Dr Michael - welcomed everyone to the #107 Congress which we have for the “Environment”. It is good to see you and for those that have not been able to make it the recording will be available.
With me here at Headquarters is Pedro and Joe and we wish you success for the coming week. Most things here in
Europe will be slowing down as it is a National Holiday for May Day.
In the emails you have received there have been some important announcements, the most important at the moment is the “Autoresponder”, so I would like to show you the implementation of what is now in your “Back Office”. It is mostly self explanatory, but I would like to show you what we have achieved and what is now available.
1. You will be able to see the names of people who have actually opened their mail, and if you scroll down
you will be able to see the location and the names of the people who have actually opened the mail.
It may also have their “Skype ID” if they have one or a phone number where they can be contacted, and
even where they actually logged on from.
The “updates for the new people” you have been getting for the past 3 days are already in your “Back
Office”, but have not yet been incorporated into your “Back Office.”
2. Using the “Geobyte” facilities there is much information we can obtain JUST from the “IP address”.

Some things still need to be adjusted but is giving you an idea of what you will be able to do. All these tools are available for you and anyone who wants to join UBIEE and has a GIA License and above.
3. In your “Back Office” there is a series of Messages” that have been created which you can
a) edit and change the Message
b) you can add images and text
c) you can delete any part
d) you can add additional Messages
e) change the frequency of mails being sent
f) you can update all the information as necessary
As you go through the sequences you will learn, understand and visualize what is happening with your promotion, the advantages we have at this moment are really important and knowing who opens the emails is a huge benefit.
Marion and Syd – Australia Thanks Dr Michael and hello everyone. The “Autoresponder” is certainly a fantastic tool especially for those of us that are not that internet savvy. I can see how much time it is going to save and as Dr Michael has said “knowing who actually opens the emails” and their “contact details” is a huge benefit. As I mentioned to Dr Michael last night, we have been sending out all the emails and “just hoping” we get a reply.
Last week we were away most of the week up at our Daughters place and while we were there we saw quite a few people but the most interesting one was a Company who mentioned “Emission Reduction Regulations” for “trucks”. Here in Australia and I am not sure if it is the same in other Countries big Companies get a “fuel/tax rebate”, and apparently the Government is considering “withdrawing this rebate” unless the “emissions comply with the “ADR or EEC exhaust Regulations.”
This will hit the “older trucks” the hardest as the cost of “upgrading” will be beyond a lot of them
We are going to go to the RTA and get some information on where and how this testing is done. If we can get some do*****entation to them on the “Power Maxie and Emission Reduction” I am sure it will open another huge market.
Thank you Dr Michael for spending the time to teach us all about the “Autoresponder”, I know it will help each and everyone of us.
Dr Michael – That is certainly interesting especially for those Companies which might “lose the benefits” if they are not “emissionally clean”. This is something we should follow-up, if you give them the “ubieepill website” and they use the “Carbon Calculator” and they look at it, they can get a real understanding of how much “emissions they can reduce” giving them a clearer picture.
Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain Yes the “Autoresponder” is a very useful tool for following up with the people, especially as we never knew who really read our emails. I have seen that already “4 people have read their mail” and I have already followed up with them – one from Portugal, another from China and Spain and I am looking forward to more tools as they become enabled.
Tomorrow is 1st May “Labour Day, and as Dr Michael has said it is a National Holiday, even so we have made a small sale today and our target is to “make at least 1 sale a day.”
One of our “Offline Promotions” that is really working for us is a “Review done by a Monthly Magazine” a year ago, and we are still getting people “1 year later” calling us from the Magazine to “order product”. This Promotion also cost us nothing as it was the Magazine that did the Review.
If you have any contacts with the ‘Media Industry” it may be an easy way to get a similar promotion if you ask them to do a “Review or write up what we have to offer.”
Every day now we are having people contact us who are interested in the “Environment” and who are interested in doing something, so together we are getting stronger.
I would like to say “thank you” to Joe and Dr Michael for all the work we see on the websites, and especially for the “Autoresponder” which I am sure will be the “Power Tool” for all our “Internet Marketing” and much more.
Erika – Mexico This “Tool” is excellent, it is very good to be able to see “who and what they do with our emails.” Congratulation to the Team preparing the “Autoresponder” and maybe we can also help with the “translation into Spanish”.
And now a question “Do you always have to go into your Back Office to use the Autoresponder?”
Joe – Chief Programmer – USA Yes Erika you will always have to log in, in order to prevent “unauthorized access.” I would just like to share with everyone some of the information that is now available from the “Stats Menu” in your “Autoresponder”.
We are “tracking the opener data” and basically what this does for you is to allow you to see
1. who is looking at your messages,
2. how long it takes to open the message
3. the % of people who have opened that particular message and
4. how many times they opened the message
If you scroll down there is a “Google Map” which shows “where the message was opened.” This may not be where they live according to our records, it is the “actual IP address” where they opened the mail. So suppose you had a Distributor who was traveling and is in another Country, if you “click on the Marker” it will show “the phone no and Skype” of that individual.
We have only been tracking these “statistics” for a couple of days and bear in mind that we can only see the people who “view images” so you need the images so people are encouraged to look at them - we have to have them “see the images” in order to “track their information.”
Hopefully this will become a “tool” that everyone will utilize.
If you use the “Sponsor and Customer Information Fields” when creating a “new message” and later change the information in your “ubieepill Back Office” this will automatically change these details for you in all the Messages.
This also applies if any of your Customers or Ambassadors changes their details.
This is just a “preview” of some of the things to come, we have a lot of information at our fingertips, everything from the “longitude and the latitude”, to “satellite photographs” to “information about their language, country and population” and all of this can be integrated into things of the future.
It is up to everyone to be “creative” and use these things, it is just “a template” for your own communication needs and creative advertising expressions.
If anyone has “any requests” or “things they would like to see” pretty much “the skies the limit”. If it can be translated into terms of information it can be put on the website. I will give everyone my “Skype ID” so that you can get in touch with me if you have any questions. Hopefully this will help to create better follow-up and give everyone a good view of what is going on.
Dr Michael All these little things will help to make us stronger and I am sure that over the next months we will be seeing more people here in the Conference Room who are interested in what we are doing and sharing - a consequence of the good work we are doing.
There will be more “tools” in the future, this is only “one tool” that we will need to make the “Global impact” we all believe we will. We are getting more “stable sales” and people are recognizing what we are doing. Today we established 3 more “Partnership Links” with other Companies in different sectors of Business with “Ubiee Logos” as “Ubiee Partners.”
I have been working with my friends in a Graphics and Animation Studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina creating a “Mr Will Ubiee animated comic” and as soon as I am happy with this I will show you a preview.
The “ubpp website” will be for Distributors where you will have access to tools which will be not be available for the “Ubiee Ambassadors”. We have it all figured out, now it is the “genius implementation” of “converting ideas into the virtual world”. It is great to have Joe on board as a “Senior Partner”, I have great respect for him and he is certainly in a class by himself. It has been inspiring for me, certainly a different way of learning and I have learnt a lot – it is mind boggling the complexity of things. As Joe has said
“It is simplicity cradled in complexity, some complex things are simple and some simple things are complex and this all needs to be converted BACK into Sales.”
I will be having “Training Sessions” in the 24 Hour Room Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 23GMT to explain and show you how to use the “Autoresponder” where we can also exchange ideas on how we can best do promotions. I have a “special Mailer” so we can “create emails for people in a specific Country” then if you want to share it with others we can translate. Pedro has already translated 4 of the English emails into Spanish.

Access to information is essential and the potential is huge and I believe that from now on the internet will not be just information but a money maker as well.
Dr Michael We have a great opportunity to go out and tell the World about the “UBIEE PowerPill” how it “reduces emissions” and the benefits to the “environment and peoples health”.
