Dr Michael from the UBIEE Headquarters in Zaragoza welcomed everyone from around the world to the 103rd Weekly Congress and said it was a pleasure to have everyone present.

Thank you Pedro for being here with us as usual and today we have a Special Guest Joe Green our Chief Programmer from the USA here in Zaragoza with us. I would like to say a special thank you to Joe for all your activities, commitment and vision and how happy we are to have you here.

Apologies form Gabriel in Argentina and also Norberto in Nicaragua as he is in Managua for the next few days where we have a Meeting with the Parliament and also the activities for the “Telethon” we are having there at the beginning May.

It has been hard keeping up with all the updates, there are so many interesting happenings going on around all the different places and having Joe here we are already seeing the benefits of updates and information on the websites.

On the websites now you will see a “Carbon Emission Calculator” which shows that with 85 litres how much “carbon is generated” and how much “carbon reduction” can be achieved by using the UPP in petrol, diesel bio-diesel, kerosene or bunker fuel and also the overall amount of “kilos” that is generated.

This is just the beginning and you will see more things especially those of you who are Business Investors or Shareholders we will also show you in a secure environment how many “bonds” we have created and how many “bonds” positively you have actually created in the time you have been with us – that is how many “thousands of kilos or how many tonnes of carbon” have been avoided from “contaminating our air.

So this is a whole new scenario, not only do we have a “Business Opportunity” where you can sell a “Pill”, but we have now actually found thanks to all the “calculations and statistics” a way where we can prove with figures how much emissions we have prevented from being released into the atmosphere.

Under “Kyoto Rules and the Kyoto Treaty” with “Futuro Eagles” as the Mother Company executing this as the “main beneficiarer” it will allow everybody the platform to become a “shareholder” by actually investing upfront with us or when we “go public” in 2009. This can be a big opportunity for those that have the vision, for those who would like to learn a bit more please feel free to ask and for those who are already Shareholders a new report will be sent to you.

When all the updates are completed, it is our intention that you will be able to access your “own data” over the internet. The “new data” Joe has put up is so much easier and simpler to use, you will also be able to see exactly what you have done for the “environment”, not that you have “only sold a Pill”, but actually how much carbon you have been able to reduce.

We actually have 2 “New Markets” here

1. For the “environment” proving by figure what we do and
2. Everybody who sells a “Pill” from now on supports to the “creation of equity for the Futuro Eagles Group”, so that for all of you who are already “Shareholders”, you will find out how much “equity” you have actually supported by “selling Pills”, things that you might not have thought about when you started because for “every tonne or 1000 kilos of CO Carbon deposit” that is avoided we can issue “1 CARBON BOND”

Already we have more than “1000 tonnes” of reduction that gives us the possibility to start on “every sale in the future” to actually show you how much you share in the “Equity Building of the UBIEE Teams” this means that it will show us “how much of the money from the Futuro Eagles Group we can assign to our Distributors”.

As you will be aware we have assigned a maximum of “100 million Shares” for those who are interested in becoming involved. If you would like information in regard to this you are welcome to contact me.

We have already reached and topped today over 8600 UBIEE Environmental Ambassadors. We have certainly had a tremendous growth pattern over the past 3 months due to the “dedication and professionalism” of our Team Members.

Growth in “Sales” has been a little slower but still steadily increasing at around 15 – 20%. This has been since August last year when our “focus” shifted to “selling rather than talking” and this has certainly paid dividends.

David – UK It is a pleasure to be here again at the 103rd Congress and wonderful again to see the developments that are going on.

A special welcome to Joe and also to each and every UBIEE Member on the call tonight.

We have a “Major Event” in London tomorrow, a very big “Taxi Day” for the 23,000 London Taxi Drivers at JV Bright the main depot where they come to buy their spare parts, their fuel and where they have their parking areas, Cafeteria and Snack Bars. J.V. Bright is also the outlet where the Drivers can buy the “UBIEE PowerPill”.

Tomorrow there will be “Demonstrations” going on throughout the day in the main “Forecourt.” The Mag Diesel people who do all the “emission testing” are coming along with their “gas analyzers” and the “rolling road testers” and we will be doing “testing and exhibitions” for the Drivers on site.

As most of you know Dr Michael and I have a great interest in “Motor Racing” Last year with Steve’s help we came close to doing a “Sponsorship Deal with Matsushima” and the “Racing Team” they have in the United States racing the “Kawasaki Motorcycles” This did not quite come off for this year although it is still ongoing.

Here in the UK one of the “major inroads” for young Drivers to really make their mark coming up through the system right up to the level of “Formula 1” is the “Formula Ford”. “Formula Ford” this year has expanded in the UK, there have been up to 25 Races this year and there have been 20 - 22 Drivers on the Circuit. We have “10 Major Meetings” where “Formula Ford” will be operating together with “Formula 3 and Formula 3 GT Racing” 2 of the Events this year are the “A1 Grande Prix Events” where Teams from all over the World will be participating.

We are supporting one of the “Drivers” in the “Formula Ford Team” Linton Stutely and he will be racing for us with the “PowerPill Logos” on his Race Car.

As an added attraction for tomorrow we actually have the “Race Car” on site at the “Taxi Outlet” with Linton and the Team Manager with us to assist with the promotions and this will really give us some real credibility in London within the “Taxi Community” who have been very supportive of us.

The “Call Sign Magazine” has been wonderful and you would have seen all the articles on our website and you have been kept up to date with what is happening with “Dial-a-Cab”. They will have their Photographers and Reporters there on the day and there will be a big article in next month’s edition of the Magazine”. We will also have other Newspaper and Magazine coverage.

Ten times a day for the past 5 days Drivers have been getting messages in their cars about tomorrows event making sure that as many of the Drivers as possible will come along and this is only the start of “Major Promotions” here in the UK over the next 2 weeks.

In a couple of days after the Taxi Demonstration we have a big “Farming Exhibition” where we will be promoting the “UBIEE PowerPill”. Leon and the Team have produced T Shirts for the Girls and the Models who will be handing out leaflets and brochures and they will be at both events this week assisting with the Promotions.

Easter week-end in the UK is a MAJOR week-end for “Motor Racing” goes through Saturday, Sunday and with Monday being the “Major Race Day”. “Formula Ford” will be racing and in practice Linton Stutely is already the fastest car on the circuit so we are pretty confident he will be on the front row of the grid.

For this event we are guaranteed “Sky Sport Coverage in 6 Countries” minimum around the World and that Sky Programme will be repeated 6 0r 7 times. We will have Magazines and Newspapers there, we will be in the “Pits” with the Drivers. There will be a lot of “promoting” so we are hopeful of shifting a LOT of PowerPill.
One of the “major TV Stations” will be doing a “Do*****entary on Formula Ford” and the “Race Team with which we are participating so the UBIEE Team and the PowerPillUK Team working together as we do will be part of this Do*****entary.
All this is a culmination of all the hard work that has been done over the past 18 months to 2 years, it takes time and consistency, but if you work at it and do it right you should have a lot of success.

Steve – USA Thanks for the welcome – David excellent to hear about the Racing Team.

Very interesting to get the “Calculator” it has certainly come a long way since it first started as ‘an idea” when sitting in the Office one day to now having “calculations and actual value for each output of the Pill etc” . I will look forward to watching it grow in the future along with some other sites that are trying to do similar things.

I have had a couple of good weeks working with a young person who is interested in becoming a “Salesperson” for me, he is in the middle of doing the “Protocol” and doing it all right. He lives not far from me which is good. He has a lot of good contacts with the “Schools” and the “School Children”. He has a Scuba Business and teaches children – I think that is the way to go with 15 – 16 year olds who are just getting their Licenses to educate them and this way try to get sales through the Schools and approach the Charities so that they can get some money for themselves.

He has a lot of good ideas so basically I sent him away and told him to use the “Pill” and then come back to me. Already I have had some promising feedback and comments from him so slowly but surely I am getting there.

I look forward to hearing how Pedro’s weeks has been, from Laura and myself hope you all have a successful week and look forward to seeing you all next week and hearing about the results from the UK.

Marion – Australia Thank you Dr Michael, the information coming through is certainly very interesting. Congratulations David and the UK Team for all your hard work for in the long run we all gain advantage from it, because you have been through what a lot of us are going through now trying to get people to listen and take notice of the Pill especially in the “Racing”. There is a lot of Racing here in Australia as well but so far the people we have approached have said that they are not allowed to put anything into their fuel at all which you no doubt came up against as well, but once it gets into the other Teams and especially overseas they will see that it is NOT AN ADDITIVE but a CONDITIONER.

This Week we have been visiting more Bus Companies and following up with others. One interesting thing we found that maybe others have come across as well, is that the Bus Company trialing the “Power Maxie” found that on the Bus they used’ which has an 800 litre tank, on the first trip with “double amount” on a quick trip up to Brisbane and back and the fuel was used quickly, when they did their routine “filter change” they found a white sediment like washing powder there.

I spoke to Dr Michael and he said that that was not uncommon and was due to the “double dose and the quick use of fuel” and that is a reason why it is preferable to crush the tablets.

The “Environment” here is certainly being taken a lot more notice of and people are starting to come around and listen so we are hoping that things will pick up. As David said “it all takes time” you just have to be patient and keep working at it.

Bruce – New Zealand Thank you Dr Michael for the invitation inviting me onto the call. Things have been a bit quiet from me here in New Zealand as I have been busy trying to get a Farm ready for sale.

Jenny and I had a trip over to Australia and in the short time I was there I felt there was a tremendous potential to be done there. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip around and may even move over there some time.

I am slowly getting back into the system again and I have a couple of Companies I will be talking to later in the week, there is a slight movement of interest in the “emissions” we will develop it slowly but as David said it takes time.

It is good to hear the Team again and I wish everyone all the best for the coming week.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain Good evening to everyone, thank you David for the updates on the important projects going on in the UK and also the point Steve has mentioned about the importance of contact with children and young adults to educate them about environmental issues and ways of dealing with them.

The “Carbon Emission Calculator” will be a great tool for all of us to show in figures exactly what we can do.

With regard to the “Taxis” – last week in Zaragoza, Castellon, Burgos, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca the Drivers have completed the “Protocols WITHOUT the Pill” and this week we will be running the “Protocols WITH the Pills”. Again we have just started with “3 – 20 Taxis”.

In Valecas Madrid we now have “58 Taxis” on the Protocol and it is growing.
In Mallorca there are another “20 Taxis” that will start the Protocol and write down all the “data” collected.

There are also a few Taxis using the short “24 Hour Protocol”
The first 2 weeks are the most important to see that the “Pill” is used correctly so that the data collected is accurate.

We have found that by starting with “3 Drivers” supporting them and giving them a “Free Blister” plus a discount on their ”repurchase” has opened up the Spanish Market for us, and with the “Emission Calculator” being able to show “actual carbon output” I feel we will have even more success.

By starting with the “small Companies” we can show them that they CAN make a difference, then I am sure the larger Companies will follow. Our dealings with “VOLVO” are growing and within a few weeks this may be open to all VOLVOS throughout Spain.

Christian – Peru We have been talking with 3 Companies one in Chile, Brazil and Mexico. Tomorrow we will be having a “Presentation” in the Conference Room at 11am GMT for the “Truck Company from Chile” and I would appreciate the support of any Team Members who may be able to be present.

Miguel – Spain Here we are working with the “Mechanics at the Garages” training and teaching them about the UBIEE PowerPill and we are also following-up with the presentation of the UPP to the Townhalls in our region.

We are very much focused on the “SALE OF PRODUCT”. It was a pleasure to meet Joe Green in Murcia and also to know that we are all doing our part in not only making people aware of “environmental issues” but that there is also a solution.

Dr Michael I would appreciate it if Team Members could send me a summary of your months activities. We can help many people, this can be a “wealthy business” and very soon you will see this thanks to all the activities in the UK, Chile, Spain and other areas.

“Emissions” are one of the most important issues, but we also know that “cost saving” is important as well.

Victor – Spain Yes I agree that the “Environment” is the most important issue and people are becoming more and more interested.

We have contact with a Company that has “6 Lorries”, they have bought 30 Blisters and are waiting for the results. We also have a “Herbal Shop” that is getting “Pills”.

Ubiee is like a “big Family” that is supporting the “environment” and playing our part in “Global Awareness”.

David – UK another good Congress, it is amazing how things are developing, I am very pleased with the way we seem to be seriously developing now in the different Territories.

It has been good listening to the different reports and I look forward to being with you next week if I can get back in time, if not I will certainly update the Team as soon as I possibly can and hopefully we will have some good news.
