Joe – Chief Programmer – USA – Hello everyone and I am happy to see so many here. Dr Michael will not be joining us tonight, he is taking a well deserved break – he is always online for everybody and so very supportive. I will do the English part of the Meeting and Pedro the Spanish.

We are doing well with the ENVIRO Project, I have some interesting new things to explain and will be happy to answer any questions.

On the “Home Page” http://ubiee.com/enviro/ you can now see the different Countries, on one side are the “Contributors and on the other the Enviro Cash Earners” so this shows the ratio between the different Countries and what they are getting out of the Project. There is a lot of “traffic and activity “happening and we are excited about everyones commitment and the promotions that are going on.

Marion and Syd – Australia – Thank you Joe and hello everyone. It has been an interesting week with a lot happening. I have spent a fair bit of time absorbing all the information and understanding it. I just have 1 query?
The 64th Person in the Group – do they get the same payment 64 times?

Joe – The maximum number of times that anyone can get paid is “64 times”, and it is actually the same for the 64th Contributor as it is for the 1st – 64% of the 10 EUR or 6.40 EUR. In the case of the 64th Contributor the 6.40EUR is divided equally among the 64 People and they would receive 0.1 EUR or 10 cents, whereas say for the 20th Contributor the 6.40EUR is divided equally among the 20 people and they would each receive .32 EUR or 32 cents, but regardless of which position any Contributor has they get the same benefits in regard to new TP1 positions.

Marion – Australia -Thank you Joe, I guess it highlights what Dr Michael has said that “the higher up you are in a Group the higher your return.

Joe – Yes that is correct. The total commission a TP1 will receive is 30.36 EUR. After there are 16 Contributors in a Group we are giving away a “Free TP1” so that by the end of the Group EVERYONE regardless of where they come in in that Group has the potential to receive “4 new Free Positions each worth 30.36 EUR.”

Robert – Belgium – Not many questions. I have been here 4 days and already have half the money back in 3 days which is pretty good.

In regard to your last statement, I see that when you get to the “Top of a Group”, which you always finish up by being, you may not have many colleagues who are interested in joining, you get “more money but less times”, and so I guess it is all relevant.

Joe – Yes that is a good observation. I don’t know whether you have noticed but in your Vortex Viewer there is a Link with your “Username”, so once you have Multiple Groups it is this Link you can use for your “Promotions”. If you are out there putting your “Link, Banner Exchanges etc in Adland Pro or places like that” it will actually fill “your smallest Group first” with any Contributor who joins. There are also “promotional Links” for each “Individual Vortex” as well.

Once a Group closes all that “promotional activity” is still going to be out there on the internet, and so at that point what we are doing is “directing the Traffic which comes to that Group into the Groups that were created from that Group” so this gives everyone a chance to still benefit from those Promotions.

Robert – Belgium - The reality is though that this is “onward, onward and onward and it always gets better and better and better as more People come in” and you receive “participation money from the Group.” This is “automatic income” and is the smartest thing out at the moment.

Would it be possible for you to give a quick 3 minute review on what UBIEE is all about?

Joe – Sure I would be happy to. UBIEE is all about the “Environment”, we have a Product called “The UBIEE PowerPill”, it is very unique and the property we are most excited about is that it “reduces carbon emissions by 78%”. We have a Team of many dedicated People and over 15,000 UBIEE Ambassadors.

There are many” challenges” as you would know “introducing a Product to the Market.” Right now “awareness about the Environment” is coming at a fair pace but it is a little slow. The World still isn’t very concerned so what we have done is to create this programme “The UBIEE ENVIRO Project” as a way to stimulate growth through the Company and in a way that everyone can benefit by contributing to the Environment.

Because we have Products that actually reduce emissions and help the Environment, we are able to use the income that is generated as “a way to introduce this Product to People who maybe before weren’t interested” and I can tell from the size of the Meetings, the new People and the new Faces on our Skype Chat we are really starting to get some of that awareness.

     “The UBIEE ENVIRO Project” is a Programme which is “different to MLM or anything else out there.”

Basically we have “Groups which are called Vortexes and in each Vortex there is a maximum of 128 Contributors.

For anyone to get a Position it is a “Contribution of 10 EUR” of which “64% of that 10 EUR or 6.40 EUR is divided and paid back to the People in that Group. As the Group grows the payment to each Contributor in that Group decreases,
              eg the 1st Person who joins will receive the full 6.40 EUR
                  the 2nd Person who joins will receive 3.20 EUR and it goes on down

the line like that but as I said earlier everybody has the possibility of being on the top of a Group no matter in what Position you are when you first join.

Gary - USA – I think that some of the things People might need to know about which I think you have been very good at, and I am trying every day to do better and that is to “Advertise the Business” so that everyone can get more People involved
How do you Advertise your side of The UBIEE ENVIRO Project?

Joe – For me personally I have been so busy “programming”, that I haven’t had a lot of time for Marketing but what Dr Michael is doing is a very straightforward approach by asking “if they would like to make a Contribution for the Environment and saving the explanation for later.” People are usually interested or they are not.

It is not easy to make this really simple in a few sentences for People to understand, so the “main focus” is on the environment.

We have now put “statistics on the webpage” so that People can see that “this is a financial programme as well for anyone who gets involved.

There are many different places you can go, we have a few People who are getting a lot of “traffic to all their Vortexes.” We looked at the “ubiee.com traffic statistics” and wow I couldn’t believe it “42 million page views or hits since the beginning of the month” and today is only the 6th, so it is definitely taking on.

I used to do a lot of promoting with FFA (Free for All), Links, Banner Exchanges, Start Page Exchange and a lot of different Traffic Programmes. We can try to make up a “List of Programmes” which we think are really good. Adland Pro so far has brought the most interest just in the Forum and what Georgios has done. Adland by itself is such a huge platform you can explore.

There are so many different things you can do with “a small investment” and get good results. Another Company that I really trust is Kiosk.ws, they actually created the software for “Hot Conference” and they are really quite a huge rocking Company.

Monica – Spain – I have been investing time understanding how the Team functions with the 64 Contributors and the new Positions that are given after 16 Contributions and how by the time we have 64 Contributions we have received 4 new Positions.

Paul – Belgium – Good evening and hello to everybody around the World. Since the elections I have been busy “promoting our website for the PowerPill in Belgium www.ubiee-belgium.com or www.powerpill.be and hope to get our Sales up and running so we can help save the Environment here in Belgium.

We launched the site at the beginning of this week and in 2 days we sold “20 Blisters”. If you click on the last Link at the top of the webpage it will take you to a page with a lot of links to other interesting sites. We are also preparing a “Press Release” to introduce the PowerPill to the Belgian Press.

Joe – Thank you Paul, the website looks really great and we really appreciate everything you are doing and the hard work you have put in to get into the position you are in to help “raise awareness about the Environment”, because certainly that is the theme we keep going back to over and over again and it is the theme we will keep going back to over and over again.

Steve Dixon – USA – Hello everybody. I have been with this Company for a month now and I am very impressed, it is really great It has been overwhelming, I am impressed with the Team and the Team work and Joe it is great to see everything growing and I know you will have many more vortexes.

Scott – USA – It is nice to be here and I would just like to say that this is a Team worth going the extra mile for and I am glad I made it.

Joe – Well thank you very much, you guys are real warriors and are doing a great job. Steve I think you are showing real intelligence with the way you are re-investing and bringing different People into your new vortexes. You really do have the hang of this Programme and I think that People should take the way you are doing it for a great example because if you look at the Home Page of the UBIEE ENVIRO Project and see the stats for the different Countries you can see who has the hang of it more than others because of the ratio between Contributions and pay-outs. The USA is looking pretty good and that is you. You are No 4 on our Top Earners and we really appreciate you to Steve.

Erika – Mexico – Hello everybody. With regard to the UBIEE PowerPill we are all going in the same direction and in the UBIEE ENVIRO Project we are getting a lot of results. The idea is to get at least “one new person interested every day”.

What I am doing is re-investing my commissions and in this way I will get more new Vortexes for the future. When I can see that a Vortex is really active and working hard I get a position there.

Please pay attention to the mail you receive from the Company as you will receive more and more ideas on how to make your Business successful.

Joe – I would like to mention that we have had quite a few Distributors springing up and selling the PowerPill like hotcakes and not having any problem at all. I would just like to remind everybody what a “great Product” we have and that with the right energy and the right dedication you can really be successful with it so we must retain our focus on this as well as the UEP.

Please remember we have a “Group Chat” and what I am seeing is very interesting with People helping each other, exchanging and sharing marketing ideas and Michael has devoted a tremendous amount of time and energy to be in the Group Discussions to help make explanations and help provide everybody with the Tools and the understanding that is necessary to really be successful.

Gary – USA If anyone would like to make any comments on a Blog I have on http://ubieevortex.blogspot.com it will help the UBIEE Vortex as well as the PowerPill to be seen more. Paul – Belgium – I have contacted some “Truck Manufacturers like Scania and Daf” which are well known in European Countries but have had a problem introducing the PowerPill to them as they said they have a ruling that “NO additives are allowed in the engines” and they do not understand that the PowerPill is a “fuel conditioner and NOT an additive.” I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences in other Countries.

Marion – Australia Yes Paul we have tried quite a few Truck Companies with the same response. Under the Terms of their Guarantee “NO additives are allowed” and as you have said they do not understand that the PowerPill is a “Fuel Conditioner and NOT an additive” and so are not prepared to try them.

We did have 1 Truck Company give it a go, their Trucks have the *****mins engines. Unfortunately I am sure the Drivers didn’t use the Pills correctly because we were told that they noticed NO difference whatsoever in either the performance of the engine or the mileage plus we weren’t allowed to speak to the Drivers.

The *****mins Manufacturers were contacted, they had no problem with the Company using the Pills but they did say that if there was any damage to the engines they would not be liable.

Joe – Paul with some of the Companies we are working with we have put forward a rigorous Protocol where they are actually examining engines and going through some intense testing and then reviewing it. Michael is pretty smart with this because what it will do is help create some “do*****entation” that we can present to Companies who have reasons they are concerned about or who are very skeptical.

It is not so easy just by talking, by testimonials or whatever to really get People to understand the intricacies of the Product and that it is NOT an additive in the usual sense at all. A lot of time has been put into this and a lot more time will be.

Scott – USA- I have a question Does it work in any engine?

Joe – Yes Scott pretty much, it works in petrol, diesel, basically it is “more about the type of fuel you use and not about the engine.” It won’t work for aeroplanes and other things, but for any regular fuel or diesel I can totally recommend it.

Scott – USA – One suggestion I have – maybe we have to start out a little bit smaller and then grow big, even a Landscaping Company or something like that.

Joe – That is a good suggestion and at the beginning we certainly started like this. There is a lot going on around the World like the Dial-a-Cab Taxis in the UK and I think there are 2 things we are really looking for in this.

A.   A lot of Companies now have to pay fines for their “carbon emissions” and so in Countries with the Kyoto Treaty they really have to be aware of this, so this is really a Product for Companies who “have to deal with the financial stress of their emissions and have to be responsible for it.”

B. Any Transport Company who has restrictions like Paul is talking about.

    “People and Companies who are concerned about the Environment is where the Sales will be”

Scott – USA – We know “that the Product is safe and won’t damage any engine” but “they don’t know that and we have to prove it to them

Joe – We have already done a lot of tests and also extensive tests on vehicles, we have a “Testimonial Page” jammed with all kinds of tests and photocopies of Emission Tests with their receipts. We also have a “Mini-Pill” which can be used in Motorcycles and lawnmowers etc. The PowerPill in future will be scored so that it will be easy to divide into 4 for the smaller vehicles but at this stage I don’t know when this will be available.

Marion – Australia – Scott you are right, the smaller Companies in many instances are more receptive and willing to try the Product. The larger Companies are too big and not really interested or at least that has been our experience here.

Joe – The best way to show People what is going on is to “show them the financial stats we have” and by getting People involved who have experienced this, profited from it and seen how it works and of course with word of mouth and a good testimony – that is really what People listen to and that is why we have been successful in making direct approaches to People about this and it is also why they have been able to bring in their Friends and Family. We are also starting to see “random People just from the traffic sign-up.”

It feels good to see this happening but we still have a long way to go.

Steve Dixon – USA – Yes, I think we are going to be one of the “Top Companies” – that is the way I see it and I believe it.

Joe – UBIEE as a Company and as a Team goes back with many years of experience and I also have many years of experience with “programming and designing these types of things.” In some ways we are a “new Team”, but we also have a lot of Members involved with UBIEE who have been around for a long time and who have worked very, very hard to “try and create awareness about the Environment” and they have done it because they care.

The internet has a lot of “innovative ideas” at the moment but with the internet everything is old news every 5 minutes, so you really have to have “an original idea to stand out.”

It is just like the PowerPill, there are so many Products out there that have created a bad reputation and it is the same with the internet. We have so many MLM’s that have gone belly-up and really disappointed a lot of People so we have to go against all those People’s energy and ideas that were incorrect from the past and help to bring People to a “new state of awareness” and get them to try new things.

Scott – USA – It is good that we have Meetings like this because there is a lot of discouragement on the internet, we have to keep our heads up and show People just what can be done as well of course as taking this offline.

Joe – Certainly most of the Marketing for the PowerPill has been done offline where People have really been out there approaching People, showing their Product, marketing it, having Meetings and many have travelled long distances simply to promote it while the website has just been an anchor for everybody.

With the UEP we can really start to get “the awareness on the internet” and hopefully this will translate into “an awareness about the Environment” plus the promotion of Products like the PowerPill can help the Environment very substantially.

I would like to say hello to Abdul and welcome Georgios. Georgios has been doing wonderful things in Adland Pro.

Georgios – Greece – Hello my Friends. I have been a Member for a week and many new things have happened. We started the Forum a week ago and it has been going really well. As yet we do don’t have many Friends from UBIEE in the Forum but I am sure they will come. The good thing is that we are introducing UBIEE to Adland and the more traffic we get there the better it will be.

We have the opportunity in the Forum to send messages like we did to Dr Michael for his birthday which is good. We can do 2 things “you can be social and you can promote your own opportunity.” For UBIEE we have the latest UBIEE newsletter online and we have had some People asking questions.

It is an honour for me to be the DD for Greece and I am very grateful to Dr Michael.

WE must show our Friends what we are doing and invite them to join UBIEE. I am still learning, every day I go to the different UBIEE websites read and try to understand everything. The more we learn the better it is for us and the easier it is for us to answer questions when asked.

I will be promoting UBIEE in Adland and we will get the Adlanders in at least to the discussions so we can give them the information and then it is up to them to decide. I can tell everyone that I have only been in the system for a week and I have already had my money back plus some more.

Joe – UBIEE also means “You Be Your Own Boss”. We trust you Georgios to do your own promotions and come up with your own ideas. You certainly have your hand on the pulse with your own Press in your Forum with all the incredible activity you have there so feel free to make up your own ideas. We want “innovation and People coming up with new ideas” because you can’t go wrong trying to promote something.

This has been another great Meeting so everybody keep on doing what you are doing. You can go into Google and look up “the different Traffic and Marketing Programmes”, there are a lot of good ones out there, some for very little money and a lot are actually free. If everyone can take just 1 hour a day to do that or make phone calls to Organizations that are concerned about the Environment, then let us know which works and we can compile a list of the best everybody finds.
