggest problems in South Africa is corruption and this is dominating in those countries and what happens when you import product into those countries, it sounds really harsh but, you have to charge a higher price to compensate for loss.

A general overview we are now close to people in 7000 Ubiee, we are certainly on the right track and I am sure it is the right way we are going. What is very interesting is the quality of Teamwork, and the professionalism in the activities and how things are happening.

Things are buzzing in Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Columbia and Brazil.
We have new ventures that are taking place and good potential in Argentina especially as we have now finalized the demonstration for the Sante Fe City Council a region in Argentina where the product was found to be very effective and further discussions are right now in place with Gabriel Flores, but the problem there is finding the financial intention to buy the PowerPill so that the payment is guaranteed.

In Argentina we currently have “5 Point of Sales” in various regions of the Country and I can only say that it is growing.

Mexico has a similar history to Argentina, both countries have been very active promoting with us since 2005 with the Ubiee advancement coming in slowly. Mexico is certainly growing and when it comes to sales much quicker and the demand for the Ubiee PowerPill thanks to Erika and the 2007 activities has certainly made her very active and it seems also that the product has been found to be very effective in Mexico and Erika is at the moment acquiring the “guarantee payment facilities” for the gross structure so that payment is made and in those Countries that is not always easy.

I think at the moment we have “8 Points of Sales” in Mexico

PERU we have been really active in PR and with sales and our Office in Lima with Mr Wiseman in charge who at the moment is at a “Fishing Port” where we are supplying the Pills and also we have loads of Testimonies” from there which we did present in 2006, so if you need any more information please request it.

Leslie and Christian are a dynamic Team which presented the CALVO project to us, so a lot of things are going on in the Peruvian Market.

The biggest advantage for Peru is that there is a minimum saving of 40% in fuel, sometimes even 50% because their fuel is one of the dirtiest we have seen yet and because Peru is not one of those strong or very rich countries the benefit of the fule savings is very important.

UBIEE ASIA we have not yet formed any constant point of Distribution yet in any of the Countries because of the involvement and commitment of New Image in many of them but for the third quarter of 2007 we will certainly make our entry into China, India – as you are aware we are selling the product there “Ubiee Liquid” which is going very slowly and we will probably have to revise the “marketing approaches” that we have been doing there

We have the www.ubiee-india.com and www.ubiee-china.com websites they are registered and done, we are also slowly getting stronger in Australia.

I hope that the little overview that I have given you gives you an idea of what is being done and what has been achieved

I would like to ask one thing of all the Distributors here to please send me this week an update about details, activities and achievements since you have been with us and what your plans are for 2007. You can make it as short or as long as you wish, but please update me so that we can take portion of what you see multiply it and educate people about what is really happening.

Steve – USA yes it is interesting to hear what is going on around the world and to hear from those Business Partners that have stuck with us – it is good to have all those updates and hear about the response to those “Telethons” it is quite an excellent way to go

Dr Michael The 28th March will be the arrival date for Joe our “Chief Programmer” in Spain to stay with us working to get a little better accessibility to all those tremendous things that have been done to make this whole project a living experience.
