from Headquarters in Zaragoza opened the Weekly Congress and welcomed all those present from around the World.

Our “Autoresponder” is 9o% enabled. This is a very important tool as we will now be able to keep in touch with the more than 10,000 people who have signed up. Joe will explain what we can do with all the “resources” that we now have available.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA The “autoresponder” can be accessed from the “Back Office” of your “ubieepill website” and this allows everyone to have ‘individual control” over a “series of messages” that will go out to people in your downline.

It will show
1. When they signed up
                   2. How many letters have been sent
                   3. The frequency of the emails and what they are
                   4. “Merger fields” which allow you to put “dynamic fields” in the messages so that when people
                        receive the email it will have “their name and details.”

You will be able to 1. Edit these messages with an “html editor” which is inside the “message editing page”
                                  where you can “insert fields” “remove, add or change” any of the content. There is a
                                  “set of fields for the Customer” and a “set of fields for the person sending the message”

As your information changes on your “ubieepill website eg “License” this will be “dynamically updated” in the messages that are going out to the people in your downline

This will enable everyone to create messages and to communicate with their downline. At the moment the only “Leads” in your “autoresponder” are the leads in your “downline”. Once you get a “new sign-up” it should appear shortly in your “autoresponder” and that person will start receiving the messages.

The Autoresponder can
1.
Keep track of “who opens the emails” so that you will know “how many people”  actually open their email                                      
2. There is a “Remove System” so we can remove those who request it, also the
“bounce backs” from incorrect addresses so that these do not come to your email
 box.

In the case of someone complaining that the “Messages are SPAM” and that we have no right to send them, we have that covered we have “their IP address and the form they filled out agreeing to receive email”.

All this is verifiable so that there is no worry at all here.

In “later versions of this system” people will be able to put their own leads in and have different sets of messages. Don’t be afraid to play with the “new tools” they are available live and running in your Back Office.

Erika – Mexico We need to understand all the different parts of the information and the resources related to the webpage and use them. This way we can solve many questions and review the way we are doing things.
The idea of looking for “new people” is something we can do everyday, The Profile of the person we are looking for is the person who is interested in the “environment” and committed to working as part of our Team.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain One of the most important things is “to support” your Customers and the Companies and to make sure they understand the Protocol, the use of, and the benefits of the “Product”. Sometimes they also need to be told that “the maintenance of the engine” is another important aspect so that they get the full advantage of the savings in fuel and maintenance.

At first we told them that they could expect “reduction of toxic emissions” of 80%, but we have found here that after 5 or 6 uses the reductions have been between 90 – 93%. Combine all these important things and we have a “Product” that we can go and promote with every confidence.

Steve – USA Hello everyone, it has been a quiet week here with regard to Sales as Laura and I are packing to move house.

I hope to have something to report within the next couple of weeks about the “testing” that one of my Salespeople is doing.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain One very important thing to remember is that we are all part of a Team, each one of us can do something on our own but this is limited as there are only 24 hours in a day and there is so much more you can do with more people. In a Team we support each other and can take advantage of all the information and resources that are there for us to use.

Erika has been telling us over the past 2 weeks about the importance of getting “a good Sales Team” and has also stressed the importance of getting the “right person”. Here in Spain we are doing the same thing. You can use many different types of advertising to attract people. What we are looking for as Erika said last week is people who have the time, who are dedicated and committed to working for a “cleaner environment” and work as part of a Team. I am also looking for someone who is already a “Salesperson working within another Team” who might be prepared to “add one more Product to their list” and who might already have a clientele.
