Dr Michael from the UBIEE Headquarters in Zaragoza welcomed everyone and said he hoped everyone had had a wonderful Easter with their Family and Friends and had time to enjoy it.

There has not been much happening on the Business side because of the Easter Holidays, but Joe, Pedro and myself have been pretty busy with programming and updating to get a better overview of where our people are located http://ubieepill.com/gmap/ubiee_earth.htm also when you press on those little markers you will actually see those people with their position, you will have an access to the website and you will be able to call them on Skype.

As you know there has been a lot of “data base programming” done over the past 18 months by Joe and now is the time we are connecting all these things together.

The “Promotions” in England have started with the “sponsoring of the Formula Ford”, pictures have been updated from the “Taxi Event” and today we had the first race in the “Formula Ford” but so far have not received any feedback from this. I have a photo of the “Race Car with the UK PowerPill Logo’ which I will send, this is “Copyrighted” and is for your benefit only.

The “Geo System” will be established over the next few days. When people click on the link when coming from “just normal traffic” and they are not “Registered Customers” there will be a “little capture or sign up” with just a
“name and email address” so you can get in touch with them. This will be linked straight to your Webpage where they can see all the information but their “contact details” will not be lost.

As you may know we do a lot of promotions for www.ubiee.com and www.ubieepill.com without any “reference ID” and if they have not been in our system before we will try to make sure that we place them with the person that they first clicked on and their details will be forwarded to you and if you don’t contact them we will still have control, because until they sign up they are still not registered or committed to anything, but it gives us the chance to get in touch with them, follow-up with them and emphasize the benefits of getting into the business with you, and if they go and update their details we can then assign them to you and this allows you to benefit from the “internet traffic” we are getting from “UbieePill” which is quite impressive.

There is also a “website” being created at the moment for the better showing and “easier data access” for the “Distributors and GIA’s” and you will be getting information on this over the next few weeks where you will see a steady improvement in those facilities which allow you to “update contracts” and for those who do not meet their ”minimum order” and “lose a position”, instead of us sending out “new contracts”, they can download their new position with a “verification code” direct from their “back office” which will then allow them to “print it off” and it will show us on their website that they have taken notice of this.

So these are the things we are preparing and having Joe here has made a world of difference. You will have ”contractual information”, “legal information” and all those do*****ents that are important for you to make sales.

Erika – Mexico I have had a very busy week as the “summary of my activities” to Dr Michael shows. These summaries are important and hopefully are done by everyone.

We have a site on the internet http://www.computrabajo.com.mx/bt-empd-gollum63.htm where we advertise in the “Business and Positions Vacant Section”. So far we have had about 300 people reply – usually we get about 100 with only “2” genuine who want to stay – this time we got “300” but probably only about “20” will stay.

As you need to spend at least 1 hour with each one of them it takes much time, it is certainly hard to be with everyone. I have people all over the country of Mexico, I am now getting back to my usual activities so may be next week I will have some results to tell you.

Dr Michael what Erika has done is to put an advertisement on to the internet where she is specifically targeting Business Entrepreneurs” who have an “environmental feeling” and are wanting to support “the environment” while also making some money. I have looked into what Erika has been doing and I have copied it and put it into the “Spanish Market” as well, these things are pretty complex but I am sure you will find other similar things.

What Erika has found is that people do not want to be called “Salespeople” but rather “Environmental Ambassadors, Entrepreneurs or Netpreneurs” and that certainly gets peoples attention.

Start with 1, 2, or 3 people ask them to use the Pill and then talk about the results. So long as you keep to the right terminology, use the protocol and get the people to stick to it, you will get results and your results will turn out as good as your follow-up with these people. The “key” is to keep them informed, ask them questions and keep in touch every 2 or 3 days and that is how you will get a small business to expand pretty quickly. We have experienced this with the Trucks in Zaragoza and the Taxis and it certainly makes sense that a lot of “small sales” make a lot of “large sales in the end.

With all the “new updates and programming” your Business will become easier to run but a “good technology” is only as good as you learn to use it. As you can see with the “Carbon Calculator” it is easy to use but in reality it is very complex.

Steve – USA Thanks Dr Michael from sunny California and excellent work Erika – good to see things are moving for you.

I have had a good week, have been working with a chap who has been doing some testing on his vehicle. We have just run his first tank with the PowerPill and has reported he is getting “less miles than usual” which sometimes happens. I have explained the “Protocol” which he is following to a “T” and he is doing some little videos which will be available to us when he has finished. This week he is going to get his fuel filter changed and I suspect because he is a surfer and does a lot of work on the beach that there is a lot of sediment in his tank and he was happy with the explanation.

I asked him how his truck was running and without any prompting he said that he wasn’t hearing “the tappets” hitting anymore and that his vehicle was running much smoother so it showed him that the “Pill” was doing something even if he wasn’t getting the mileage from the 1 tank.

By the end of next week I feel I am going to have myself a “Salesperson” who is very good dealing with people, he does a lot of work with “schools” and I am looking forward to working with him here in California.

Sales have been a bit slow but am hoping that in the next couple of weeks this will pick up.

It is good to see the “Geo website” Dr Michael with the “little Skype pins”, this started with an idea and now thanks to Joe and your patience these things have started to come through. The “Carbon Calculator” is great, I have used it and shown people and they have been surprised by just “how much we do contaminate the earth just by using 22 gallons a week and I think within the next year or so here things will be different here and with the likely change of “Government” the next President is likely to be a “environmentalist” with a vision to help the earth. It has to start at the top, it may take a couple of years but if people don’t start changing their ways and from there move forward. With Al Gores “Inconvenient Truth” it has opened a lot of door and a lot of Movie Stars here are starting to get on the bandwagon and planting trees etc. These are the people with “the voices” and the people that are seen a lot, and if they are seen to be doing things for the “environment” the Politicians will have to take up the slack and continue.

Dr Michael Thanks Steve and remember that some vehicles can take up to 15 fill-ups before they are really clean depending on the age of the car, the style of driving and especially if the filter has not been changed, so what is happening is fully acceptable which is understandable because a clean filter lets more fuel through than a dirty filter and sometimes after the first “filter change” the savings may not be as much as it usually is on the average.

Marion and Syd – Australia Thanks Dr Michael. As usual it is interesting listening to all the happenings and I am sure it will go well for you Erika and Steve.

We have had a good week, the Grain Company we have been in contact with since last November has bought 2 Tubes of the Power Maxie to use on one of their trucks. These trucks carry “grain” all over the state and the trucks are on the road 7 days week. These Trucks are “*****mins” and *****mins have given their OK for the Power Maxie to be used.

“2 Tubes will only last 1 truck for 1 month” so if we can get them on side it will be great and I am sure having a “local testimony” will open up many doors for us and even though there are many testimonies on the net, if you have a Company you can relate to and know it tends to have more importance.

We also have a couple of people who might be interested in becoming “Salespeople” so we are working on that.

Things have been quiet here as well with Easter and School holidays but should get back to normal this week.

Joe – USA Hello everyone -well my time so far here in Spain has been a great education – language, culture and I have a lot of things to think about myself but what we are looking at doing is “redesigning a new website for Distributors” that is going to work more fluently by using a more familiar “programming language” and this should start to materialize over the next weeks. Hopefully we can get the “Google Maps” even better, with different technology we can actually show whereabouts in each city everybody is and give people a really “strong visualization of how this network is growing”

I look forward to working on these projects, moving forward with the technology and expanding the capabilities of everybody. I heard earlier about the need to spend time with each of the people recruited and through “flash animations” and “simple webpage presentations” we can educate a lot of people more rapidly.
It is a pleasure to be here with Dr Michael and hope everyone has a great productive week.

Dr Michael I think we are all doing our part to make it happen, some people would like to have it quicker, some people think it is running too slow, some people believe we will never make it and some people say it is all a question of patience.

When I look to all the projects like we have in Chile, just to fill up the stock for the “mining” we have another order for “5,000 Pills”, we have our quite advanced activities in El Salvador – Pedro is doing a wonderful job there, then we have the UK and all our activities here in Spain and Marion and Syd are starting to increase their potential now with the *****mins long journey trucks that are trialing the Pill.
That is all showing that we are on the right track and certainly a lot better than we were a year ago, we have so many new people on board, the latest figure is “9475” and by our next Meeting if it continues to grow like this we will have reached “10,000” so that shows that what we are doing is right and shows that there is more and more increased consciousness about the environment and this is why we will in the future separate the “Distribution Side” and the “environmental issues”, not that we separate them as total, but want to make sure that you as a Distributor have that privileged possibility to be where you are and to benefit from your exclusive terms and benefit from the time you have been with us.

This will be focused for the Distributors to get the most benefit from it. We have learnt a lot, we have achieved a lot, we are still together and we have created real interest on the “World Global Scale”, we are certainly not big, we are still in the “puppy stage operation” 10,000 people means nothing on the internet, but it certainly means much more than 500.

I personally believe that within the next 2 – 3 months we will see an economical change, so lets “stay focused” get your “motivation levels up” and make people proud of what you have achieved. We as a “Team” have contributed so much and this is something we can all get “fired up” about because it is worth it because it is

but it still needs contributions from all of us, it still needs dedication, consistency and a certain amount of vision.
