International UBIEE POWER TEAM Meeting #108

Hello and welcome everyone to this #108 Weekly Congress about the “Environment”. It is a pleasure to have you all here with us, and also those who are currently online at “UBIEE Radio” and listening in to us.

Joe is going to explain more about the “Autoresponder” and how it works. This is a very “special tool” which with the “Rotator” can quick start all our Businesses.

From the “Rotator” we get new “Prospects” which are sent to 64 people, of these we now have 42 people receiving Prospects – 64 and 42 are special numbers!. Every person coming into the Group as a Prospect receives information about the “UBIEE TEAM” and our “activities”. Over the past 4 months there have been almost 10,000 people who have signed up. With the “Autoresponder” you will know exactly “WHO reads the emails and who doesn’t.”

In reality what has been so far implemented with the “Autoresponder” is only about 10% of the potential, so there will be a lot more to come in the future

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA Hello everybody. I would just like to explain a couple of changes that have been made.

When you click on “Messages” there are “stats” that show how many of your Downline and Customers have opened the emails and also how many emails have been opened by each person and when you click on the “actual Customer” you can see their details, this can also be done when you are looking at “Your List.”

There is also a “Customers Detail Page” where you can see the details that are in the “UBIEE Database”. You can see who has logged in and actually opened the emails and there is a “Notes Keeper” for each individual as well.
The idea behind this is to let you know how many people you have in your Group that really aren’t doing anything, and as these people log in you can go back and check these pages and see if any activity has happened.
You will have statistics on “Customers who have been active” and “Customers who have been inactive”. You can then go through and contact these people and if they then become involved you can move them from “inactive to active”.
You will see on your “email statistics” that only a small percentage of people actually open their emails and this is pretty normal. When I have done “Email Marketing” in the past, we would mail to 10,000 people and only get 0.1% who opened the email and that was actually really good.

Don’t be surprised if you don’t see a tremendous amount of activity, but when we are looking at the “overall statistics” we have now had about 10 – 15% of the 10,000 people we have who have actually viewed the emails we have sent and this number is rising every day.

Sometimes it takes weeks and sometimes it takes months of sending emails to an individual before they finally open the message. One of the things you can do with the “information” you now have is to see “how effective” the “different subject lines are”. You can experiments by “changing the Subject Line” or putting the “Customers Name in the Subject Line” to see if it is more effective.

Basically you can simply use “the statistics” to determine “the most effective Subject Lines” and “the most “effective way” to reach the people in your Group who are not so active.
             It is up to each individual to use it to their own advantage and to share what you find.

we are now starting a new era – ‘our system is sure”, you know who opens the emails they are sent and with the “Geo information” you can pinpoint their exact location. We are now more than “11,000 Prospects” and as Joe has said there are between 10-15% of these opening their mail.

With the “Autoresponder” you can get information from a webpage, insert “images”, pass information on to those interested, and you can show people how to “reduce emissions by up to 80%.

The “Tools” are “Beta” and are already in the “Back Office”, every Prospect coming into our Team can use them and will receive our information. You can also use these Tools for other purposes eg for another Business if you have one.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain The “Autoresponder” is an amazing “Tool”. It helps me to contact my people and when I see they have read the email I contact them with “Skype”, it gives us a much better control of managing our Business and a reminder of what we need to do.

With “Sales” we now have people coming back with “repeat orders”, the Taxis we have here in Spain is growing, Ani now has 5 Taxis in Madrid using the PowerPill and mainly because of the “environment”. The “environment” is really what matters to most people and when it also brings “fuel savings” it is an added bonus.

We have received confirmation of a “repeat order” from CALVO. The “savings” are a very important factor for them, you might remember they had a 19% savings, so that for each “5 euro they invest” they have got a “savings of approx 15 euro”. In the beginning it was hard for them to believe but they can now see that the “PowerPill” really works.

Dr Michael As you can see there is plenty of “news and recognition” especially with CALVO. We have been working with them since last November and they have decided to continue using our “Product”.

It is the “consequence of learning”, the “consequence of persistency”, and the “consequence of many people working together in a harmonious relationship with a positive attitude that can help you succeed. Remember that “with every string you pull, someone else feels the pull” and that “Rome wasn’t built in a day”.

We cannot expect to have UBIEE running perfectly and harmoniously within a certain time frame, it will always get better but at the moment we are still building and thanks to Joe’s commitment we are certainly getting the “internet portion” more interesting. We are all aware that the internet is an “informational tool” and with “products” like this and the “environment”, I don’t think there are many Companies who have made much money except those who have “invested a lot in promotions” and getting “Government grants”.

We started from scratch but I am sure we are on the “right track”. Everyone is talking about the “environment”. Fuel saving is wonderful, but “the environment” becomes an Industry and as such can become a “lucrative Business”. You will no doubt come across more “hurdles” going for the “environment”, than those who just want a “Business”, but it is about making the “right steps” and we certainly have a lot of support.

The “environment” is a “Global issue”, so you are better to concentrate on a “Product that reduces toxic emissions by 80%” rather than the “fuel savings” because “environmental issues” are of much greater concern. It is up to us to “sew the seeds” for the generations to come. Do as Steve does, say to them “Don’t you have children, don’t you care” because it is our future we are playing with, “it is our risk, it is our choice”.

As a Team we have grown a lot, what we are doing is unique, we are the only Company that is “promoting the environment” by “actions, not just words”, and we are the only Company that “guarantees 80% reduction emissions”.

We have the “right Product, the best Product and the right attitude” to be winners. First of all you have to get up on your feet, start the race, run it and overtake any who are in front of you because together we have that potential.

Steve – USA Hello everyone, I am happy to be back online after a busy week of moving etc, hooked up my computer last Friday and blew a fuse or a tube so am on a borrowed screen at the moment.

Excellent work Joe, it takes me a bit of time to pick it all up, but once I get going I will be fine.

I have to agree with you Dr Michael and it has been said about me before, that I was always a couple of years ahead of the crowd in looking at what I was doing. I did think that things would have been easier, but I was wrong in that, but I still believe we are on track and especially since coming back from Spain. I understand things take time and as you and I mentioned a long time ago this wasn’t just a 5 minute job but for the long term.

Erika – Mexico  Hello everybody. The “Rotator” is working well and there are a lot of people coming into the Team. The “Autoresponder” is a great tool, it takes a while learning how to use it but it is good to know that it is working for us.

We now have 9 GIAs in Mexico.

We are working here with the Government, the “reduction of emissions” is far more important to them than the “fuel savings” so this is the area we are concentrating on and as well information has just come in an hour ago with results relating to the Motorways.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA Thank you for giving me the honour of closing this Meeting. I try not to go too fast for everybody but sometimes my mind keeps leaping ahead of me!

What I see for the future with the “internet tools” and things like that, is that you will be able to do “invoicing” “keeping track of everybody” or “just converting people who at present are inactive.”

We have a lot of competition in the “email box”, and sometimes it is a struggle to get their attention and sometimes it takes a while when they see the same email over and over again to finally open one and have a look at it.

On a “NON internet note” I have been hearing a lot about how interest in the environment is growing and a lot more things talked about. In conjunction with what Dr Michael was saying “the environment is certainly a powerful selling point”, especially to Companies and Governments because they have either a “political” or “financial” interest in “reducing emissions” as well as the “fuel savings”. The “PR value for the Company in having a better “environmental policy” is certainly an advantage, even if they “don’t care” they can look better in the eyes of the people by taking action.

Please keep giving “your feedback” on the Autoresponder and the Tools that you see, and keep checking because I am adding new things all the time. Don’t panic if occasionally things don’t work, or you get an error, because a lot of the time things are being changed and occasionally there are some little inconsistencies.
