Dr Michael - It is a pleasure to welcome everyone to this #120 - UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT No#001 Weekly Enviro Conference and it is good to see some new faces. Please feel free to invite anyone who is interested in hearing about UBIEE, the UBIEE PowerPill, our UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT and other opportunities.
For those who have come for the first time we speak both “English and Spanish” – when English is spoken it is translated into Spanish by Pedro and visa versa and if you have any questions or don’t understand “Please Ask”.
Our Weekly Conferences are recorded and available for those who are unable to attend and the Minutes are posted in the Forum and on the Website.
First of all I would like to say “Congratulations” to all those who are supporting us in this new approach with the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT. It is going extremely well and much better than we anticipated. In the 16 days since we launched the Project we have “116 Contributors and we have 742 EUR ready to be distributed to everyone around the World”.
Our focus today for this Meeting will be on the UEP to inform you “about what we are doing, our future plans, and to answer any questions you might have.” I will give the mic now to some of our new supporters to say hello and introduce themselves.
Georgis is one of the biggest “builders and Mentor” for all the People in Adland Pro who want to understand more about life and about business. He is very supportive and fair to everyone.
Georgios – Greece - Hello my Friends. I met Dr Michael 1998 in Adland Pro. At that time I did not understand how Adland worked so was inactive until about 2 years ago. I have a “Forum called Philoxenia” which in Greek means “hospitality” and since last February I have been busy promoting and offering opportunities to my friends.
Some days ago I met Dr Michael in another Conference; it was about “learning English”. We have kept in contact with each other and Dr Michael gave me the “link to UBIEE” What I saw there I have never seen in another Back Office or Opportunity. “I am not a Networker but I am a good Promoter” and I believe that UBIEE is a unique opportunity and if anyone wants to contact me I will do whatever I can to help.

Steve Dixon – Illinois- USA - Hello everybody. I have been in the network game for about 2 years, but this is the first time I have made any money. I met up with Dr Michael about a month ago and he told me about this Programme and it has already made me some good money and I am very happy indeed.
Dr Michael - Steve is one of those People you would want to have in your Business, he has the heart, the vision, the commitment and is one of the most active and supportive of the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT that we launched just 16 days ago.. Thank you Steve for your great attitude, UBIEE is simply a “Group of Friends who work harmoniously together”.
Scott – Oklahoma – USA - I would just like to say Hi to everyone. I have been doing some research on this Programme so that I could learn more about it and that is why I am here and it has been great. I have been on the internet for 6 years, I have only been in this Programme for a week and like Steve I have already profited and been paid and I am pretty amazed.
Dr Michael - Hong-Le from Canada has had a lot of experience on the financial side for marketing good Projects. She has had similar experiences on the internet like many others who have joined programmes that appeared to be wonderful opportunities only to find that some of them didn’t work and she has been surprised to see that in the short time we have been operating we are committed, that we have moved forward and have shown that our system works.
It is a pleasure to have you on board Hong-Le and thanks to your support we will soon have “the Intro Page in French” so that those people speaking French can get a more personalized version of what we are doing in the UEP.
Hong-Le – Canada - Hello everyone. At the beginning I didn’t know much about the internet so I joined a club to learn all about internet marketing and now I am here and looking forward to being part of the UBIEE Team.
Marion and Syd – Australia - Hello everyone, it is great to be here again. It has really been an interesting week with all the new information coming in and seeing so many new names and faces.
The UEP is certainly a very unique programme and as Dr Michael, Joe and Pedro have said it is up to each one of us to promote, promote and promote to let everyone know about it because in the long run how much we get out of this will depend on how much we are prepared to put in to it.
I certainly hope the hurdles and challenges are few and far between Dr Michael and Joe, we are very fortunate to have such supportive Leaders who really are there to help us make a success of this and who always make the time to support and help whenever they can. From Syd and myself I would like to wish you all a successful week.
Dr Michael- UBIEE is fighting for the “Environment”. We are NOT a Millionaire Company, but a Group of Individuals like you and me that most likely have the “best Product in the World for reducing emissions” At the moment we have “UBIEE Ambassadors in 189 Countries and Distribution outlets in 48 Countries”.
We are trying very hard to make “sales” but it is not easy and on one hand that is why on the 14th July,07 we launched the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT.
What we need is People who will support us – we will be selecting “64 Leaders in each Continent” so we can make this UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT a buzzing Programme which is unique and different from anything else you have seen.
Luis from Chile is the person who has set up the UBIEE Radio for us from Day 1 and we really thank him for this and his support.
Luis – Chile - A big hello and regards to everyone. Here in Chile we have been supporting the UBIEE Radio now for over 2 years and the “environmental approach” has been our main target.
We are very interested in the new UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT and we are looking for “new Supporters” for the Team.
Pedro – Pen Iberica – Spain - After many months of hard work and dedication we are glad to be able to show you what we are doing. As Dr Michael has said we are now in many Countries where they know and use the UBIEE PowerPill and we have established good relationships with the Government here in Aragon/Zaragoza.
We have and are introducing “the PowerPill for use in petrol and diesel” exclusively as “an Environmental Solution” because there is a “guaranteed 78% reduction of emissions when used correctly, and we know from first hand experience that in some cases the reduction has been as much as 100%.”
The launching of the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT is another way of creating “Environmental Awareness to help our Planet” so that “our Children and Future Generations will be able to live a healthier life” We have great “Tools in our Back Offices” and many committed and dedicated People who are working for a “cleaner environment”.

Erika – Mexico - Hello everybody. I have been busy promoting the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT and have 5 more People ready to join. They are really interested in what we are doing especially for “Environmental awareness” and are ready to support us and the UEP Programme.
In less than 2 weeks we have already received a nice income. I am very happy to be part of UBIEE and you can count on my support and I am looking forward to hearing about the latest information on the UEP.
We are continuing to promote and sell the UBIEE PowerPill here in Mexico, “sales” are sometimes slow but steady and we always welcome new People to the Team. I do not speak English but I can read and understand it and I would like to wish everyone a good day.
Dr Michael - Now just a little review of where we are up to. 28 months ago when I first saw the “Product called the PowerPill which is now the UBIEE PowerPill” we were most impressed with the “”78% Guaranteed Manufacturers Reduction in Emissions” and thought that everybody should buy this Product. We were so sure that with a “lot of commitment, time, effort and resources that a lot of People would be interested.
We have “a Product that works and has guaranteed 78% and in some cases even more reduction in emissions, we have a fuel reduction of 6 – 50% (depending on the Country where you buy fuel), and a Product that reduces up to 60% of maintenance costs on any engine or vehicle using petrol or diesel.”
But – it is probably the most complicated Product that I have ever tried to introduce to a Global Market. For one simple reason “People don’t care about the Environment”, they know there is something wrong but they would like to blame other things such as “Global Warming, Hurricanes, Floods etc” simply because they don’t believe that” a single Product can do what it claims to do.”
Politicians talk about how they will “try to reduce emissions 50% by the year 2050” meanwhile we have a “Product that in 7 days can give a minimum reduction of at least 78%.”
We have experienced this year 2007, a tremendous growth for a Company that is not on the MLM arena. In January 2007 we had 2000 UBIEE Ambassadors, GIA’s and Licensed Distributors, and now at the end of July 2007 we are over 15,000 people supporting “the Environment.”
What does it mean – “it means that the way we introduce ourselves has changed.’” We offer our Ambassadors a free website which has become an open source for everyone, we also provide many powerful Tools which people have never seen before, thanks to Joe, so that our Ambassadors can have the edge over the competition.”
Why have all these things in place? It is very simple; we need to stimulate “awareness”. In the “business environment” there are so many opportunities for People to do similar things in MLM where all they do is to get 100’s and 1,000’s of Distributors who make more money affiliating people rather than selling a real Product.
This is the challenge we face – our Product has been 15 years on the Market manufactured by New Image International of New Zealand. New Image was quoted 23 years ago on the Stock Exchange and because of our commitment and dedication UBIEE has received “from Day 1 their absolute support. We have taken “1 Product only” from their full range many of which are very “environmentally friendly.” New Image is a Company with a lot of expertise and experience, they are also the “Leaders in the Colostrum Industry” having 95% of the Colostrum Market.
Why do we have the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT and why do we call it a “Project” – it is to get “People’s attention about our Product the UBIEE PowerPill” while at the same time giving them the opportunity “to create a real Residual Income”.
We have already tried many things like “Advertising, Radio, TV, we have sponsored Formula 4 Teams, we have sponsored Motorcross People in Belgium, we have sponsored a New Zealand World Champion in Speed Boating” and after 15 years we still have not been able to get people in the World to believe “that the UBIEE PowerPill works.”
So instead of being “small fish in a big tank” and spending a lot of time and energy doing our best and still not many people listening, I came up with the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT, a unique programme which combines “environmental awareness, educating people with the benefits of the UBIEE PowerPill while at the same time with a “One Time Contribution of 10 EUR” (plus 1 EUR admin fee) will allow Contributors to earn a “Real Residual Income.” I call it CONTRIBUTIONAL MARKETING.
This System has been created to spread the wealth between “those who promote and those who contribute”.
Every GIA and Distributor will have “1 top position” given to them for FREE, and once they verify their account they will be able to start promoting. There is a total of 128 contributors in a “full Group” two Groups of “64 Contributors”. The moment someone contributes to the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT, a commission will automatically be paid as shown

After the 16th OTC position is filled; the TP1 of that Group will receive a “new free Top Position”. This can be repeated “over and over again” as many times as the system is kept working. The good thing is that you “only need a few People to get more than your money back” and remember we pay out 64% of all the money we receive. By the time you “have received 64 payments you will have received 4 new Vortexes and will have your own TP1 positions”. So from your 10 EUR Contribution (approx $14 US) you have the possibility of earning 4 times 30.46 EUR (approx $40 US) which equals 125.84 EUR (approx $160 US).
This is NOT a Money Investment Programme, you will only make money if People join our Vortexes, if more People become aware of what we are doing for the Environment.
Each Person from the TP1, the No 1 in the Group, right down to the 128th Person will all use the “same link to promote the site ” http://ubiee.com/enviro
When a “Vortex reaches 128 Contributors” and a total of 194 commissions paid out that Vortex will no longer exist. Except as “a Testimony to our success”.
“New Vortex ” are then automatically formed with each one of those 128 Contributors receiving their own “UEP Groups”.
I hope you can see the potential of this Programme. All you need to do is get involved, join a Vortex that is active and the higher position you can get in that Vortex the higher your direct income from it will be.
Marion – Australia - This is certainly a great Programme and it even keeps working while you are sleeping! OTC or “One Time Contribution” means exactly what it says unless of course you wish to sign up again for another position. There is no limit to the number of positions you can hold.
It is rather amazing to open up your Email Box and see emails letting you know that someone else has joined, that it is someone you don’t know and yet you have received a commission because of them. At first it appears to be complicated but when you actually go into it and Dr Michael has explained it so well it is really quite simple. Syd and I have tried a couple of other Marketing Programmes but this is the first time we have made any money. I know I am excited and I think everyone else is as well.
Joe – Chief Programmer – USA Thank you Dr Michael. I would just like to re-iterate something you said earlier, and this is really “all about creating awareness for the Environment” in a way that new People can get involved.
It is good to see 18 people here in the Room, and I know many have been here for weeks in the past, so this is also a different effect of what we are doing here. We have already received “between 6,000 and 7,000 unique page views” thanks to our Friends in Adland Pro, so a lot of People are seeing this and we are starting to get a real response.
Remember everybody that this is just a “Tool” which can help to bring awareness, to give people a chance to have a real stake here on the internet, to get new people involved and make them aware of our Product and the ways we have to help the Environment.
“ENVIROcash” is the term we use on the website to signify your earnings, and soon you will be able to redeem these earnings in the form of the PowerPill. This will actually make our Product more accessible and will give People the opportunity to redeem their euro in either money or Product.
This is a way we hope to fight the challenge we face with the lack of awareness about the Environment because most people are concerned about making some extra money, it is also a “Gateway” to help people see what we can do as a Team.

QUESTION TIME
Gary – USA - Do we have an “embedded video” that we may be able to use and download on our computers so we could put it on other websites?
Dr Michael Not at the moment Gary. That is a question that we will have to seriously look at. I have been told by Georgios that Robert in Belgium is “a Specialist in U-Tube Video” and is someone who might be able to help us and co-ordinate with Joe and myself to produce something like this.
Steve – Illinois - Will we be getting paid e very week?
Dr Michael - At the moment Steve we are paying out weekly where there are earnings of 2 EUR or more
We have had a few hiccoughs with PayPal and “the PayPal Logo” has been taken off the websites. They believe we are an MLM operation which in some ways is understandable as it may look similar BUT we are “definitely NOT.”
We will come up with “a whole range of new Payment options” – Joe is currently working on this and you will be kept informed.
We are still working on all the Programmes, so if you find that “emails aren’t coming in or that there are any irregularities” we would appreciate your letting us know. Steve – Illinois - Will we have a Debit Card?
Dr Michael - A Debit Card is a good idea Steve but not at the moment. From my experience I have found that there are more “fraudulent Debit Cards” on the internet than you have fingers on your hand. To get a “real Debit Card System” is something we will look at carefully but it is not an option we will go for immediately.
We believe that within the next 6 months the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT will generate between 300,000 – 500,000 Contributors and once we reach that stage we will create our own ENVIRO CASH BANK and a Debit Card the internet has dreamed about.
Midoun – Algeria – Could you please explain this System and the difference between an MLM or Pyramid?
Dr Michael - Midoun I can understand why some people may think that this could be MLM because it is something that has never been done before and is hard to explain at the beginning, but the reason most People don’t understand is that they try to complicate things.
I will give you a little overview of what makes us different if someone says we are an MLM operation
We are NOT an MLM operation – there’s is a system where you have a pyramidal stage, BUT WE DON’T – we have Groups with “ONE STRAIGHT LINE” each person below the other and EVERYBODY has the “same URL to promote.”
That means we are “An ENVIRO GROUP” and those Groups we call “VORTEXES”.
Bear in mind that “we ALL” have the same URL, we have a “Leader that drops out” and everyone below will actually “become a Leader of a Group.” In MLM this is NOT possible.
We always pay the same amount, 64% of all the money received from Contributors to the Environment so you actually benefit from each Person who comes into your Group.
Joe – Another BIG difference is that in MLM only a few people at the top ever make any money while with our VORTEX System everyone has an equal chance which is certainly very unique.
Dr Michael – Georgios could you please explain why you believe this is NOT MLM and why you think that the UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT has such a huge potential.
Georgios – Greece – The first thing I saw was that “THIS IS NOT AN MLM”, and I honestly believe this because MLM is forbidden in Greece, so if it was I would not have joined.
I wrote in the Forum that “this programme UEP is a challenge to all American programmes because it is different, the WHOLE Group earns and NOT one Person alone. Everyone is on the same level and there are NO Top Leaders with People below.
Scott – USA – Have we any Do*****entation to show if People ask whether it will damage their car?
Dr Michael – Yes we have a “Manufacturers Guarantee of 78% Reduction in Emissions” and also New Image has a $10 million Insurance Policy if anyone can prove that the PowerPill did damage to their engine and in the 15 years the PowerPill has been selling there has not been 1 claim and that is proof enough for me,
Even if there were “No Savings on Fuel or Maintenance” the fact that the PowerPill reduces emissions by at least 78% is enough for me because of the Environmental Benefits.
Scott don’t waste time on People who disbelieve and need a lot of convincing – move on to someone else and don’t waste your time.
We are all part of our Planet Earth whether we like it or not and we are all part of the Environment in which we live and have to survive so it is up to each one of us to create awareness and make a beneficial difference.
Just a little about the “Financial aspect” behind this, how we get paid, and how do we get the money back.
We have 5 Continents represented here today and as I said earlier we are looking to get “64 Leaders” in each Continent. We have “different e-currency options available” but for the last 5 years we have been using “PayPal as our main Provider.” As mentioned earlier our Account with them has now been limited so we will now have different options; however there is still no problem in accessing the money we already have in PayPal.
Over the next 60 – 70 days we would appreciate some “feedback” from the “Leaders re the best payment facilities in each Country”. We can do most things so long as it is “legal and not against the Law.” We are responsible for the “Company Tax” on any money earned so we need to ensure that everything is legit.
Likewise as part of a “Contributional Programme” each Contributor will be liable to pay “Tax on any money earned no matter how small”
UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT - ADSPOTS
And now something else very exciting for all of you. The UBIEE ENVIRO PROJECT will very soon include an “additional income source for you at NO extra cost.” We are going to allow “Publishers to advertise on our Vortex Boards”
As you can see in the “Vortex Viewer each Vortex has 129 lines positions. This Advertising can either be
(a) a Link of not more than 14 characters or
(b) a 1kb image which can be directed to a webpage.
Over the past few days we have had 1,000’s of hits and a Company that gets 1,000,s of hits and does not offer an option for advertising is NOT a smart Company.
There are 128 OTC positions in a Group and each OTC have the chance to AdSpot 60 places with advertising. Each AdSpot will cost a “ONE TIME ONLY Fee of 128 to 1 EUR” and the advertisement will remains online while that Group is active.
Each OTC has 60 lines for Publishers to advertise and 64% of all the earnings from the Advertisers will be shared amongst the whole UBIEE Group the other 36% goes to the Company to cover all costs.
(a) The TP1 Position receives a straight 4% out of every spot sold.
(b) The remaining 60% will be assigned to Headquarters to share among the Group
60% X 128 EUR = 79 EUR
(c) The Leaders will receive a share of the Funds to do whatever is needed to make us prosper
Hispanic, American, Asian, European, African and Australian Leaders will receive 10% or 8 EUR each in
their Pool
(d) The “Officially Appointed Continental Leaders” will receive 15% or 12 EUR each 128 EUR X 60 AdSpots and there are 7,680 spots on a Vortex Grid
I have calculated that the overall average of all the “Advertising Spots on 1 Vortex gives the possibility of making around 490,000 EUR, just on half a million EUR”. Of course all the spots will not fill now, but the opportunity is there.
Then we have another part which is very important – of the 79 EUR for distribution
(a) 8 EUR every month will be assigned into a Pool for distribution in Cash to EVERY GIA we currently have in the UBIEE PowerPill Distribution Network
(b) 12 EUR every month will be assigned into a Pool for distribution to all Exclusive Licensed Distributors
Currently we have 276 GIA’S and Distributors so they will all benefit from the “advertising revenues.” This means that 60% of the money received from every spot that is sold through your Vortex will benefit the entire UEP
The “higher the OTC Position the lower the Advertising Cost eg
· OTC1 = 128 EUR
· OTC10 = 128 – 10 = 119 EUR
· OTC25 = 128 – 25 = 104 EUR
· OTC64 = 128 – 64 = 65 EUR
· OTC128= 128 –127 = 1 EUR
The reason behind this is that you only see those spots once the Contribution has been made and there is less potential for the Advertiser.
An Example of payouts would be say for OTC10
OTC10 = 119 EUR with 60 AdSpots = 7,140 EUR maximum earning potential if lines are all filled 64% of 7,140 = 4,570 EUR to be Distributed
OTC10 would get a Special Bonus for being in that position
The TP1 Position will get 4% = 183 EURO = 4,367 EUR to be distributed between all the Team
10% = 4,367 EURO = 436 EUR each for Hispanic, American, Asian, European, African and Australian Leaders, and if you are part of this will get an extra payment just because you are part of this and contributed 10 + 1 EURO for the Environment.
We truly believe this System has a lot of future, we truly believe that by sharing 64% of the Advertising Revenue will show that we are an honest Company. We want you to be successful, we want you to make more money on the internet than you ever dreamed about and we believe that no one should have any problem about buying 1 Blister of PowerPill from their earnings and we want to share our wealth with everyone.
Gary – USA – I am very impressed with your ideas here, and I think we will go far as a Team with each of us helping each other to help others and to help all our People we bring on board. I know I was impressed as I said earlier that even before I had 1 Referral I had made 150% on my money so I will be trying harder and harder every day. The AdSpot is a great idea and will do much for everyone
Dr Michael – Yes, this is a Business that will fit everyone regardless of what you do. As Georgios has said “it needs effort” but even those who don’t work so hard can prosper although it will be much slower. I am sure that in every 128 Group there will be at least 1 Star Person who will promote it.
Pedro – Pen. Iberia – Spain – All I can say is that this System is for the Environment. We have a lot of “Tools” to help us achieve and be successful in bringing in more People and selling the PowerPill. As UBIEE ENVIRO AMBASSADORS we have in our Back Office our amazing Autoresponder and a Tracking System that is so unique that we can learn daily from it. Our “Email response rate” is over 30% and that is an amazing result for email marketing.
As well we now have the “AdSpots” that we can offer which will create an additional income for all of us, so I truly believe that we are on track.

We have to work closely together; we are all Members of different Traffic Exchange Programmes so we need to promote the Vortex as much as we can. In Adland there are between 56 and 57,000 People with about 4,000 active. We need to show them that we are a strong Team which works together and earns together.
I have been in another Opportunity where only a few worked and the others laid back and did very little. When the Workers realized this they also stopped and the whole system collapsed so it is up to each one of us to make sure that that never happens to us, the more we all work the better the result will be.
We have a Product which is good, both New Zealand and Europe have very strict Laws with regard to Manufacture and Selling so we have NO problem. I will be happy to work with each of you individually, in a Team or a Group and together we can all succeed.
