Dr Michael welcomed everyone from around the world to the 102nd Weekly Congress and said it was a pleasure to have everyone present.
UBIEE is growing and a lot of exciting things are happening, increased growth, increased affiliates and Environmental Ambassadors. At the start of 2007 we were just 2000 and now we are 7846. This is very exciting, it is all about recognition and the “environment an important issue for all of us.
This week the CND and MD’s will receive an invitation from me for the “ubieepill.com” which has been implemented in both English and Spanish to be a separated issue for all Distributors allowing you to keep track of your business, to have an overview of your stock, printing out invoices etc and really keeping all the communications open for us. You will be able to invite other people into your “Business”, but this will not be obligatory, but for those who chose to make use of it.
We will have a “Public Entry” where people can look it up to see what it is, but to log on you must be a “registered GIA or Distributor”, you must be able to have your “password” there and you can “update your details” or your “information” there.
It has been done on a “Windows” platform and integrated so that those who are not computer literate will find it pretty easy to use. It is huge, complex, but not complicated and has loads of things that you might have never seen because it is not a forum, it is not an ordinary website, but we will guide you step by step.
There will also be many features there that will also allow your “Offline Business” to grow. If you see any bugs or spelling mistakes” if you would write down the “url” and let me know I would appreciate you telling me so that they can all be fixed.
We have at the moment in “Spanish” only, a complete integration and data collection for “protocols” for small vehicles like taxis and cars, and also for trucks, buses, trains, generators or anything that uses fuel, we have a data base accessibility created that allows us in cooperation with our “Protocol Standards” to update all these online so that even when we have “testing and demonstrations” that want to be recognized by Companies in different parts of the world and they want to see “the Guarantees” and “Our Commitment” then they will be able to put in their details and share daily with us their results if they want to have those testings done.
Eventually as are able we will have all the translations in both Spanish and English, and within the next 6 months we hope to have the “testings and data information” from the Chile site translated into English.
As I mentioned last week we have found that the best approach for sales is to go to the small Companies, pick 2 or 3 Drivers and follow the 24 hour Protocol with them, it is also not so much about “who” you know but “how many people your customers know” that will grow your business.
I can only say that Spain is coming very much alive and making it very interesting for all of us. I know this is also happening in other parts of the world, some a little slower but the potential of “sales recognition” is there for all of us and it is “OUR PRODUCT” that makes the difference especially when it comes to the “environment”. We have also seen that the reduction of emissions of 75% that the Company guarantees is far exceeded here, sometimes even up to 90% when the product is used correctly.
We will adapt our websites more to the “environmental aspects” and will use it more as a tool but you will be getting a step by step guide how to use it.
David – UK Hello to everyone from the UK – sunny England would you believe, cold but sunny and it is nice to see everyone here at this 102nd Congress. It is amazing how fast time goes, it doesn’t seem like more than 2 years since we first started.
Things are going pretty well here in the UK, we have a lot of activity going on but I will tell you more when we “pull it off”. It is getting very close to real exciting times.
Some time ago we were very close to having a “sponsorship deal” in the United States, but at the end of the day because they needed money quickly it did not realize, and now almost a year later we have something in the same vein on the books at the moment which could be very exciting and I may be able to tell you more about it next week because then all the details should be in place, and it takes us as a Group where we want to be particularly as Dr Michael and myself have a love of “racing” particularly “motor racing” particularly “Formula 1, we love the open 2 wheel racing and we should have more information next week.
On 2nd April here we have a big “Agricultural Farming” activity where the UBIEE POWERPILL is going to be very strongly represented. We will be having a big promotion there – there will be some vehicles on show as well as the agricultural side and we are expecting to get a lot of “Newspaper and Magazine” coverage. The other events that will be lined up for later in the month involve a lot of TV and even world wide TV so exciting not only for the UK but for around the world.
On the 4th April we will be having a big “Demonstration Day” at the “JV Bright Taxi Outlet” in London which is a major centre for the Taxi Drivers where they come to buy their spare parts, their fuel, where they have their parking area, Cafeteria and Snack Bars.
We will be taking over the “full Forecourt” and will be putting on a “full day special presentation”, there will be “special vehicles” on show and there will be “Media coverage, Newspapers, Magazines and TV cameras” will be at the event and we are looking at shifting a whole lot of product on that day by doing “live demonstrations” with the Taxi Drivers who come in and are not yet customers. We will have “gas analyzers” there, “on the spot emission testing”, we will have a “dyno monitor system” there where we can do “rolling road testing” which will be part of the whole days presentation and we will also have a couple of “Personalities” from the “Motor Sporting World” to be on hand there that day.
We have events lined up for the “Easter“ weekend, and also another “2 major sporting events” in the UK for later in the month so a busy month ahead.
We are confident that all the work we have done over the last 18 months by the UBIEE Team here in the UK and the” powerpilluk” we will have a very good month.
We are also doing some “serious testing” at the world renowned “Albrecht Test Centre” which is recognized by every Government in the World where ALL new vehicles whether BMW, Mercedes, whether American vehicles going into Europe or UK manufactured vehicles all have to do the “homologation tests” at Albrechts” so it is the recognized Centre and I also have a Meeting here this week with the “Automobile Manufacturers Association” here in the UK who are very interested at looking at the “Product” for their Members and also I have a Meeting with “Fords” within the next 2 weeks and will be putting a proposal to them which should satisfy their requirements and even get us around the “Ford Warranty problem” that a lot of us face.
All in all we are looking forward to an exceptional month here in the UK and am looking forward to hearing the updates from around the world.
Dr Michael thanks for the brilliant update David and I am sure you can see that behind the scenes a lot of work has been done, a lot of co-ordination, PR and a lot of running around to have got so far. I am sure that this will open up a whole new area for us especially with “World recognition”.
Many things have been done and after 2 years of hard work and dedication by David, Leon, the London Office, the Headquarters for the “powerpilluk” and with the ‘Events” organized for April and the “international coverage” we will all benefit.
Thank you David for your very important contribution for all of us. There are things we can all copy in our own Countries but you will need “the Vision, Commitment, Dedication and Time” – my commitment is certainly here, the POWERPILL is certainly a very good product and we have found here in Spain that Companies are coming to us. I am here to help you in whatever way I can.
Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain Yes to be honest I am really enjoying the work now. For the past month we have changed the way we have been working and now the Companies are calling us. Of course we are still contacting Companies but what is interesting to see is that the Companies are now ready to listen and are prepared to give it a go.
Our “demonstrations” are continuing and our “Truck Drivers” are all proud to be using the UBIEE PowerPill. As I have explained before we started with “3 Drivers” we now have more than “40” and the “Chief Mechanics” are now wanting information for their Drivers.
The Drivers with VOLVO spoke to their Chief Mechanics and now VOLVO has twice ordered Product from us and because of their recommendation “6 more Companies” are now purchasing from us.
Those Companies contacting us are wanting to know the correct way to use the “Pill”. The idea is to keep it simple “KISS”. Because of all the recommendations we can explain that “OUR PRODUCT” IS SO MUCH MORE ADVANCED” than the E5 legislation in Europe and that it can be a great alternative to the “UREA implementations”
We have had confirmation from “SCANIA” that they are willing to work with us.
We have been approached by a huge Company in their “Field of Operation” who are currently preparing their own “ISO Norm for the Environment” and thanks to the recommendations and introductions these Companies are now approaching us.
The key is the “Small Business Owner” that uses the “Big Company Services” for their vehicles. They are opening so many doors that it is hard to find the time to fit everything in.
We are doing the same now with the “Taxis” and it is working just as well in Castellon, Madrid the Balears Islands, Teneriffe and Valencia. We are now preparing to challenge the UK!! I am sure the UK will be surprised at just how quickly we are getting this Market growing.
The first group of “Taxi Drivers” is from a small “Corporation of 2000 Drivers” and eventually we want to take the Product to the “whole Madrid community of 15,000 Taxis”.
We also have contacts in the “Agricultural Industry” we are selling “Product” every day and we are making a difference.
Once you have “3” Customers, it will soon grow to “”6 and then “12”. It is so much less complicated to go to the “Small Companies” and in turn they will lead you to the bigger ones. We have sold so much “Product” that we are sure 2007 will be a very good year, but it is important to remember that it is necessary to give the “follow-up” and “support” to every Customer.
Again thank you David for all that great information and I am sure all those things you mentioned will be useful to our own Customers here.
Dr Michael As Pedro has said with only “3 Customers” you can run a big Business so long as you DO take care of them. We know “OUR PRODUCT WORKS” and if you can generate “Sales” with the Trucks by following the “24 Hour Protocol” correctly with all the information recorded and signed we will give you 100€, and the “Driver” can also earn 10% by referring another “Customer”.
You can do the same with the “Taxi Drivers” but you don’t go with them in the cab so it is very important to regularly” follow up” with them by phone.
Erika – Mexico Erika has prepared a “96 page Proposal” for the Government about the “PowerPill” to run in 2 States to start with and then later in the other States.
The first part of the “Proposal” is to do with “Private Companies” with the idea to run the “24 Hour Protocol” with the “Buses”. These are specially trained Drivers that drive in the Cities and there are always 2 on board.
The other Company is a “Taxi Co-operative”. It is a small Company but this can be the first of many other Taxi Drivers. In Tuxtla the “fuel saving” at the moment is more important than the reduction of emissions.
Miguel – Spain Congratulations to Erika and Pedro and hello everyone.
We have been talking to the Mechanics but sometimes it is a little hard to convince them to use the Product. We especially emphasize the “environmental benefits” We have contacted many Companies and also the Politicians and are hoping to get some good results very soon.
Marion – Australia Thank you Dr Michael, congratulations to David and the UK Team, Pedro and the Spanish Team and Erika for all the work you have done, it is certainly most encouraging.
We are still finding it very difficult to get anyone interested in being part of a “Sales Team”. We do have 1 Customer who is going to do the “Brisbane Markets” this weekend and if this is successful he may come on board.
We have had a busy week visiting “Bus and Truck Companies”. As Dr Michael and Pedro have said we have found that it is much better to target the “Smaller Companies” rather than the larger ones as they are much more receptive and interested in what you tell them. The “Larger Companies” have simply rejected the idea outright without even listening or looking at the information and test results available.
It is great being part of the UBIEE Team and interesting hearing about what is happening in the different parts of the world and I wish you all a good and successful week.
Christian – Peru At the moment I am working with the “Altamina Trucking Company” which works with “heavy vehicles” and also a “Mining Company” We KNOW OUR PRODUCT WORKS so if the “Protocol” is followed we know they will get results no matter whatever the weight of the vehicle.
Dr Michael a good point to remember is that we have a “Warranty” which covers ALL vehicles using the UPP.
Orlando is working with Harry in Chile. Interesting and exciting things are happening there. They are in contact with the President of the Country so next week we will have an update from there and I will ask David now to close this Meeting.
David – UK Thank you. Another good session, a lot of good reports coming in from around the world, and it is certainly exciting what is happening in each of the Territories – the UK is coming alive, Spain is going well, a lot of our South American friends Mexico, Chile, Peru, around the world and other places, even Australia seems to be picking up a bit.
I think we are on the right road and our “Promotions” are starting to work not only for “sales” but also for the “recruitment”. We have certainly grown rapidly over the past few months with people who have been signing in on “Website Promotions”
What is important now “is to keep up the sales” and push the “PRODUCT” into the Market Place. I think this is going to be a very good year for “UBIEE POWERPILL Product and Team” so keep “SELLING” and keep “PUSHING” and I will look forward to seeing you all next week.
Dr Michael Everybody is talking about the “environment” so we are getting more acknowledgements not only from “SALES” but also in the “POLITICAL ARENA.”
We have a “SOLUTION” we know our “PRODUCT WORKS”, we have plenty of information but to start with only give your Customers the information they need. Remember about the “ICEBERG” and the possible mistakes. KNOW your PRODUCT and the correct use. If you have any queries at all please ASK
