Dr Michael welcomed everyone to the #110 Weekly Congress and said it was a pleasure to have people from Europe, Spain, Mexico, USA and Australia. Also here at Headquarters is Pedro who translates for those who don’t speak the languages and Joe our Chief Programmer.

There are a lot of things we have done over the past week especially on the websites – there may be a few interruptions at times which will probably continue up to the end of August as step by step we get more tools added. Our thanks to Joe for his dedication and amazing vision of getting things into the “computer world”. He is doing a tremendous job, the software that is being installed in the “Business Centre” is “top notch”. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we are on the right track. “ubpp” will be the direct dedicated web location for all your “business requirements”. If you want to check out the http://ubpp.com/index.cgi?GET=MAIN_MENU&ID=29 it will give you a “general overview” of what is in the system.

For the time being when you login please select the “Spanish” – this is in English but at the moment everything is being done there as we are translating pages etc.
As an MD you will have access to the information in “Ubiee Database” about everyone from “your Country” regardless of whether you sponsored them or not, you will have all the “environmental data”, “calculators”, “carbon bonds”, “carbon footprints”, “testimonies” and all the “Marketing Services”.

If you have anything you would like to see added or if you have something to share please send it to me, take your time to think about it, there is no hurry but everything we put in now will be there for the future to come.

We also have a “Chat Board” on many of the web domains such as “ubieepill”. This allows you to communicate across the different domains where the “Chat” has been installed, giving you the possibility of seeing those people who actually come to our site enabling you to chat without the need of going into the “Conference Room” – it is a little like a pre-selection and helps people not to feel so lost on the webpages.

This is an interesting time as we go through these massive changes when it comes to “how you can run your Business”. In conjunction with this is the “Autoresponder” which sends out your emails automatically and shows all the statistics of the different functions. You can adapt these “letters” to suit your own needs and also add others.

“The Rotator” allows us to channel those people from all the combined efforts through our system. Our agreement with China certainly worked because China at the moment has the most “Ambassadors”. Although they cannot speak much because of language, some are good at the written word and are quite active and have already started to build their own downlines.

Our “focus” has changed from “sales” to “promoting the environment”, and encouraging people to become “Environmental Ambassadors” without the obligation to buy anything – sooner or later the sales will come.

Please “post some Ads” in the “Classifieds with Adland Pro” – there is a very local facility available with a whole range of possibilities which are “free” to use. The “Local Market” is “YOUR Market” where you can deliver the product direct but you also have access to the Global Market just by using the internet and technology. Every “classified” you place on Adland Pro will be in one of the “top 3,000” giving you one of the “best track backs” on Google, Messenger, MSN or Yahoo – try it out because it really does work.

We are still trying to find something similar in the Spanish language but so far haven’t found anything we can rely on.

The “key” is to focus on the “environmental aspect” with the “guaranteed reduction of 78% emissions” rather than the “fuel savings” where you will be “just one” of a thousand different products on the Market. In Spain alone there are “over 8,000 additives and so called fuel saving products” and “over 17,000 being sold and distributed in the US” doing exactly what we do with fuel saving.

Unfortunately out of all these “Products” possibly “only 2% work”, the rest are just rubbish or money making, so if you are trying to emphasize “fuel savings” you “discredit what you have in your hand”.

What we don’t always realize is that there are many more people concerned about the “environment” and there is a demand for information on how they can do something positive to help. Give them your “website” encourage them to become “Ambassadors” and support the unification of 300 million people over the next few years supporting the environment and you will on most occasions get a better response.

What we want from you is “YOUR COMMITMENT”, please continue to promote “ubiee.com” and get people into our “rotating system” because this alone will guarantee that your “Prospects and Friends” will get information about “the environment, the UBIEE Pill and the UBIEE Team.”

Your input with any information would be appreciated, it would be good if we could get an Environmental Dossier” we are already more than 12,000 UBIEE Ambassadors and this would be helpful and if you have any “Testimonies” that have not as yet been published please send them in. Please share what you have it will help others to be motivated.

In Spain we have a campaign “Mad For The Environment”, of the 130 people who responded to Pedro’s Ad there are only 8 who have registered. Each person is required to recruit another 30 people within 14 days to show that they are serious and committed.

“Sales” are important and follow-up with those who have already bought is essential. You can promote through “Ads” ”a signature in your emails”, ”Business Cards” as well as the “Autoresponder” which is already working for you. Thank you to everyone for what you are doing.

Remember also that some people will not use the Pill correctly and will say the “Product” does not work, if they don’t want to use it correctly concentrate your efforts on new people. When used correctly our “PRODUCT ALWAYS WORKS”. We have the only “Product” that guarantees a 78% reduction in “toxic emissions”.

Erika – Mexico Yes all the “Tools” we have are very special but we have to use them if we want them to work for us. We are still working hard here in Mexico and focusing on the “environmental issues”.

Steve – USA Thank you for the “Pills” and the letter you sent with them, it was much appreciated as I had run out of time due to Family commitments.
The “Tools” are looking good Joe – a few “Training Sessions” will be good and no doubt these will come.

Towards the end of last week we sent out “10 Packets Pills” to a person in Pennsylvania. I have made a few calls but have only spoken to the Family members and not the person who purchased them but I will definitely be making contact and follow ups as he uses the Pills.

Marion and Syd – Australia Thanks Dr Michael and hello everyone. We haven’t really much to say this week, we have still been out talking to people. As Dr Michael has said the “Environment is the Major Key”. Syd rang a big Bus Company in Sydney last week and when he first started talking they weren’t interested until he mentioned “the drop in emissions and the environment” Sydney does have a “pollution problem” and this is a Company with 800 buses so it is good that they are happy to receive information.

We also tried to contact a couple who are involved in the “Prawn Trapping and Fishing Industry” but they are over in the US at the moment studying different aspects of the industry there so we will catch up with them when they come home.

Thanks for the “Autoresponder” Joe it looks great and thank you Dr Michael and Pedro for all your encouragement and support, it is great being here and being able to keep in touch with everything that is going on around the different parts of the world and hope it will be a successful week for you all.

Dr Michael yes the “environment” is very important. If 95% of the people who join up are just interested in the “environment” I am sure many of them will turn out to be future customers, maybe not straight away but in the future. This “environmental issue” will grow and the “environmental impact” is totally different. IT is nearing the end of May and it is still raining here in Zaragoza. I have been here 10 years and have never seen it like this. The whole of Aragon is actually green and everything is flourishing in what is usually more like a desert and changes like this are also happening in other parts of the world.

The Radio Station “ubieelive” has been launched in both English and Spanish. Within the next few weeks there will be an “online facility” where you will be able to see the programming and what will be playing but it is not a main priority, it will be a good “medium” as there are plenty of people around who are interested in the “environment”.

“Skypecasts” are another effective tool. Yesterday for an hour I had a “Skypecast” for the “environment” and had about 80 people login – of these 80 people I chatted to 9 afterwards and 3 of them registered instantly. Choose a “peak time” wherever you live and you may get the same response. You will find this another “good tool” which you can utilize - those people who login you can add to your “Prospect List” and among them you will find some interesting people.
It is also good to listen in to some of the other “Skypecasts” that are running, there are so many ways to get new people interested, I have seen it when there have been 11 million connected on the network and that is a huge amount of people you have the potential to tap into. You can create your own “Profile” and register with many of the “add ons” even if you don’t use them, the advantage being that it will leave a “trace”.

The new version of “Skype” is now available, this allows you to pay directly with “PayPal” and also gives you the possibility of creating a “Hotline”. There are other options available which can increase your potential if you use them.

Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain First of all many thanks to Joe for all his work and I am sure within a short timespan we will see all the benefits because of this. As Dr Michael has said we will all have to learn and understand all the different components of the “Autoresponder” so we can achieve the maximum benefit. We will still need to make the personal follow-ups with those who join if you want to be really successful.

With our “CRAZY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT Advert for Jobs” we had between 30 – 40 people who showed real interest, the challenge for them will be to get their 30 new “UBIEE Ambassadors”. Erika has told me she is also preparing similar Ads to see how they go.

Ani has had some interest from Bulgaria for starting to sell the UPP because of the “environment”. Emission Reduction is guaranteed and this has nothing to do with the “Driver”, “road conditions” or “the weather” so it is important to really focus on this. Congratulations to all those who have realized this huge potential for success.

The “Autoresponder” is really something and I truly believe this alone will be of interest to people in other Businesses so lets talk to them and get them to also support the environment.

Joe – Chief Programmer – USA Hello everyone. Like Dr Michael has said there has been a lot of work done – you come out with a few pages – sometimes these require a whole lot of work and sometimes not. From the “Menu” you will see that there are a whole lot of things to fill in, some of it is “dynamic” which means there will be information “specific to each person” and some is just “informational to share with your customers”.

We have been experiencing some “slow down” on the Server from our end and if anyone else experiences this please send a message to Dr Michael or myself so that we can confirm that it is slow for everybody and not just ourselves. This will be very helpful as it is sometimes hard to “diagnose” just where the fault lies. We are looking at getting another “Server” in Europe so that there will be efficient access for everyone.

Because of the late hour here Chelo and Monica have suggested we hold this Meeting 1 hour earlier at 22GMT and I would like to take a vote on this as they would like to attend part of the Meeting. They will be able to update you all on what is happening on the “Admin” side, on the Government Funds we are soliciting for just having created a new Company “UBIEE Corporation” and there are also a lot of things happening which are of interest to all of us.

We need people to join us, we need people to support and we need people to become aware of the “environmental issues”. Remember our “Environmental Awareness Days 21st – 23rd June”. We are looking for everyone to hold “online events” that is why we have set up the “Media and Radio Channels” as well as “offline events”. These 1st Environmental Days may not be as big as we would like but we can talk about it afterwards so that we can do it better next year.

Greenpeace started small and now they are a multi-million operation all over the World.
What we are trying to do is create a Group of Individuals that can with their own input do something for the “Environment”. It may take us 4 or 5 years to reach 300 million people but once we have we can take it to the “United Nations” letting them know there are people all over the World supporting the “environment” and reducing their emissions by 78% by using the UBIEE PowerPill.

We know we have the “right Team, the right attitude and transparency”. We have “harmony” and harmony doesn’t mean 100%, it can mean 49% go wrong and 51% correct so we have “add-ons” that really make us look different. Looking back it is incredible what we have achieved over the past 2 years so now it is time to make our “UBIEE Footprint”.
